We absolutely loved, loved, loved our stay at Maya Sanur. We stayed in an Ocean View Villa, and it was an absolute dream—beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and so peaceful. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in, and the room itself felt spacious, calm, and thoughtfully done. Breakfast was a highlight every single morning. The buffet spread was generous and high quality, and the à la carte options were just as good—everything felt fresh, well executed, and indulgent without being overwhelming. The coffee was excellent, which always makes a difference. The location is fantastic. The beachfront promenade is right there and takes you on a lovely walk all the way to ICON Bali, making it easy to explore while still feeling tucked away in a serene resort setting. We also really enjoyed the on-site dining. RUE served delicious pizza and was perfect for a relaxed meal, while Tree Bar was great for dinner—lovely atmosphere and solid food. On top of that, the hotel is close to some excellent restaurants in Sanur, so you’re spoiled for choice. Overall, Maya Sanur strikes the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and location. A truly memorable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We had a fantastic few days in Maya Sanur. The hotel is very conveniently located along the beach front. The staff is absolutely amazing and very friendly. Thank you to Leli, Budirastu, Panji, and Nadya at the reception and our butler Rendi for assisting us during our stay. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with lk the amenities. Had a great time. Will surely come back! Thank you.

The Tree Bar is Sanur’s best bar by a mile. An epic happy hour from 5-7 every day includes the best cocktails and even their wines. Some are French. There are seats with views of the ocean, seats at the bar, and the best staff who chat, suggest personalised cocktails and just love what they do. I would rate this as one of the top 4 hotels in Sanur for location, rooms, pools, drinks (number one) and food. Just go and you’ll go every time you’re in Sanur for a drink the rest of your life. Seriously. Love. Love Barman Krisna!!

This was my first time visiting Bali, and I chose Maya Sanur for my stay. It is an excellent hotel with comfortable facilities and a spacious, clean room (room 408). I really enjoyed the afternoon tea and the beachfront breakfast area, which made the experience even more special. Special thanks to Kirana, the front office trainee, who kindly escorted me to my room and the afternoon tea area, explained everything clearly, and helped set up the electric mosquito repellent. I checked out yesterday and did not get the chance to see her again, but I truly appreciate her assistance. Overall, a wonderful stay. I will definitely come back.

This was our first visit to Bali and Maya Resort was recommended by out travel agency (Trailfinders) we had a garden room booked but were upgraded to a pool room which saw wonderful. Check-in was smooth and easy and the staff very helpful. During our stay we had breakfast included which was fantastic with a huge selection available in the dinning area which had both inside and outside seating. We also had most of our lunch meals there when not on trips and all our evening meals as the food was excellent and well priced. When not out on trips we spent time in the pool, gym, spa and at the beach. Our overall experience at Maya was wonderful and the staff were excellent. The area of Sanur was also, of us wonderful.
