Probably in the worst top 3 experiences of my hotel stay life. This is the night we get offered a complimentary night as a couple who did our reception at the venue. At 10am there is intense drilling sound which wakes us up with a start. What was supposed to be a late checkout as part of contract at 4pm, we get a call around 11:30 am from front of desk further disturbing our sleep after a late night asking us if we will check out now. The staff is completely misinformed about guests and their contracts etc. I do not recommend this hotel for a nights stay at all. I cannot believe that they actually did this to me on the night of my wedding and morning.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. Special thanks to raj singh and karan .I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.”

1- I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was far from satisfactory. When we received our apartment, it was in poor condition—tables and chairs were dusty, and there were no glasses or water provided. 2- The valet service was extremely slow, with only one staff member handling everything, which caused long waiting times. The same issue applied to the porter service; it took forever for someone to come and assist with the luggage. 3- Additionally, there was an Arabic-speaking receptionist whose attitude was completely unprofessional. She was rude and had a very unpleasant way of dealing with guests. Overall, the service at this hotel needs serious improvement. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and comfortable stay.

Excellent facility managed by attentive and caring staff. We chose it for its strategic location: 10 minutes by taxi from the airport and the same from the Arab Health fair. The restaurant presents a different theme every evening with food that is always fresh, cooked with care and presented impeccably. Yes, you have the option of choosing between the buffet and à la carte dinner. The same goes for breakfast, always excellent and plentiful. Considering that it is an excellent 4-star hotel, the quality/price ratio is also excellent. Recommended for everyone.

I love AL Jaddaf area overall, it's like hidden gem...Hotel has great options to fulfill everyone's expectations! Great breakfast, service, pool, rooftop bar! I enjoyed! Will come back again!
