This is the third time we have come here. Every time we leave we immediately book again because we have had the absolute best time. The rooms are comfortable, with good showers and a nice balcony. The food is incredible. Every day is a different theme alongside lots of other yummy things. The cakes are also heavenly! Every member of staff is super friendly and helpful. However, what makes this place so special is the animation team. They are why we keep coming back. They are incredible people who work so hard to ensure that us and the kids have such a special time. Diego keeps everyone in check and is always up for a challenge, Armand is great for a chat about life and gives good ice cream recommendations, Lorena is the friendliest lady you will ever meet with a totally infectious smile (and made me a beautiful mermaid this year), Paige has an amazing voice and boundless energy, Nacho has all of the jokes (many of them truly awful but funny all the same!), Aleixa is just incredible with the children, nothing is too much trouble plus she is always smiling, Miriam is a total firecracker who will keep you chuckling for hours, Sofia is quieter but was a total star getting our youngest involved, and Laeti is wild and wonderful and like the sister you always wanted! They are totally amazing and we come back in the hope that they are here. We know they might not always be and we wish them so much happiness wherever they go. I could go on about how awesome you are forever (but it’s past bedtime!) Thank you so much Lucie, Isla, Hannah and Magic Mike xx

Fabulous experience in this hotel. Great entertainment team. Nacho, Armand, Letty, Miriam and Lorena couldn't have been nicer. Their energy and friendliness is unmatched. They go out of their way to get everyone, young and old, joining in the games. Couldn't recommend them more! Bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and create a great atmosphere. Good food, good drinks. Our son has a peanut allergy and the chefs were very helpful pointing out what he could have. Reception staff were also very helpful when we needed some help. There's a kids disco every night followed by adult entertainment which were quite good. Apartment was spotless and well equipped with a fridge, 2 ring hob, microwave and hairdryer. Theres plates, bowls etc also. Comfortable beds. With AC. All in all I highly recommend this hotel for kids and adults alike.

The holiday was good, the food and animators were top notch. But there are some drawbacks, we booked 2 rooms upon arrival and check-in, they overcharged us at the reception and we had to pay 70 euros more, 4 swimming pools and not one with heating, the territory has a slippery slab, poor cleaning, there is always a long queue in the main bar. We liked the holiday but we don't want to come back a second time.

Great hotel and location of beautiful cala Ferrera beach. Staff worked hard and was really friendly and helpful. The food was good with lots of choices. The entertainment team was a great laugh and great with the kids. Drinks on AI were really good, and bar staff were really friendly. Great hotel, will return 👌

We were on vacation at this hotel as a family of 4. When we arrived at the hotel (at 10 pm) we were immediately checked into a room. It was cold, the bed was damp and cold, the toilet didn't work well. We reported this to the reception. In the morning, an employee came and fixed everything. They also brought heaters to each room. The food in the restaurant was incredibly tasty and varied. Very satisfied with the hotel and the employees. I recommend this hotel!
