We had a truly unforgettable stay at Maya Ubud Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the peaceful atmosphere, the exceptional hospitality of the staff, and the beauty of the surroundings. The infinity pool overlooking the jungle was absolutely breathtaking — the perfect place to unwind. The hotel's tropical grounds are incredibly spacious and beautifully maintained, making every walk through the property a serene experience. Our room was spotless, the entire resort was impeccably clean, and the food was consistently delicious. It was the perfect combination of comfort, nature, and luxury. Even though Bali is far from home, Maya Ubud gives us a real reason to come back someday.

Maya Ubud was an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were spotless and super comfortable – a really peaceful place to unwind. The whole resort feels like a hidden gem, surrounded by dense, lush forest, which adds to the calm and beauty of the stay. A big shoutout to our butlers, Gangga and Mana – they were absolutely incredible! Always around when we needed something, super friendly, and even gave us a tour around the property, which helped us take in how beautiful and peaceful the whole place is. They even helped me arrange a surprise for my dad, and it turned out so special – definitely a moment I’ll never forget. The restaurants were amazing, with great food and atmosphere, and one evening there was a traditional cultural show that was truly beautiful to watch. Also, the gym was fantastic – well-equipped and had great views too. Can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back!

This is the most beautiful spot on the planet! The resort is immaculate, the villas are spectacular with beautiful plunge pools overlooking the jungle. The ambience is so peaceful and uplifting. Free morning yoga in a stunning studio overlooking rice paddies was wonderful and the adult pool overlooking the river and rapids is something else. Have to mention that on top of all this the staff and the service were incredible. We were made to feel so looked after and supported during our stay. I’d like to particularly mention our butler Sathya who was so warm, helpful and hunorous from our arrival until even after our departure when he located and organised the return of a stuffed toy my daughter had left. We will definitely return!

A very beautiful, well-maintained hotel complex. The spacious parkland offers a beautiful river valley with a pool and spa overlooking the jungle. We explored the adjacent rice field with a guided tour. We felt very comfortable in the hotel and could have spent our entire time in the hotel grounds, especially since the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that I had left my Panama hat at the hotel room and the luggage service didn't notice that the hat was still in room 316. It can happen.

Incredible hotel stay. Staff took care of us on our honeymoon. Really good breakfast. The location is on top of a ravine so the property is surrounded by jungle and you can hear and see the river/rapids. Massage a were good but expect to pay tourist pricing.
