We’ve been fortunate to visit several 5 star all inclusive hotels in Turkey, Greece and Dubai and the Maxx Royal Kemer resort is by far the best. The service is exemplary, the food is amazing and the facilities are world class. The only slight negative is the entertainment program, which is slightly repetitive and geared towards the Russian speaking guests. A special shout out to Jacquelin our host and also the South American staff at the Sunlit beach bar and restaurant, who were all courteous and very friendly. Honestly this place takes some beating. I do like to visit different places however, I’ll be back here very soon!!!

The guard tried to kick us out of the beach area in front of this hotel. When I told him to call the police, he backed away. They will probably reply to this review that they do not do that and comply with the law, that is a lie.

We visited here 2024 again! Amazing experience continuing. This is the best holiday resort ever. For everyone. The best service, best food, activities and especially the Kids Club. F&B Manager Mr. Mustafa Ince, Beach&Pool Director Ms. Eda Ulku, Zone Manager Ismail Ergul, our MaxxAssistants Ibrahim&Fatih, Pool Service Mr. Kadri, Breakfast Mr. Ali, Fish Restaurant Zone Manager Mr. Sedat Sabir and Mr. Mete, Turkish Restaurant Mr.Gokhan thank you for Unforgettable experience. Thank you Maxx Royal! This is our 4th year visit and each year everything gets better 🎉 The only downside of this year was the entertainment! The shows were so boring and were very similar almost every day! I believe this needs to be fixed for future!

The utter contempt that this hotel has for it's paying guests is astonishing. Displaying absolutely zero respect only for the crime of staying there. Extremely expensive and very very rude staff at every level. They will reply to this comment by saying it's not true, don't believe a word they say. Extremely rude and dishonest staff. Absolutely shameful and disgraceful. Nothing 'royal' about it. A Hotel run by mafia. Save your time and money and stay somewhere else.
