My wife and two children stayed at the magnificent Melati Beach on the 26th March for 10 nights and had an amazing holiday. We stayed in a family pool villa which was absolutely stunning. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming with particular mentions to Fon and Sunny who always seemed to go that extra mile and always had a welcome smile. The food is fantastic and well priced. I dare say that you can get slightly cheaper however, when you look at the amount of staff, the quality of ingredients and the setting it is exceptionally well priced and delicious. The resort is very beautiful and the gardens are also very nicely laid out. We had a private pool villa, which offered plenty of space and was always very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is fine, but nothing special. It is also very nice that you have access to the beach from the hotel. However, what bothered me the most was that the hotel forgot my birthday. Although I had pointed this out when booking and it was also mentioned at check-in. Also my wife told the reception two times that it would be nice to have a small decoration on the breakfast table or in our villa, but this important day was simply ignored. It is disappointing that the hotel did not even show a small gesture or attention to honour this special occasion.

One of my favorite place to stay in Koh Samui, it exceeded my expectations. I celebrated my Birthday here, they made my occasion very special. First, We were looking for somewhere quiet where we can relax, this place had everything. Room was spacious with our own private pool, had everything we needed. Love their restaurants, great breakfast buffet. Love the bar next to the pool, variety of drinks. The staffs was amazing, very kind & polite. I highly recommend this amazing place, I can't wait to comeback again.

Overall great experience. It was quite windy while we were there, with some rain, so it limited us a bit in our activities as we planned a trip to the marine park, but that was cancelled. Not the hotels fault. The staff were friendly, food was good, so was the spa. We loved the room with private pool. Would recommend, we certainly will come back.

Great Thai managed resort with afforrdable and rich offer of sparkling wines! Excellent breakfast, beach access, Attentive staff...nice pool area and good special evening events. Superb Chef's Table once in a while...
