I had a horrible stay at Marriott Al Jaddaf Hotel which I arrived April 18 Friday and I waited 1 hour just to have a room. They just ignored me until I called over the phone and started to get upset. I cannot believe that it will take 1 hour and more for the room to be ready for Titanium Elite member. Also this morning, I was having breakfast and talked with Shoaib and he was very selective in the guest he served. I was talking to him but instead of talking to me he ignored me and just focused on the dished instead of having communication contact to me. And he made face by showing disgust which I saw in my own eyes. I will not complain if I experienced utmost hospitality and customer service. I dont deserve to be treated like this especially as a Titanium Elite member like me. I raised the concern to the manager on duty but no one responded to me or even called me. Management of this hotel sucks and even did not bother to do service recovery and did not focus on making sure that the guest will have memorable stay. I will never come back to this hotel. Shoaib deserves to be punished accordingly as he doesnt deserve to work in Marriott properties at all.

The best value for money by virtue of a competent management team, notably Ms. Mina ElQesyry Corporate Sales Manager. This 5 star property has elegant architecture, luxurious furnishing, gorgeous rooms and above all warm hospitality offered by a highly trained and dedicated team. The check in and check out process is smooth, quick and efficient. The 3 in-house restaurants and the room service offer wide ranging delicacies catering to western and eastern tastes. Special appreciation to Ahmed for the classy service with attention to detail at the ground floor "Market Place Restaurant" where sumptuous breakfast and other meals are served.

*Extremely Disappointing Experience* I recently had a truly frustrating experience at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share it. My family and I arrived on May 5th at 11:30 AM, looking forward to checking into our interconnected rooms. The staff informed us that check-in would be around 1 PM, which we accepted. However, when we returned at 4 PM, we discovered that the rooms were located far apart, which was not acceptable for us. After expressing our concerns, the staff offered us a single room on another floor while we waited. We thought this was a reasonable compromise, so we patiently waited for about an hour. Finally, we received one of the rooms but were still left waiting for the second one. As I write this, it’s now 6 PM, and we are still without our other room. The excessive delays and lack of timely communication from the staff have made this a highly disappointing experience. It's clear that the hotel's operational efficiency leaves much to be desired. I couldn't help but feel that our time was not valued, and it certainly soured what should have been an enjoyable stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Warm Hospitality and Comfort at Marriott Al Jaddaf! I had such a wonderful stay at Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism that made me feel right at home. The hotel has a calm, welcoming vibe and offers excellent value without compromising on luxury. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day out. I loved the city views and the thoughtful amenities that made the stay feel extra special. The bed was heavenly, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast was a highlight—fresh, flavorful, and with so many great options. I also appreciated the pool and spa facilities, which were a great bonus for unwinding. The staff went above and beyond throughout my stay, always smiling and ready to assist. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and truly cared for. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort, service, and a peaceful location in Dubai!

We stayed in the hotel during the month of April, and it was pleasant. Clean comfortable rooms, professional staff and service. Staff member Ephraim was very helpful, attentive and professional amongst the other staff there. We will be booking again as the location is very convenient for the errands to run. Thanks.
