I had the pleasure of dining at Frankie's Loves Lola in the Margaritaville Resort, and I must say, the highlight of our evening was the incredible service provided by Gabriel. From the moment we were seated, Gabriel made us feel welcomed and attended to every detail with a warm smile and genuine hospitality.
Gabriel went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was exceptional. He was knowledgeable about the menu, provided excellent recommendations, and was always there when we needed him without being intrusive. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly made our night special.
If you're dining at Frankie's Loves Lola, I highly recommend asking for Gabriel. He is, without a doubt, the best server we've had in a long time. Thank you, Gabriel, for making our evening so memorable!

We had a great experience at Margaritaville Rivera Maya! Rooms were very nice, restaurants were good.
Christian our server/waiter in the Boat House was amazing! He made breakfast enjoyable every day!!! He knew our drink orders after the first day and was waiting every day with a table for us!!!
My only complaint would be with the bars, the drinks were mixed cocktails were very inconsistent.

This is a great resort. My only complaint is no beer in room fridge. They use a point system and you stock it yourself. Food has been very good. Service has been 10/10. Enrique at the SOS pool bar is the best bar tender and really looks out for you. He prides himself on making a great drink and super service. Celine from the coffee bar was amazing and always so happy to see you. Got a really nice hug from them both in our way out.

All in all a very good experience. This hotel is very new, only built in 2023. Beautiful decor and well looked after. This is the first time we chose the all-inclusive package in a hotel. Personally I liked the idea of never carrying cash or worrying about tips, signing bills at the end of a meal, etc. Meal choices were good with a very extensive breakfast buffet. The Italian restaurant they have on site is very good. We enjoyed all our food here. There is also a nice quiet bar area to enjoy a drink.... but we found the service to be greatly lacking there, and we were often largely ignored. It was also tough to get served at our chairs beside the pool, probably because they have a swim-up bar. We kind of missed having somewhere to walk. Due to recent hurricane damage, there was no beach or steps down to the water left. This is an adult-only hotel and we appreciated that, as there are many pools available to cool off in, without children getting in the way! I tried out the beautiful spa and hydrotherapy area. Shout-out to Charlie, a GREAT male massage therapist! Other than our experience at the bar, all the staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

We absolutely love this place! From the room service to amazing drinks and awesome service. Everything has been excellent. We love our oceanfront room with the swing in the private balcony.
Just ate at the steakhouse and Carlos the server was extremely attentive, funny and charismatic. Food was wonderful. I never leave reviews but will for this place. We will be back.
