Overall, a lovely experience. Staff were efficient, friendly, helpful. Housekeeping staff top notch; left the sweetest note before leaving. Quite a change from the regular resorts. Food was tasty, particularly from La Bateau. A quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

I ate at the hurricane hole for dinner one night and I ordered a don julio margarita. The menu they gave us has margarita for $22. To my surprise, when the waitress gave us the bill, they charge me $104 US for 2 margarita. I travel a lot and never seen anything like that before. This restaurant does not list the price for what I ordered nor did the waitress told me the cost before hand. I thought all the margaritas would be around the same price. I ended up paying $52 US for each margarita. This is unacceptable and unbelievable. When I questioned the waitress, her response was we don’t volunteer the price. When asked to speak to the manage, she told me she is the manager and refused to get a higher up. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Booked out all inclusive from 10th - 20th March to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. When we arrived at the resort we were greeted by the staff who immediately made us feel welcomed. This was the case with all of the staff throughout our stay, always polite and made us feel like we were the only people they were looking after. Our breakfast ladies were amazing and Nicholas at the 1461 Bar remembered our order from the 1st night. Hurricane Hole is definitely one to go for lunch whilst watching the yachts and cruisers arrive in the marina. The poolside bar and buffet never failed to deliver and again service was outstanding. More than enough sun loungers, an endless supply of clean towels and staff always happy to serve food and drinks to our sun loungers. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and thank you to receptionist and her manager who managed to get a room for us to shower and change before we departed for our late night flight. An excellent experience and would definitely recommend.

I was there for a 7-day stay to decompress, after mom passed away. They came highly recommended by my travel agent, Latitude Concierge Travels. Upon arrival I was met with courteous staff, who exceeded my expectations. Through conversation, they found out about my dietary restrictions and they set up a meeting with myself and the Head Chef for the restaurants and they catered to my requirements so that I wouldn’t become bored with the cuisine. I had booked a master suite and my room was gorgeous. The spa and gym/fitness areas were always kept extremely clean and I really enjoyed working out outside. I took advantage of their daily teasers that were offered from the spa. Each day the spa offered complementary services at a shorter time and I was able to get a 20 min massage and a foot scrub while there. The ferry ride over the beach was short and once you arrived you were greeted with a representative from the resort. They ensured your time at the beach was comfortable, ie set up your beach chair/towel and checked in to see if you needed anything while there. It was an amazing time, and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in a serene and calming environment. I would definitely return to this resort.

Stayed a week at Zoetry Marigot Bay with my gf. 7 nights to be exact. We loved it! First off….the resort itself is very beautiful and tranquil. Pool area was nice and the swim up bar was fantastic although at times you would have to wait a bit for a drink…but I honestly didn’t really care…I was in the pool! It’s clean with well kept landscape all throughout the resort with some parts offering great views of the Bay… The food was also very good. There’s only a a couple dishes we weren’t satisfied with. But overall we enjoyed the food very much. Our favorite place to eat dinner was actually the Rum Cave. 1461 our least favorite but I did love the Salmon dish. Portion sizes varied as well but again…didn’t really matter to us because we would always order a bunch of food and always left full. Nothing really to do at night but have dinner. We were ok with that. If you’re a party hard type then you may be bored. I will admit that it would be nice if they kept the pool and pool bar open until like 9 or 10 instead of 6. But again…this ultimately didn’t really bother us. We did a lot of excursions during the week and winding down at the end of the night with a nice dinner, drinks ,and then heading back to our room was just fine. In my opinion…if you’re looking for a quiet, less crowded and calming place with good food…..Zoetry is perfect. The Beach across the Bay was nice. I had a local cut me up some fresh coconut and I drank the whole thing. It was delicious! We also had access to sail boats, kayaks (which we used) and paddle boards that you could go around the bay with. Beware…the locals will attempt to sell you stuff and get you to do things with them expecting a tip. Just politely say no and have some excuses ready and they’ll leave you alone 😆. The room itself was basic but very clean and well air conditioned with a nice private balcony which we ate breakfast on with the room service offered. Room came with a fully stocked mini bar which contained sodas, water, and beer. Espresso maker was also in the room (which we used every morning and it came out delicious). Room also came with closet space, drawers, nice smart tv, tablet (which was great for any requests you may have had), a safe, very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Room was serviced every day. We’d leave and come back to fresh towels, all trash taken, and made bed. Mini bar and coffee restocked. We also took advantage of the free laundry service at the end of the week which was brought back to us promptly within 24 hours. Lastly, service was great and very friendly. Especially Andre from the Rum Cave! Great bartender! He was rewarded with good tips from us! Honestly, not much to complain about. Pretty much exactly what we wanted. A few dings here and there but overall a great vacation and we would recommend it and would even go back.
