Superb resort, truly a 5 star experience. We stayed there for 4 nights with teenage children in 1 BR apartment. The apartment had all facilities and was very perfect for a family. The resort design and its maintenance is top notch, and it is located close to everything and yet secluded. We loved the pool, lazy lagoon, gardens, buffet breakfast etc. Drinking water bottles were complimentary, unlimited and it was a great convenience in hot weather. The lounge was really nice, it had pool table, video games, TV, cards, books, toilet, shower and change facilities. This was very comforting and a great option to spend time after checking out as our flight was late at night. The staff was very courteous, friendly and professional. Special mention to Joe P, Marchel, Tyson, Deborah, Chandra and the Momo Cafe breakfast host ( forgot her name, she is from Ubud and we chatted with her about Ulan Danu). Suggestions: Momo Cafe should have more vegetarian multi cuisine options for lunch and dinner. Few years back they had more Indian vegetarian breakfast options, and would be good if they reintroduced items like Idli- Vada, Aloo paratha, Upma, Kulcha, Aloo poha, Indian masala tea etc. Room 907, shower has half glass screen, the slope of the shower base is not proper and water keeps spreading near vanity and toilet, the design should be changed as per room 917 design. Some more plants and trees are needed near MVC main pool area, it looks bit bald. Courtyard area has nice trees. While it didn't affect us this time, as our flight was delayed, the 4:00 pm check-in time could have been an inconvenience. Tourist come to enjoy time at the resort, and by 4:00 pm there is much left to enjoy.

We had an amazing experience throughout our stay here in this hotel. Great view, calm vibes and super spacious rooms made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The service was top notch with excellent hospitality from the staffs - especially Adelle. Loved her warm smile and customer service! Definitely will visit again ❤️

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in the beginning of April and wow it did not disappoint at all!! We miss it so much and really want you to come back. The service was top tier, especially because of our concierge Godlief! He truly delivered the best service we have ever had. He was very attentive and catered to everything we needed for our itinerary. Super efficient and treated us like a good friend. Unfortunately we did not get to say goodbye to him and we would like to honour him through this review. The resort itself was amazing! So much to do in the resort and the pool and breakfast were amazing. We cannot wait to come back again!

Loved our stay at Marriott's Bali Nusa Dua Gardens! Three pools, including a lazy river, kept my daughter entertained for hours. Even has indoor and outdoor kids clubs! We scored a ground floor room by the lazy river - perfect for poolside fun with the little one. Plus, the location is ideal! Lots of convenient stores, massage spas, and delicious warungs nearby. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be back!

Always love Marriott, best hotel and stay for both business and vacation. The staff are amazing, make us felt so welcomed. Lovely hospitality and great place to stay at Bali. Love the receptionist, Moon. She is so sweet, make the arrangements for us to collect our breakfast so that we can bring it along when we go for our 3am jeep sunrise trip and 7am snorkeling at Nusa Penida island. Will come back again. You have everything you need in the room. They made up your room when you return from your daily activities.
