I wanted to share my recent experience of an amazing breakfast spread at your establishment. The interaction with the friendly staff was exceptional, making the atmosphere even more welcoming. The selection of community foods was excellent, but the highlight for me was definitely the bakery and bread offerings. Thank you for providing such a delightful breakfast experience!

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The hotel offers various food options, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and international cuisine, the breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. Thanks to Manager Ossama and his team. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The only issue is that you have to request each time for bath Room stuff as they only provide two items. But if you ask, they will bring it in 5 minutes 👍🏻 What's the date for the private indoor door swimming pool for both gents and ladies? Which gives an extra credit to this hotel. They also have a spa and a ladies' salon. And Oriana Aesthetic Clinic.

Absolutely stunning ! Service was impeccable , I accidentally booked the room with the wrong dates and they smoothly changed everything within 5 minutes, hassle free even though I had pretty specific requests that in any other hotel caused problems. The room itself was spotless, smelled heavenly and topped with a generous amount of premium water -I’m picky with water so that was a pleasant surprise- the breakfast was as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel, some of the dishes were not ready when we went to eat. The quality of the food was excellent , I particularly enjoyed the danish and cinnamon rolls , absolutely delicious. The outdoor pools were hands down our favorite thing about our stay. Thanks to everyone who made our stay this perfect!

During my recent stay at the Pullman Hotel and Resort, my experience was far from satisfactory, considering its five-star rating. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was remarkably unwelcoming. The staff member, Saeed, exhibited a complete lack of concern for customer service. That set a negative vibe for our stay. Despite the high standards expected from such an establishment, there was no effort to provide us with any brief or details about the resort. The room maintenance was disappointing, falling well below acceptable standards. Additionally, to our surprise, the property does not have its own beach. Although there are buggy arrangements to transport guests to the beach, this information was not communicated to us, and we had to discover it on our own. Once we did find the beach, we found it to be quite good. However, the hotel's pool is inadequate in size and cannot comfortably accommodate the number of guests. Overall, my family and I were not impressed with the Pullman Hotel and Resort. While we managed to have an okay time, the experience did not justify the cost. I cannot recommend this hotel, as there are significantly better options available in the same price range.
