I absolutely loved it there a friend of mine invited me to come over. I had never been to a resort my whole entire life. I was very in awe of all of the Wonder and Splendor of the place the way that they had it decorated and all of the facilities the places that you could eat the places that you could just sit down and watch a TV by the pool and sit in the jacuzzi it was absolutely amazing. I loved walking over the bridge that was all lit up. Definitely it was festive it made me reconsider going to resorts. I just want to say thank you to all the people that made that place such a vibrant place during the holiday season it was a treat for me and I know it must have been a treat for many thank you for all your hard work that you put into decorating. I felt like I was in a whole nother place it was peaceful and so I just want to thank you and all of your staff I pray God will continue to bless you to be able to provide this beautiful place for people to come and rest and relax.

I was a bit hesitant at first considering the price of rooms seemed like a low nightly fee. But when you go to check out and chose how many bedrooms etc it does bring up the price to a more average marriott price in Orlando. Which is fine...because this place is absolutely amazing! It is so well kept both indoors and out! The landscape and flowers are just gorgeous, and whoa so many different Palm trees, just amazing. We have three children 12, 9, 5 who loved it here. The crowd was great. The poolside food was great, try the golf club restaurant too. The room was so clean, air quality wonderful, comfortable beds. One mattress was a little more firm than the other two but was still a good mattress! My husbands exact words, let's come here every year!

We stayed in golf village. We were given a bottom floor 1 bedroom unit. The unit was good in terms of its size and amenities but it had a very musty smell. Everything was clean in the room. Calling for room service was slow and took a second call to get the item we requested. The front desk staff was ok, but definitely did not go out of their way. As a plus- the grounds were very nice. The pools were well taken care, warmed to a comfortable temperature. And the landscaping was nice. I would not stay again based on the smell of the unit alone though.

Disappointed with this stay which was for 2 weeks with family , family has stayed here before but they believe it will be the last , in term of the resort facility’s are really nice but the service was poor , 1 day we not had our room Cleaned in over 4 days. The apartment it self was not bigger enough for 7 people , 1 lady at the second bar was extremely rude in serving drinks slamming drinks now not saying thanks or anything which was rude , most were staff were ok but not her ? Had to ask for clean towels a lot the toilet handle was hanging off in 1 of our bathrooms and also the shower pressed was coming of the glue in main bedroom , and a few other problems as well for the money you spend you expect better

Excellent location and really well maintained! Loved the colorful gardening, holiday lights, play areas, and to top it all were the amazing pool areas!! Very convenient to the theme parks… The onsite restaurants with food and bar for quick meals were really nice! Room service could be done better and needs to be thorough. We were out of basic things like body wash, coffee pouches etc for most of the stay…
