The view alone is worth staying at this property. The grounds are so nice and relaxing and the beach is gorgeous. Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable. My only complaints with the room was the design of the shower, water would spray out all over the floor and the entrance door had an extremely loud creaking sound when closing. The breakfast buffet was great, with such a large selection and a beautiful setting overlooking the cala.

The bellman Mor was great, very helpful and knowledgeable however after that it was downhill. Our checkin experience was not good, and we only then found out after asking that the pool advertised (infinity) in all the hotel ads was “not part of the hotel” and it is a separate beach club you must pay for. The beach loungers are also not included. The pool that is part of the hotel doesn’t have a view of the ocean.
Breakfast was pretty good.
The room was fine although some mildew smell from the AC, and there was no coffee machine. the ground floor and elevator often smelt of sewage. Overall not what I would expect for a 5 star, and given the lack of pool/beach amenities given the beachfront location I would not pay the money to stay here as I don’t see the value

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Meliá Cala galdana. The reason for 4 stars in the room is because our A/C didn’t work all week. The team did a great job of cleaning everyday. I gave service 3 stars because they gave me an alcoholic drink even though I asked for non-alcoholic,the food service was slow at the terrace, and the front desk was not very helpful when we asked them questions. We also had to spend 3.5€ every time we wanted water because the tap was not potable.

The hotel is nice great location but it needs more efforts from (melia )to make it better as an example There is no sauna. Also the elevators is too old need to be changed.
There is also no security .. just want to say thank you for everybody is working here at this hotel for their great effort of making us happy 👍🏼😎🌷.. the only floor i can rate with 5 star is the 8th floor .. but its very expensive.

Definitely not a 5 stars hotel.
The difference between The Level and classic formula not well explained. Nothing is clear.
Restaurant on the beach might have been my worst meal of 2024 so far.
Breakfast is huge, but quality of the dishes is just average.
No more beach towels available at 10a.m from the reception on a sunday...
Nice view, nice location. But not a 5 stars hotel.
