We absolutely loved, loved, loved our stay at Maya Sanur. We stayed in an Ocean View Villa, and it was an absolute dream—beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and so peaceful. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in, and the room itself felt spacious, calm, and thoughtfully done. Breakfast was a highlight every single morning. The buffet spread was generous and high quality, and the à la carte options were just as good—everything felt fresh, well executed, and indulgent without being overwhelming. The coffee was excellent, which always makes a difference. The location is fantastic. The beachfront promenade is right there and takes you on a lovely walk all the way to ICON Bali, making it easy to explore while still feeling tucked away in a serene resort setting. We also really enjoyed the on-site dining. RUE served delicious pizza and was perfect for a relaxed meal, while Tree Bar was great for dinner—lovely atmosphere and solid food. On top of that, the hotel is close to some excellent restaurants in Sanur, so you’re spoiled for choice. Overall, Maya Sanur strikes the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and location. A truly memorable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Amazing and very relaxing stay at Maya Resort. We love the room, so spacious and spotless. Indra our housekeeper was like a fairy, we go out for breakfast and we arrive into a fresh room! Definitely the highlight of our stay. Rendi at front office and our other Butler were all very efficient on checking on our needs and efficiently tending to our requests. You can’t get past Rue restaurant. The pizza, drinks , fried chicken and everything on their kids menu. Freshly cooked and tastes so delicious. We had almost all of our meals there. Ariya already knows our favourites! And the spa was heaven! Definitely do not forget to get your treatments . Their Balinese massage was very very good. They also have great wellness activities and Kids Club was great!!! Breakfast though needs more variety. It was the same everyday .

Genuinely an amazing experience at Maya Sanur. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, available, and accommodating. The location is within 15 minutes' walk of some great food, shopping, and sights and right next to the beach. Awesome facilities, and the room turnover is weirdly and wonderfully unique and clean every time. If you go to the Tree Bar, make sure to give a healthy handshake to the best hotel bartenders we had all trip, Rizky (Rizzy the Rizz God) and Adi are incredibly efficient, friendly, and are always up for a laugh. Thank you for an awesome experience, team!

Our stay at Maya Sanur Resort & Spa was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located, with stunning grounds and a relaxed luxury feel that makes it so easy to unwind. The three restaurants at the resort, Rue, Kuu & Tree Bar were all fantastic, each offering something different while maintaining exceptional quality. Every meal was delicious, & beautifully presented. Having such great dining options on-site truly enhanced our stay. A very special mention must go to our amazing room attendants Asmika and Hendra. Their attention to detail, kindness, and care were outstanding. Our room was always spotless, beautifully presented, and refreshed with such thoughtfulness each day it truly made us feel so comfortable and well looked after. We also want to sincerely thank Angga at the service desk, who went above and beyond to assist us. Angga was always warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help, making every interaction easy and pleasant. The staff at Maya Sanur are what truly set this resort apart. Their genuine hospitality made our stay memorable, and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for exceptional service and a truly special Bali experience.

We stayed at the Maya for 4 nights with our two boys and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were amazing and spotless. Cleaned twice daily. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was amazing and worth every penny. The pool and beach were also very nice. The overall look of the hotel is so beautiful. Felt like a real haven in sanur. Both restaurants attached to the hotel on the main street were fantastic.
