My family and I stayed in the Heavenly Pool Villa and had an amazing experience! All staff were friendly and accommodating. We booked a grill at our villa in one of the nights where the chef cooked plenty of delicious food and ensured the food was catered to our needs. Breakfast buffet had a variety of different foods which was excellent. My parents went for the massage and said it felt like heaven, being located on the riverside and hearing the sounds of nature as they got massaged. Scenery is beautiful, with rice paddies, river and lots of trees. Second time going to Bali and this was the best hotel/resort I've stayed in. Hope to stay here next time. Thank you Maya Ubud!

We had the most wonderful stay at Maya Spa and Resort and honestly cannot fault it. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed. Budi was our driver and we felt so safe the entire time. His driving was incredibly smooth and it made getting there completely stress free. The amount of greenery around the resort is just incredible, everywhere you look feels lush and calming. The food across all the restaurants was delicious. We especially loved the octopus pasta at the River Cafe. On our last night we treated ourselves to the Teppanyaki experience and it was a real highlight of the trip. Our chef Dedy was so skilful and entertaining, and the food was amazing. Our server Anu was so attentive and genuinely the sweetest person. I was a bit sceptical about the butler service at first because I could not imagine why we would need one, but we ended up using it a lot. Every request was easy and nothing ever felt like a hassle. A big thank you to Gus for making everything so seamless. We stayed in a jacuzzi suite (411) and absolutely loved it. We did not actually use the jacuzzi but really appreciated the extra space and comfort. A beautiful, peaceful resort with outstanding staff. We would happily return.

Maya Ubud is an exceptional resort. If you are staying in Ubud and often like to stay at 5 start resorts, stay here. We stayed for one week, and I wished it had been longer. First the location is very central, and the grounds surrounding the resort are lovely lush and green. The resort has a fantastic pool. The restaurant is better than most resort restaurants and the food is top notch, including breakfast. We checked in very late and it was no problem, and went smoothly. Overall everything about this resort is high quality. Highly recommended.

We had 3 nights at Maya Ubud for the start of our first ever stay in Bali. The resort was first class, with excellent facilities and plenty on offer to fill your day. Its a short distance outside of Ubud centre, so close enough enough to enjoy Ubud, but well and truly away from any noise. Sutrisna dakem sanji dita ngakan (the restaurant staff) in particular were exceptional. They were attentive throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. They worked well together to cover all aspects of our dining experience. The kids club was great for keeping kids busy in the morning to allow some more relaxation. All in all it was a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

From the moment we entered the beautiful long drive through the gates, we were wowed. Then we met the staff. And we knew we were somewhere special. Having come from Maya Sanur, where our experience was a lot different, we were a little nervous about our week here. We needn't have been. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The resort jungle pool is stunning. A little hike to get to, but worth the effort. And made even more special by being adult only. We were very fortunate to have been upgraded into a gorgeous jacuzzi villa. It was so spacious, comfortable and had such a lovely Balinese vibe. With a perfect work station that we very much appreciated. We loved it very much. Our enjoyment was perhaps heightened because of the villa we were lucky enough to stay in. However, our overall experience was certainly made all the more wonderful because of the staff. Absolutely every single staff member, at all times was friendly, warm, welcoming and happy, with outstanding service. This really is what made this resort stand out.
