I would like to thank 𝗠𝗘 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶 front desk employees who helped us with our problem, specially 𝐌𝐫.𝐣𝐨𝐬𝐞 and the 𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐚, they were flexible and patient with us, moreover I have been upgraded to the next category.
Also my thanks goes to 𝐌𝐫.𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐦 who always offers his initiative to help us.
Their breakfast restaurant 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 is way too excellent, you could either order from their own menu or choose from the buffet.
Luggage porter 𝗜𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗺 was so kind, thank you man.

The parking service here is terrible. The staff are useless and don't know anything about parking for office employees in the building. The manager wouldn't apologize and did nothing to help, just saying, "You've already paid, so what can I do?" even though I shouldn't have had to pay. The hotel staff have no idea what good service is. They made me wait in the heat and didn't even offer to let me wait inside while I waited for the manager. The hotel's management can't fix the parking issue because they don't control it—it's just a mess.
I also had a bad experience with a taxi. As I was about to open the door, a parking attendant knocked on the hood, making the driver move forward. I got scared and dropped my documents. This place doesn't care about customers, only appearances.

Not recommended unfriendly and unprofessional staff, they don’t care about customers satisfaction as they care only about money. 5 stars great architectural building should be managed by more professional team not like what I dealt with in my first and last visit to this hotel.
After we completed the check-out procedures and left the hotel, we had to go back because one of my children forgot an item in his room. Then we were surprised by the receptionist asking me to pay 250 dirhams for the damage to the leather paper holder on the desk, which she claims one of my children had drawn on with a pen.
I paid the amount even though the check-out procedures had ended and there was no evidence that the damage occurred during our stay. I requested that there be a statement of the costs of damage to the items in the room.
They were very rude to me and uncooperative, so I advise the hotel management to look into this matter and ensure the competence of the employees who deal with the hotel guests.

The hotel is amazing. Stunning design, infused with the everlasting artistic spirit of Zaha Hadid.
Loved the food, the rooms, and all restaurant and housekeeping staff. Bell captain people were super friendly.
The only issue that spoiled our whole stay was the Lebanese front office manager lady. She asked me to pay 250 AED upon checkout for a damage of a leather paper holder on the desk that one of my kids drew on it with a pen.
I agreed to pay but asked her to ensure - in the future - guests are aware of the damage costs of items in the room.
She was very rude to me and said: do you want me to pay from my pocket for this? You damaged it, then you have to pay for it!!! Then she said on another part of the conversation: do you want me to put stickers of damage cost everywhere so people would know?!!
Suddenly, she decided to leave the desk telling the staff: “Ok, don’t charge him for it, he doesn’t wanna pay”!
While I haven’t refused to pay, she claimed otherwise and was drastically inappropriate in the way she handled the whole conversation.
She was a reason for leaving a real bad impression about the hotel and our stay, though everything during the stay was as stellar as it could be.

I was supposed to come on the 17.04.2024, but Dubai was flooded and all the flights were canceled, I just couldn’t get there (and no one could). So I asked the hotel for the refund. They declined, then after my review they decided to refund half of the price, and after updating the review they decided to reimburse one more night (3/4 in total).
The communication was difficult, the only way to reach them was sending an email. Call request doesn’t work. When I called the hotel, the booking department “was busy”, they promised to call me back but never did.
My booking agent informed me that the hotel set a condition for the last reimbursement: I had to delete my review. I had to ask the hotel 3 times via email until we came to the agreement it wasn’t a condition. Then two days after the refund (we had bank holidays in my country) I got an email, they were pointing out that the review was still there.
So, as a result, the problem was solved, but the communication was not the best.
