I enjoyed my stay of 7 nights. Great hotel. My girlfriend and I didn’t like the bed and had trouble sleeping after a few nights because the bed was way too firm. I never sleep on my sides, but I had to turn because my back would hurt too much. The gym in the hotel is already pretty good, but some dumbbells up to 20-30kg and an extra bench would make it a lot better. The threadmill could use some maintenance. We don’t have kids and we liked the adult only breakfast area and rooftop bar. The cocktails at the rooftop bar were not great, way too much ice. Cocktails at every restaurant we’ve been to were MUCH better. Sauna and steam were great. Breakfast is pretty good too.

Facilities of the hotel far surpassed my expectations at the price level. We were there on a cycling holiday and they have a secure underground storage area that was perfect for our road bikes. We stayed in the apartments which were clean and spacious. The complex is large - indoor and outdoor pools too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when next in the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great food with a good selection of salad and main dishes, awesome programs for kids throughout the day. Plus a convenient supermarket next door, just a minute walk from the pool. Short walk away from the water front with plenty of shops and restaurants, bicycle lanes, and wide walkways. Highly recommended for families with small kids.

Clean and comfortable hotel that separates families and adults only. We were in the family section, and they do a lot to entertain children with dedicated staff and shows.
Spacious room and good selection in breakfast buffet. Pool and sunbeds are clean, but sunbeds do however not cover all guests, which creates a culture of sunbed-hogging. Hotel should try to adress this behaviour, it is dragging the hole experience down (for me at least).
Friendly staff and good location close to seaside promenade.
One thing I did not like was the shows that included exotic animals (turtles, birds, snakes, leguanas, etc). Why would you sponsor this?? Surely you can choose other shows that kids will enjoy just as much, or more.
