I had stayed at this hotel for 18 nights in April this year. They have upgraded my room to a very nice suite room. I had enjoyed the room very much. And every hotel staff is very friendly to me and my friend. Especially the hotel guest reception, Mr. Nipin(if I remember right) is taking care of every request from us and very nice to us. We also like the buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner at the Club Lounge. Every one is very nice and friendly and the meal is great. This hotel has free shuttle bus that can send us to and from Dubai Shopping Mall. Very nice service. If I go to Dubai next time, I will stay at the hotel again.

It's a great hotel overall. Friendly and helpful staff. Not far from most attractions. We loved the small things the cleaners did in our rooms to make it special.

Being a Marriott member Titanium or platinum. I do not suggest to book if you have occasion. Customer service is not very honest on the occupancy availability. Dont request anything because always the answer they are fully book, best answer what you get. Even in the booking a lot of rooms available and its summer. I am not sure if you do advance booking but example I get last minute booking anniversary and they did not even care or consider.

Never book your event here, we had a horrible experience, so disappointing for what is supposedly a Marriott 5 star hotel. We had booked the venue for a family gathering event for 100+ people. Our entire experience was horrible from dates confusion from The hotel’s side after we confirmed the payment all the way to the day of the event. On the day nothing was ready nor prepared. Sound system was not connected & didn’t work, not enough people to support, no one from the on-ground team was briefed, there was no cutlery nor plates for the dessert, not enough people to serve and they weren't even informed that they had to serve, so our family members ended up serving the guests and managing the service. Our event was simple, 2 hours, simple speakers with a Mic, serve coffee and dessert at a set time, wrap up and go, however this simple agenda was all messed up from start to finish!!!! What a disappointment and so much stress on what was for us meant to be a happy family engagement. And yes we did complain the next day & no one cares!!

Beautiful hotel located slightly aside but not too far from the hum-drum of downtown Dubai. Love the interior and the welcoming staff. Thank u Ms Ann, for your assistance. Complimentary Valet parking is available bur there's self parking as well.
