I stayed with my family for three nights at the ME Dubai hotel, 2 junior suites accomodation. All the staff were very kind and attentive. They did everything possible to make my stay as pleasant as it could be. The room features smart home technology, the breakfast is spectacular. Free valet parking. I will definitely come back on my next stay in Dubai.

We’ve actually been regular guests, but this time was really disappointing. There were renovations going on, so there was hammering and drilling all day long. We could also hear loud music from a party, and the massage we had been looking forward to was far from relaxing. Really a letdown this time! Too bad the treatment with regular guests!

the front desk didn’t find me the room that i originally booked but thank god finally they did. Burj Khalifa view was quite worth it. specially thanks to the security guy Sunil who was very kind and helpful.

This is specifically for the spa. I booked a massage with my mother and sister for my birthday. From the start of the massage there was loud drilling going on in the building and it could clearly be heard from my massage room. It was impossible to relax. When I asked for the manager I was told he was on vacation. I asked for the person covering him but he was busy. I was told to go down to reception to complain instead of someone coming to me! I refused. Eventually guest relations came who was very polite. But the experience had been ruined at this point. Massage rooms should be sound proof. Otherwise during construction, massages should not be offered.

The dining options were diverse and delicious, offering a culinary journey that pleased every palate. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and vibrant city life. Overall, the combination of Sofiane’s friendliness, Kay’s attentive service, and Aldin’s expert assistance created a truly exceptional stay. Dubai Hotel exceeded all our expectations, and I am grateful for the unforgettable experience. I look forward to returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai!
