My wife and I arrived for a three-night, four-day vacation. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were given a room on a lower floor, despite having paid for a room with a sea view. It's important to note that from the balcony we received, the sea is not visible. When we presented the issue to the receptionist, we received immediate and courteous assistance. Additionally, the entire hotel staff is polite, respectful, and friendly. We will definitely return here without a doubt.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Spent 3 nights and the staff was friendly, rooms were clean and pretty. Loved the pool and beach area. Pool has a bar you can order from while in the water, don’t miss out on the bar’s milkshakes! We had a room on the 6th floor overlooking the pool and the water. Perfect place to lounge out and enjoy a holiday.

Big Elbow’s Emporium
Current staying on business for a week, travelling home on Saturday 20th July. It’s my error but I thought it was all inclusive and not full board (drinks not included). If you ask for water with your meal, expect to get a big bottle that you struggle to drink and get charged 6 euros for it. This lunch time I went to the splash bar as the buffet meals are nice but can get a bit familiar. Apparently if you are on full board, you cannot get food from the swimming up bar as part of the full board package which is very disappointing. Considering the full board package is around £23 euros additional per day, it’s not good value for money. Other than that it’s very clean, staff are friendly and polite. I do prefer the St Raphael resort which is slightly more money for all inclusive but worth the premium in my opinion.

Wow! What's an experience to visit a live Cuban band in this establishment I thoroughly enjoyed myself. It was tasteful sophisticated and so much fun People would dancing. People were enjoying the music from seats The location of the band compared to the restaurant was perfect if you wanted to have food and the sofa areas were perfect when your feet were tired, not overly crowded, just the right amount of people all ages children to elderly Would definitely visit again on a Thursday night The live singers and musicians were really friendly and chatty during their breaks. Not what you find in other hotels. This was a perfect night out

Stay 10 days for holidays with my family Very nice hotel with perfect service and location. Rooms are very clean and nice. Seaview rooms will make your impression about this hotel. Breakfast service and prices- perfect. Definitely, I recommend it and I will come again and again !
