This hotel is just amazing! We loved the beach and infinity pool. The people are so friendly, the staff gives it all to make your stay memorable! Also good food and a breakfast buffet that makes you wake up with a smile! We come back here!

Everything about our stay was amazing! There are 2 communal pools, one is in the middle of the resort and very calm, the other is by the beach and has the pool bar where the majority of the guests go. The accommodation was beautiful, we had our own pool and I loved the outdoor shower! The staff went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation and private pool were cleaned daily and there were daily sweet treats left for us. The food was delicious. There was a lot of choice for the buffet breakfast, Continental and Asian options. The resort has two restaurants, both served outstanding food by outstanding staff. We would definitely go back.

We have just celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary and both of our Birthdays in this absolutely beautiful resort. The staff are the most beautiful people I have ever met 💞 they made our 14 days absolutely magical. The villas are perfect and fully serviced every day and the food was amazing, do yourself a favour and GO!

Unfortunately, my experience at Hotel Melati was well below expectations. The reception is extremely poorly managed: totally disorganized, long wait times for even simple requests, and an overall feeling that all they care about is getting you to pay for everything, no matter how small. The only saving grace is Thaiuan, who works at the front desk – he’s incredibly professional, helpful, and clearly knows how to treat guests properly. Without him, it would have been a complete disaster. I expected much more in terms of customer service. I won’t be coming back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Melati Beach Resort! We had an amazing stay at Melati Beach Resort. The location is tucked away and secluded, which is exactly what we were looking for – peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. Even though it's a bit off the main areas, it's no problem at all. It only costs about 400 baht by taxi to get to both Fisherman’s Village and Chaweng, so everything is still within easy reach. The staff here are absolutely incredible – so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They really go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options, fresh ingredients, and a beautiful setting to start the day. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable – we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil escape in Koh Samui with top-notch service and a great atmosphere.
