My family and I stayed in the Heavenly Pool Villa and had an amazing experience! All staff were friendly and accommodating. We booked a grill at our villa in one of the nights where the chef cooked plenty of delicious food and ensured the food was catered to our needs. Breakfast buffet had a variety of different foods which was excellent. My parents went for the massage and said it felt like heaven, being located on the riverside and hearing the sounds of nature as they got massaged. Scenery is beautiful, with rice paddies, river and lots of trees. Second time going to Bali and this was the best hotel/resort I've stayed in. Hope to stay here next time. Thank you Maya Ubud!

We had the most incredible stay at Maya Ubud with our family. It is truly perfect for kids while still feeling peaceful, luxurious, and deeply relaxing for parents. The pools are beautiful, the food is top quality, and every detail of the resort feels thoughtful and refined. But above all else, the service and hospitality are world-class - honestly the best we have experienced anywhere. A very special thank you to Eka, Aris, and Ricky. Your care, kindness, and attention made our stay unforgettable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and you made us feel so genuinely welcomed and looked after. We had the most wonderful stay at Maya Spa and Resort and honestly cannot fault it. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed. Budi was our driver and we felt so safe the entire time. His driving was incredibly smooth and it made getting there completely stress free. The amount of greenery around the resort is just incredible, everywhere you look feels lush and calming. The food across all the restaurants was delicious. We especially loved the octopus pasta at the River Cafe. On our last night we treated ourselves to the Teppanyaki experience and it was a real highlight of the trip. Our chef Dedy was so skilful and entertaining, and the food was amazing. Our server Anu was so attentive and genuinely the sweetest person. I was a bit sceptical about the butler service at first because I could not imagine why we would need one, but we ended up using it a lot. Every request was easy and nothing ever felt like a hassle. A big thank you to Gus for making everything so seamless. We stayed in a jacuzzi suite (411) and absolutely loved it. We did not actually use the jacuzzi but really appreciated the extra space and comfort. A beautiful, peaceful resort with outstanding staff. We would happily return.

A stunning resort! We spent the last 3 days in Bali there as a couple. We had a very pleasant stay, the staff were attentive and nice, food was delicious and well priced. One of the biggest bonuses compared to similar resorts is its proximity to Ubud center. Even though you could walk to it, the road is not meant for pedestrians. Taxi costs $3 USD Some things to note: - relatively small half board menu; - monkeys could be present - lots and lots of kids (but expected)
