Me and my mom had a great time at Zoetry resort. It’s a beautiful property with lots of gardens and an amazing pool! The food was so yummy! We would recommend this resort in St Lucia. All the servers were great but Rashida and Ronnie were the ones that stood out! They were excellent with us! Thank you!

Our honeymoon at Zoetry was amazing. The staff made us feel so special and everyone that we encountered during our stay was so nice. Upon arrival we were offered cold towels and rum punch. Our room was decorated with pink balloons and we were given a banana cake for our celebration. The food at the pool bar was outstanding. Especially the sushi. I love how the bay made this resort feel secluded. The bay beach is very nice, but it’s not private, so be aware that people will attempt to sell you souvenirs. We highly recommend the sunset cruise through the resort as well! Special shout out to Jean Quan for making us feel like family! He is the best and is so kind. We ate at the cove almost every night because of his service! I’d recommend Zoetry to anyone looking to travel to St. Lucia!

Overall, our staff was good, but we felt ignored for the most part, as our requests were not fully met. Sitting at the bar and being bypassed and ignored, as well as ordering food, was disappointing. The hotel rooms are outdated considering the price paid; enhancements and upgrades are necessary. Bugs are prevalent, which is understandable on an island. We had to repeatedly request a universal plug, but Rochel, an amazing and accommodating butler, provided one for us. Check-in host Ella went above and beyond to organize a birthday setup I personally requested the day after our arrival, although it was not ready upon our arrival. We did not receive the typical hotel welcome bag or goodies, but we did receive champagne. One standout bartender was Allison, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout. Albert, the cook, personally brought island goodies to us. Mark at the Hurricane restaurant was outstanding—he offered fantastic recommendations and put a lot of love into his drinks, suggesting different places to visit. Hilda at the Man restaurant consistently checked on us whenever she saw us waiting, even while managing her own tables. One morning, we waited over 30 minutes before anyone attended to us, but Hilda continued to check on us despite her busy workload. The management finally approached us on the last day to apologize—just moments before we checked out, after a series of less-than-ideal experiences.

My family and I (five of us total - adult children and our parents) stayed at Zoetry Marigot Bay for nine days, and it was truly the best vacation we have ever experienced. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were nothing short of incredible - genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming. Their warmth never felt forced, it was very authentic and heartfelt which made the experience even more special. Even when we ventured off the resort the locals were equally friendly and happy to share their beautiful island. The level of service was amazing across the board. Requests were handled quickly. Special shout out to Fergie, who we will never forget after this trip, along with so many others - there are honestly too many amazing people to name. For my birthday, the team went above and beyond with decorations and a beautiful cake. There were plenty of activities on the resort and excursions outside of the resort, and the staff were happy to assist in coordinating these. Being an all-inclusive resort it was convenient to get a snack, meal, or drink anytime without worrying about reservations or timing. This place also seems to attract other nice people because I must say all other guests were so fun - we did karaoke and danced with many of them, we even had a last minute Thanksgiving dinner with a couple from another country. Really we cannot say enough about the views, relaxing atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. Zoetry is truly a special place. We are already dreaming of our return and would recommend without hesitation.

Thank you to all the staff at Zoetry! My husband and I have had the best time! We used the App and the lovely concierge team booked us onto what the hotel has to offer. Big shoutout to Nicole and the other welcoming staff member (who I can’t remember the name of- Tantara?) who showed us to the room and went out of the way to make our stay memorable. Markeem who took a yoga class and body fit class, took a group of us on a ridge climb to the top of the mountain over the bay and was very knowledgeable, funny and motivational throughout the arduous hike. Chef Micheal gave us a cooking class and we learnt how to cook the St Lucian national dish Greenfig and Saltfish. Mandel the bartender near the pool was so charismatic and created a cocktail for my husband using a few of his favourite flavours! John and his water sports team at the beach got us out on paddle boards, snorkelling and we even kayaked into the sunset which was the highlight and most memorable part of our stay. We will be back!
