Had an excellent time during my stay. it is definitely low key if you want a more calm environment for your vacation. Zoetry in St. Lucia is top tier when it comes to customer service. We didn't meet anyone who was rude or dismissive. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Special shout out to Neil our butler who decorated my room and brought wine and chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday. Kurt, the maintenance guy, also was so kind in finding us some tropical fruits and herbs to try. Sean was great with checking up on us frequently. The resort also provides activities ranging from exciting activities like kayaking to low key activities like cocoa tea making classes. The food options were great and I enjoyed the fact that they had local food options. The rooms are big and includes free mini bar. My only complaints were that the air conditioner was loud and I wished there was more exciting entertainment. Otherwise we had a great time.

We recently stayed at Zoëtry Marigot Bay in St. Lucia and while the property itself is absolutely beautiful, the service unfortunately did not live up to the 5-star expectations. The setting is stunning — Marigot Bay is peaceful and picturesque, and the resort grounds are well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing and intimate, which we really appreciated. However, the service consistently fell short. Restaurant service was very slow — it often took a long time for someone to come to our table, even longer to receive drinks, and meals felt drawn out because of delays. Multiple menu items were unavailable throughout our stay, which was frustrating, especially at an all-inclusive resort where you expect full access to what’s listed. For a property marketed as luxury and all-inclusive, the experience felt surprisingly money-focused. We tried tipping at the beginning of service to see if that would improve attentiveness, but unfortunately it did not make a noticeable difference. Overall, the location and beauty of the resort are undeniable, but the service experience did not reflect a true 5-star standard. With improvements in attentiveness, consistency, and menu availability, this could truly match the luxury experience it advertises.

Our first time in the Caribbean and we were just completely blown away by the beauty of Marigot Bay. Blue skies, blue sea, surrounded by lush green jungle, Zoetry is perfectly placed. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful. The hotel advertising appears to market itself as 5 star premium luxury, but there are a few things that detract from this image. In my opinion, the hotel is starting to show its age. Being from the building trade, I couldn't help notice the amount of rot in the wooden framework from which much of the hotel is clad. Our personal plunge pool would not hold water, so was unusable. This was reported and it was filled. It just emptied again. The roof had a leak in heavy rain. None of the three safes were usable, as they were closed with no combination. A simple fix for the master key holder. This was reported, but nothing was done. There were other things, like kick boards missing on kitchen units, a toilet that wouldn't flush and taps that came off in your hand we just didn't bother reporting. The fridge freezer packed up on the last day,which we did report. None of these things detracted from the amazing holiday we had and if we went again would know that the place has its quirks which we would probably choose to live with because the positives outweighed the negatives.

Our honeymoon at Zoetry was amazing. The staff made us feel so special and everyone that we encountered during our stay was so nice. Upon arrival we were offered cold towels and rum punch. Our room was decorated with pink balloons and we were given a banana cake for our celebration. The food at the pool bar was outstanding. Especially the sushi. I love how the bay made this resort feel secluded. The bay beach is very nice, but it’s not private, so be aware that people will attempt to sell you souvenirs. We highly recommend the sunset cruise through the resort as well! Special shout out to Jean Quan for making us feel like family! He is the best and is so kind. We ate at the cove almost every night because of his service! I’d recommend Zoetry to anyone looking to travel to St. Lucia!

We came here for our 12th anniversary. This resort and location make you feel like you're living in a dream! We stayed in the master suite residence and the views are beyond stunning! The staff is so polite and friendly! Our personal favorite is Tammy. Such a sweetheart and very helpful. There are several dining options with delicious food in all locations. This island has lots of adventure to offer and is a rare gem! We plan to make this our anniversary trip moving forward! Yes! That perfect! Thank you, Zoetry for an unforgettable trip!!!
