It’s a perfect place to relax with beautiful white sandy beaches and clean, comfortable rooms. The location is right in the center, close to tourist attractions and very convenient for travel. Every staff member made me feel truly valued. The front desk team was always ready to help with everything, and the restaurant staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Even though I came here alone, I never felt lonely. This is truly the spirit of Thailand kindness and genuine hospitality. I will definitely come back to stay here again.

Bad bad place! Do not get near by. They had renovation going on, lots of noise and bad smell. The smell of sewage and noise of drilling and renovation, seriously that’s a shame! They woke us up every morning at 9:30 the the sound of very noisy drilling!! Without considering the hotel guests. They published the hotel in booking like they can still offer quiet and peace, which is what guests usually need and want and come for!! I can’t describe the suffer and the mental anguish, if you are having your hotel renovated, be at least honest and decent to inform it before guests are cominh!! The Booking are as guilty as the hotel management. Do not get close to a hotel who doesn’t respect you and behaving greedily. Plus they make you sign every single service you need, for example I needed an iron and they came to my room with a note like mini contract that I signed that I take the iron and I need to get it back in 30 minutes. And there is insist that you should bring it back by the end of those 30 minutes!! And on our day of the checkout they called us at 12:00 to make sure we are leaving, they didn’t even give us a space of five minutes over, like they were so stressed and they forced the guest to leave. I’ve been in cheaper places and I got cheaper services but never got these kind of service and never experienced this kind of experience in a hotel where all the parts need to be kind considering. SHAME. GRRED.

We've been staying at this hotel every year for several years, and we still love it. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. We always book room #115, "Ocean Building," ideally located near the pool and the beach. The room is comfortable and always spotless thanks to daily housekeeping. The only slight downside: every morning, a cooking smell wafts into the room, which is quite annoying. The setting is superb, with perfectly maintained gardens; you really feel like you're on vacation just walking around the hotel. The breakfast is just okay, very limited not memorable. The service at the beach restaurant/bar, on the other hand, is remarkable: whenever a guest needs something, two or three staff members immediately jump in to help. The menu offers a wide selection of Thai and European dishes, all delicious. I would definitely give the staff and beach services a 10/10, especially Mr. Joe and Miss Kae, who are always helpful and lovely. Nice hotel with a great location. Breakfast is decent — you get what you need. The staff will prepare eggs in any style: fried, boiled, scrambled, or as an omelet. Very good! Sun loungers are available both by the pool and on the beach. Rooms are clean and spacious. Note: There is a lot of noise from a pub if you’re staying on the riverside, especially near the road.

Review and ratings are based on the fact that it's a 3* hotel. We had a room in the building by the sea and it was quite spacious. Being on the 4th floor we also had a sea view. Breakfast was relatively basic, with only one Asian dish and the usual international choices. Pool was very near the beach and you could use either easily from the loungers. Hotel staff were all very friendly. A short walk to the Central shopping centre and Chaweng nightlife
