Great Yoga session by Sumiyasa this morning. Amazing view for the session - see photo. Overall hotel is amazing and service is good. Good rooms, great location. Buffet breakfast is good. Swimming pool is a bit small and we were asked to keep the kids quiet on the first day but others days were fine. I am guessing one of the adult only resort seekers may have suggested... Having said so, we are have an amazing time including time in the pool. I will come again if we get a similar deal.

A week at this resort was brilliant. Facilities, location & staff are the best. We have stayed in many hotels across Asia & Europe & cannot fault this resort. The ‘wonderful pool access room ‘ we had was spacious & spotlessly clean-who ever cleans the room, their attention to detail is faultless.I need to make special mention of Rani, Winda & Lia. Those three were up there with the most engaging, friendly & professional staff we have encountered. Their English is excellent & their levels of service are exemplary. Because of their friendliness & the resort, we have booked & paid to return in May-June 2025.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming and aware of everything. They remembered special preferences, always looked out and made the whole stay extremely special. I also booked a massage at the resort and had the best experience. The therapist Melisya is well trained and knowledgeable. She gave me a full body massage, body scrub and facial. Also, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you all so much!

I have been to many beautiful hotels but this one is really on top of my list. Never seen such a beautiful breakfast buffet - just amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly (like everywhere in Bali) and the design of the hotel and its pool…just perfect. I don’t like “big” hotels but this one didn’t feel big. Would love to come back.

Modern hotel in good location. Close to beach and shops. Room was large and beds comfortable. The large day bed on the balcony and the extra-large round bathtub were standout features. Staff are great….obliging and friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed they did not have a jacuzzi and sauna for a 5 star resort. The gym was also a bit basic. The ‘infinity’ pool was also a bit underwhelming.
