Maya Sanur Resort & Spa is a fabulous hotel choice, located right on the beach in the heart of Sanur Bali. The moment you enter this hotel you are greeted by super friendly staff. The long pool lagoon is a big highlight and breathtaking to see. We stayed in the king Impressive pool lagoon suite with direct pool access. The room is exceptional, so spacious, quiet and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a round bathtub and nice smelling soap products. The lagoon pool is excellent directly accessed from the room. They also have 2 other pools, one facing the beach and adjacent to the tree bar. The restaurant is also excellent with indoor and outdoor dining options. The hotel has direct beach access for some sun bathing on the lounges or a casual walk to many other bars and restaurants. The front of the hotel has direct access to the main road where you will find many cafes bars and restaurants to choose. There are also some good massage options across the road, we tried the one across the street which was excellent. Overall Maya Sanur Resort & Spa gets a big 5 stars from us and we will definitely be back!

Very comfortable stay, the bed, pillows, room - everything was great! Such a pity we didn’t get to use the huge bathtub - the hotel even provides a flower bath service. Great location along the chill Sanur beach area, with lots of food, shopping and massage places within walking distance. Buffet breakfast was average - we didn’t find it that enticing. Took a while to get our coffee and plates cleared even though staff were aplenty.

The place is very nice and atmosphere is very closed to the natural. If u love sea breeze and sea side, this resort will certainly make your stay a memorable one. I have enjoyed my stay with this resort and I will certainly return back for my next adventure!

I very luxurious resort and spa hotel, well appointed rooms, great access to beach, pools, facilities, and spa treatments. Onsite restaurant and bar options were great, the resort also offered a range of activities for families and relaxation (like free yoga).
Staff were attentive without being overly zealous. Great execution but not at a budget price. I would recommend if you can afford it!

Wants to be a 5 star hotel and even though this is Bali, it’s not really trying too hard. This isn’t cheap but it seems it. Checked in for New Year’s Eve but had to eat somewhere else as they were fully booked for dinner! How does that happen?
Go to the beach bar for food and if it’s raining or wet, there’s about 5 tables that are always busy.
When I managed to eat here the food was very average. How is beef rendang so chewy?
Very disappointed other than the usual Balinese warmth. Seems to have no idea or management.
Rooms are ok but a blocked sink, no shower wash and hard bed made applied it a little.
