Second day here at Melati We are in the family pool villa , it’s nice and spacious, however the sofa bed in the living room converted for the kids is uncomfortable and full of flies in the villa! At the happy hour by the pool at 12pm there are two many rules of dos and and the server wasn’t very hospitable rather non friendly and cold. Beach is lovely and clean Food is average , could be better So far everything is great except pool bar service.

We love the Melati hotel. The privacy is a huge winner for us. Beautiful beachfront tip top hotel. The 2 restaurants are excellent and if you planing to come with kids we highly recommend to take the villa with the private pool. The hotel is far a way from the city. 20-30 minutes ride, but the hotel offers 2 a day free ride to the city. There is 2 pools in the hotel. We used only the one by the sea.

We really enjoyed our holiday here. The resort is beautiful & well taken care of, the staff are very helpful & friendly too. The rooms are lovely and the cleaners do an excellent job everyday. There is also a turn down service & a staff member brings little sweets for you to enjoy along with interesting information - very nice touch. The food is very nice & we attended the beach bbq which had a fire show. This was excellent & I would definitely recommend. This is a family friendly resort & there is plenty of things for children of all ages to do, my son (toddler) really enjoyed the children’s club.

My wife and two children stayed at the magnificent Melati Beach on the 26th March for 10 nights and had an amazing holiday. We stayed in a family pool villa which was absolutely stunning. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming with particular mentions to Fon and Sunny who always seemed to go that extra mile and always had a welcome smile. The food is fantastic and well priced. I dare say that you can get slightly cheaper however, when you look at the amount of staff, the quality of ingredients and the setting it is exceptionally well priced and delicious. Melati has a beautiful location here… their service is great from the front door to the managers. My personal favorite part is the balance between luxury hotel and jungle garden vibe giving a restorative and relaxing energy.
