We had a very nice stay at Maya Resort in Sanur with our family. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and located right by the beach, which makes it a great place to stay with children. A special thank you to the Kids Club team – Unik, Asih, Lasmi, and Linda. They were very kind and attentive with our kids, who really enjoyed spending time there doing crafts and playing. It made our stay much more relaxed knowing they were well looked after. Overall, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. A lovely option for families visiting Sanur.

I had such a delightful experience at Rue Bali! I tried the Cinnamon Roll, Chewy Dubai Cookie, Lemon & Passion Fruit Tart, and their Passion Rush drink. The Cinnamon Roll was perfectly soft and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness. The Chewy Dubai Cookie was surprisingly rich and satisfying, with a nice balance of chewiness and flavor. The Lemon & Passion Fruit Tart was refreshingly tangy and beautifully presented—definitely a treat for the senses. The Passion Rush drink complemented the desserts perfectly with its fruity and refreshing taste. Overall, the quality of the food and drinks is top-notch, and the cozy ambiance of Rue Bali makes it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for dessert lovers!

Wonderful hotel. It’s spacious in set up but not massive in terms of amount of rooms, which makes it never feel too crowded. They have plenty of choices for restaurants and bars and offer good quality and yummy food. Especially Rue, at the front of the hotel, became our favorite. The pool may feel small at times when the hotel is full but the ocean is never far away and offers a nice dip too. The rooms are spacious and the bed and shower are very comfortable. They have a high level of service and will try to make you as comfortable and looked after as they can. In terms of location we would have loved a little more greenery around us but it comes with the upside you have plenty of restaurants right at your doorstep to pick from and the walking path at the beach side is also amazing. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

From the moment you arrive, you immediately feel the luxury and calm atmosphere the resort offers. The hospitality was truly out of this world. Every staff member went above and beyond to make the stay special, and the level of service was easily one of the best I’ve experienced. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made a huge difference throughout the entire stay. The amenities were superb, and the little nook on the balcony quickly became my favorite spot to relax and unwind. Everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The location was also perfect — close to so many amazing local restaurants, western dining options, bars, and cafes, making it easy to enjoy Sanur while still having a peaceful luxury retreat to come back to. An unforgettable stay from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone wanting comfort, elegance, and world-class hospitality in Bali.
