Lovely stay at this hotel although rooms are spacious, they are definitely on the older side and could do with some upgrades. Housekeeping also needs some attention or better training as each day we needed to call for towels which were taken and not all replaced. On the other hand service at breakfast, lunch and dinner was fantastic . Arjin went out of his way from our arrival to make us comfortable and provided special care and service for our baby. A special thanks to Arjin, Begoimm and Shakira for your hospitality! Kids club was also quite enjoyable for my little one and was quite welcomed as an additional activity. All in all a relaxing stay

Breakfast is good staff are very polite Zeeshan Begoiim Aksan gave very good service alliwan restaurant number 1. Dinner did not have that many option, We were very disappointed. Dinner needed more grills. The rooms did not have dental kit i except next time i come it would be fixied. Everything else was top class. Really loved my vacation over here

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The service was fast and attentive — they made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive thank you Ahmed for your amazing service ❤️ The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and the menu had a great variety to choose from. You can really tell they care about quality. The overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making it perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again

From the moment we arrived, Shakira, Arusha, and Noko made this experience unforgettable. It wasn’t just the service, it was their warm smiles, attentiveness, and genuinely kind manners that stood out. Arusha greeted us so warmly at the restaurant and personally made sure we were comfortably seated and completely satisfied - such a thoughtful touch that instantly made us feel welcome. Noko truly surprised us during dinner. She didn’t just ask what drinks we’d like - she personally stood in line to get them for us! We were honestly baffled (in the best way)! That level of initiative and care is rare. And Shakira? She’s an absolute ray of sunshine. Her energy, warmth, and top-notch service lit up the entire evening. She made me feel so good about myself, like, really good (I know, right?!). Her personality is infectious in the most amazing way. I also have to give a shoutout to Ahmed from service. I was looking around during dinner, and he immediately noticed I was clearly in need of something and without hesitation, he helped me out promptly with the kindest smile. (FYI - He had to get out of the restaurant to help me with my request). It’s those little things that really make a difference. It's those things you honestly want when booking a 5-star hotel - unlimited service even without the need to request for it. It felt like this amazing team looked at us once, understood what was needed and just kept delivering outstanding service. I also have to give a big shoutout to the valley, security and life guards who were prompt, too friendly, and attentive! Pullman is incredibly lucky to have such an amazing team. I’d come back in a heartbeat just because of them! Thank you for making this staycation worth-while ☺️

I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better trip. Arusha, Shakira, and Noko have been absolutely amazing — their service has been nothing short of 5-star. They’ve made the entire experience incredibly pleasant and memorable. The hospitality, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere have been phenomenal.
