We stayed for 3 nights, from April 1 to 4, 2025 at Impressive Lagoon Suites. The resort is not large (in comparison to other 5 stars resorts we have stayed before), but with proper settings it feels comfortable. The impressive lagoon suites (with additional 1 bed) is enough for a family of 5 people (which I gratefully thankful, because not many 5 stars resorts permit a family of 5 people stay in 1 room). The room is clean, very comfortable, and has good wifi connection for online game. The staff are very polite. They said we had a buttler service for staying at an impressive lagoon suites, who can be approached by whatsapp. Until the day we departed, they still didn't text me their buttler's whatsapp number 🙄. We also had an incident in the breakfast room when the staff chased us to collect the payment (they mistook us for other guest), which was quite embarassing. The problem was resolved with an apology after I contacted the front office. The pool is facing the beach and has a very excellent view during sunrise. Too bad the sun loungers have many birds' stools, please make sure the staff to clean them. The breakfast is quite good and the room dining has a good settings. You have to try Kuu resto (a Japanese resto), they taste very good.

Absolutely amazing experience – I can confidently say it's better than the Hyatt. The staff are constantly cleaning no matter where you are, and the entire place feels exceptionally hygienic. The restaurant is excellent, with beautiful ocean views right in front. The WhatsApp-based butler service is next-level – unlike many other Southeast Asian resorts, they respond within a minute, every time. That kind of speed and precision is a clear reflection of outstanding management. Having visited hundreds of resorts, I rarely feel this impressed. But Maya Sanur truly moved me. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Loved every single aspect of this hotel! Special thanks to Angga, our butler who was really helpful and responsive whenever I had questions or requests. Breakfast at Mayasari was great, especially liked the made to order egg menus and coffee. Had a fantastic stay in Heavenly pool suite, which was spacious and clean. The location was also very convenient, very walkable to various restaurants and shops when we wanted to explore the neighborhood.

The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and fast. A special shoutout to Kk Padmini and Seva for their warm hospitality and great service. They made sure everything was perfect. I especially enjoyed the light coffee, which was smooth and well-balanced, paired with a buttery, flaky croissant. The ambiance was cozy and comfortable, making it a great place to start the day. Highly recommended!

Spent 2 weeks at this amazing beachfront hotel, would highly recommend. The staff are very attentive, professional and can’t do enough for you. Enjoyed time at the spa would definitely recommend Balinese massage & warm stone massage. So much to choose from at breakfast. I stayed in an Impressive Lagoon Pool room which was huge but very nice. Solo traveller made to feel very comfortable and at ease all times.
