From the moment we arrived at ME Dubai, we felt truly welcomed. The hotel is stunning, spotlessly clean, and the team made our stay incredibly special. A heartfelt thank you to Claudia from GEX, who warmly welcomed us and personally showed us to our room. She was always kind and attentive, making us feel truly cared for. At breakfast, we were greeted daily by the lovely Seill, Abdul, Kevin, and Joanne. Always smiling and helpful, they made each morning a pleasure. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. We also had the chance to meet Jose and Elsa, the hotel directors, who were approachable and genuinely kind. It’s clear that they lead with heart, and it shows in the whole team. At reception, Alexey, Ismail, Fatma, and Sofian were always professional and friendly. Every interaction was smooth and pleasant, which we really appreciated. The hotel was spotless throughout – from the rooms to the common areas, everything was pristine and well-kept. Thank you to the whole ME Dubai team for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

I had an amazing stay at ME Dubai! The hotel is stunning with its unique design and top-tier service, but what truly made my experience special was the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality from Amine EL Amri. He was incredibly professional, kind, and made the check-in process seamless. I truly appreciated his positive attitude and genuine care. A big thank you to Amine for making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.

Loved the space and the room- very comfortable bed and linens, and well appointed touches and products- modern high tech. All that you come to expect in a 5 star experience. I was on the entrance side and didn't experience any noise issues. Drinks at Revolver terrific, dinner at Roka busy and delicious, and breakfast at Central tasty and Spanish-influenced. Staff were very hospitable especially Sabene at check in. Valet was fine. If anything, the only hitch was waiting to checkout while they sent someone to check my minibar even though I said I'd taken nothing and they had my deposit, credit card and ID on file. Oddly haven't experienced such a delay at other hotels checking out and eventually had to say just email me the bill because I need to go. This one process they need to reform for a speedy checkout.

Dear ME Dubai Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I expected, particularly in terms of the overall service and the way I was treated by some members of the staff. While I truly appreciate the courteous and respectful manner in which the Hotel Manager handled the situation and offered a goodwill gesture, I must note that my experience—especially with the spa team—was far from satisfactory. The service provided did not reflect the level of hospitality I had anticipated, and I left the hotel feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. I hope this feedback will be taken into serious consideration, as I believe every guest deserves to feel welcomed and valued throughout their entire stay. Sincerely,
