We had 3 nights at Maya Ubud for the start of our first ever stay in Bali. The resort was first class, with excellent facilities and plenty on offer to fill your day. Its a short distance outside of Ubud centre, so close enough enough to enjoy Ubud, but well and truly away from any noise. Sutrisna dakem sanji dita ngakan (the restaurant staff) in particular were exceptional. They were attentive throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. They worked well together to cover all aspects of our dining experience. The kids club was great for keeping kids busy in the morning to allow some more relaxation. All in all it was a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

Wonderful stay at Maya Ubud. Generally the service staff are very attentive, polite and friendly. Good breakfast spread; staff are always smiling and willing to go an extra mile to assist our needs. The room is excellent with complete amenities. The resort compound is huge with lots of greeneries and space to walk around. There are activities for the young and adults. The yoga session was excellent too. Rani and Sutrisnadalen are helpful and always checking with us on how is our stay here. Recommend to stay here when in Ubud

Staying here for 4 days 3 nights and it’s an exceptional experience. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful - perfect! Just like what I really want. Our butlers : Mana, Rupa, Darmen, and Gangga were extremely helpful - making our stay enjoyable and even more relaxing. They always surprise us, everytime we go back into our room, it’s super tidy and clean. I don’t know how you guys make it, but thank you for your hospitality and profesionalism. It’s a remarkable experience to our kids as well. Definitely will come back to explore more experience here.

We spent 6 nights at Maya ubud and we had a such an amazing time. From start to finish, the quality of the service was impeccable, the comfort of the room was excellent, the atmosphere in the resort was delightful. The food served in all three restaurants is excellent, the portions are generous and the choice is there. The breakfast buffet is so varied and caters for all diet. We appreciated the most the professionalism of the staff. The swimming pools were never crowded. No regrets whatsoever!

The hotel is incredibly relaxing, surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery that creates a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The entire property is beautifully maintained, with great attention to detail in every corner. The staff were exceptionally attentive, kind, and professional. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and very well taken care of. Everyone was friendly and made sure we were comfortable at all times. The facilities and rooms were spotless, everything was perfectly clean, organized, and in excellent condition. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel for anyone looking for relaxation, nature, and excellent service in Ubud. It was an outstanding experience, and we will very likely return in the future.
