We stayed at the Maya for 4 nights with our two boys and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were amazing and spotless. Cleaned twice daily. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was amazing and worth every penny. The pool and beach were also very nice. The overall look of the hotel is so beautiful. Felt like a real haven in sanur. Both restaurants attached to the hotel on the main street were fantastic.

Our stay at Maya Sanur Resort & Spa was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located, with stunning grounds and a relaxed luxury feel that makes it so easy to unwind. The three restaurants at the resort, Rue, Kuu & Tree Bar were all fantastic, each offering something different while maintaining exceptional quality. Every meal was delicious, & beautifully presented. Having such great dining options on-site truly enhanced our stay. A very special mention must go to our amazing room attendants Asmika and Hendra. Their attention to detail, kindness, and care were outstanding. Our room was always spotless, beautifully presented, and refreshed with such thoughtfulness each day it truly made us feel so comfortable and well looked after. We also want to sincerely thank Angga at the service desk, who went above and beyond to assist us. Angga was always warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help, making every interaction easy and pleasant. The staff at Maya Sanur are what truly set this resort apart. Their genuine hospitality made our stay memorable, and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for exceptional service and a truly special Bali experience.

Cannot speak highly enough of the Maya Sanur Resort. The facilities were terrific (room/bathroom both spacious, kept immaculately clean and so quiet); the pool area had a great mix of sunshine and shade and, importantly, always had sun lounges available. Located on the beach the view every evening from the Tree Bar was sublime - as were our two spa experiences. The extras included complimentary afternoon tea daily, cultural experiences that guests could engage with if they wished, daily happy “hour” at all their restaurants - and the spa, and power banks loaned at the pool - a first for us. But the best things about Maya? The staff and the food. Maya employs a lot of staff and every single one was unfailingly focused on providing guests the very best experience. Balinese are beautiful people but the Maya staff took it to a new level. The biggest surprise? The food - this wasn’t normal hotel fare it was the kind of quality you’d expect from a very good restaurant. We’ve always stayed in Seminyak because it has many great restaurants but eating every night at the Tree Bar was just as good - arguably better in fact. No need to research, make reservations, battle the traffic etc. Looking forward already to our next stay at Maya Sanur!

We were in a Nest Suite and that includes and can get a balcony view of the garden, the king size bed with two bedside tables, a TV, bathrooms with a shower, bath, toliet and two sinks with two mirrors. You can also get a roller bed for FREE!!! The service was amazing and room service was fast and accurate. Restaurants were easy to get to being there are only 4 floors in the hotel plus a few villas. Swimming pools were clean and spacious. Recommended.

Very well located resort comfortable stay and very very hospitable and polite staff. The butler service at the resort is amazing, they take care of everything for you when you message them on WhatsApp. They even organized a wheelchair for my wife, which was a great relief. We stayed in a lagoon pool room and the kids loved it. Extremely convenient location near the Sanur beach. Only thing is, for their spa, one has to climb about 10 to 15 stairs so they should consider guests with accessibility requirements. Overall a good experience at Maya Sanur
