If you are traveling to New York, please stay at this amazing hotel with great amenities, location and service. My best hotel experience in USA. As flight crew for more than 12 years, i would like to praise all the staff during my 30hrs stay, for their kindness attentiveness and warm welcome and prompt assistance. Nowadays, As international flight crew we do not get that anymore in our hotels stays. After 20 hours flight duty, on full flight, dealing with 300 customers inflight purser and cabin crew we always require warm welcome and comfort.That is what we received.Checked in on 21st Sept, Checked out 22nd. We received warm welcome by their guest relations agent. They did amazing beautiful redecoration in the hotel. Top notch interior design in the lobby, reception and restaurant. During my stay i had to change my room due Saturday night noise from outside and receptionist assisted promptly. I had ordered multiple packages which concierge and security delivered to me kindly. For any information that i required from the concierge about how to go to certain places, I was kindly instructed. Apologising for not asking their names, but my overall hotel stay experience was enhanced by the whole hotel team. Definitely looking forward to stay in Martinique Broadway Hotel again 💖 Dear Martinique Hotel management, please extend my genuine THANK YOU for the whole hotel team.✨🫶🏻🤗

I love this hotel. Beautifully appointed with comfortable beds. The showers are the best! We were told at another hotel when we reported that there was no water pressure and the water never heated to a comfortable temperature “Oh, (giggle) that’s just New York”. Not true!! The Martinique showers are spacious, with unending hot water and the perfect water pressure! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They truly treat the guest to a wonderful experience all the way around. Thermostats in the rooms are able to be set at your desired temperature. This feature alone was exciting to me.

The location is great. Subway entrance is right next to the front door with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Staff are responsive and friendly. The room is a good size for NYC. Although one of the front elevator was broken for my entire 3-day stay and there is no refrigerator in the room, it didn’t affect my trip much. I’m fully aware of the daily additional charge and the front desk reminded me when checking in, so no complain on that. Everything else is perfect for my stay and I’ll not hesitate to come back again.

This location was absolutely beautiful! Feels it's age but they are doing some construction and upgrades as it shows! While we were here they were decorated for the US open beautifully! The staff here is amazing. Everyone goes above and beyond. Cannot wait to stay here again! The gym and golf simulator are off site though, just as a heads up. We did not know this coming into the hotel. The rooms were small but very cozy! My only complaint from our 2 night stay is they did not let us know they were currently under construction and at 7am they were banging on the building and setting up scaffolding outside our window. We upgraded to a room with a view and 6 hours in we could only see scaffolding. The windows are paper thin and can here the sirens and horns all night. If you're a light sleeper I definitely would bring ear plugs! Even when not under construction. Perfect location! Located just a block over from the Empire state building! Perfect for walking to Times Square, shopping and Central park!

I’ve stayed at Martinique New York on Broadway three times now, and it’s always a great experience. The location is amazing, right by the subway, which makes getting around the city so convenient. The rooms are always clean, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The hotel is on a busy street, but honestly you don’t notice it at all once you’re inside. It’s comfortable, reliable, and has become one of my go-to stays in NYC and for a good price. Highly recommend!
