The location is perfect, and there is a mosque directly across the street. A one minute drive away provides you with 10+ dining options to choose from. It's 8 minutes from the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. Service is amazing. The rooms are nicely laid out. And all the staff is helpful. When I come to Dubai again, this is where I will be staying.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would definitely stay here again and again. The staff was kind and helpful. They made getting a ride to places easy to navigate and made recommendations on drivers. The hotel is beautiful inside and outside. The poolside staff is fun, kind , accommodating and helpful. The New Year’s Eve party was everything. I do wish they had more food longer because of the price I paid for the party. The spa area was like a mini sanctuary. The bathrooms were impeccably clean at all times. Breakfast buffet had perfect timing. I think breakfast started early and finished at 11:30am. My room was a vibe and a vacation all by itself. If you never leave the hotel you could still have a ball. Say yes to this hotel and all the amenities.

Visited on the 6th of April to 16th of April for Eid with the family. On arrival we had a terrible experience with the night reception manager, we booked through an agency for a room of 2 Adults and 2 children aged 2 and 8, the manager at reception decided to give us a deluxe room which is only suitable for 2 adults as it only has 1 king size bed. Clearly we payed for a family of 4 and even on voucher it showed 2 adults 2 children. The unprofessional night manager said that he could not offer anything else to us as that was the room booked. He even tried to charge us for an extra foldable bed for my daughter. In the end he did not as we where fuming at the lack of hospitality. The next day I contacted the AGM Varshini Varadarajan, this lady was a great person and manager. In fact Marriott Hotel is lucky to have someone as professional and soft spoken as her. She took charge and accommodated me and my family instantly. She offered us a choice of 3 different rooms which where all suitable for a family of 4 to pick from. I can't say thank you enough to Miss Varshini, she really made our holiday complete. If you have any issues at the Hotel she is the person to contact. In addition, the Hotel is stunning with great facilities for kids and adults. Excellent location, you are 10-15 min drive away from every major attraction in Dubai. I would come back again.

Never book your event here, we had a horrible experience, so disappointing for what is supposedly a Marriott 5 star hotel. We had booked the venue for a family gathering event for 100+ people. Our entire experience was horrible from dates confusion from The hotel’s side after we confirmed the payment all the way to the day of the event. On the day nothing was ready nor prepared. Sound system was not connected & didn’t work, not enough people to support, no one from the on-ground team was briefed, there was no cutlery nor plates for the dessert, not enough people to serve and they weren't even informed that they had to serve, so our family members ended up serving the guests and managing the service. Our event was simple, 2 hours, simple speakers with a Mic, serve coffee and dessert at a set time, wrap up and go, however this simple agenda was all messed up from start to finish!!!! What a disappointment and so much stress on what was for us meant to be a happy family engagement. And yes we did complain the next day & no one cares!!

Beautiful hotel located slightly aside but not too far from the hum-drum of downtown Dubai. Love the interior and the welcoming staff. Thank u Ms Ann, for your assistance. Complimentary Valet parking is available bur there's self parking as well.
