Absolutely amazing! Even had a tropical depression when we were there, and we still loved it. Incredible service & waitstaff (with the exception of our waiter in Frank & Lola, the Italian restaurant who rushed us and couldnt care less that we were there). The spa is exceptional, wonderful hydrotherapy and massage session.
The food was INCREDIBLE! Non stop eating and fantastic drinks. Met some very lovely people too.
Wish we could have swam in the ocean, but like I mentioned there was a small tropical storm that make it too dangerous.
Can't wait to visit again!

This is a great resort. My only complaint is no beer in room fridge. They use a point system and you stock it yourself. Food has been very good. Service has been 10/10. Enrique at the SOS pool bar is the best bar tender and really looks out for you. He prides himself on making a great drink and super service. Celine from the coffee bar was amazing and always so happy to see you. Got a really nice hug from them both in our way out.

We stayed here for a week vacation that we booked online with Expedia. The service from the concierge Abel was excellent and he always made us feel very welcome and answered any questions we had about recommendations. He is a gem that the hotel should absolutely reward because he is great at his job! :) Also, it is a timeshare property so definitely be aware that they will try to offer you the tour. But they don’t pressure you at all when you decline. The food was okay and the service at the restaurants on property were okay. The steakhouse is by far the most over rated one on the property. You need a reservation to get in, even though half of the restaurant was empty. The hostess was also very rude when the manager ended up letting us have a table, the vibe was very off putting. Land shark has great service and decent food, as well as the cafe and Italian restaurant where we had amazing service. The rooms are fantastically designed and very clean, the room staff comes a couple of times a day to clean. Outside of not having an actual beach, the property was nice, decent mix of age groups and very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is a great addition as well.

Their service was great. Got great service from Miguel, Wilbert and Vanessa. They made the trip better. The drinks was not with top liquor and food was not the greatest. We Got a got a massage at the spa that was
nice . Events at hotel is a minimum not to many night shows.. We had to hire a driver to explore and have some great seafood.

During our stay at the Margaritaville Resort, we had the pleasure of dining at the Boathouse Restaurant, and the service provided by Christian was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, Christian went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and genuine care made our stay truly special. It's rare to find someone who embodies the spirit of excellent service so effortlessly. We will definitely return to this resort, and a big part of that decision is because of the outstanding service we received from Christian. Highly recommended!
