Despite the resort having a strong fishy smell in certain areas, Erick and the overall staff truly made our stay special. Erick stood out with his warm attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests—he made every meal feel personalized. The rest of the team was also friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Their great service more than made up for the minor issues. Thank you to Erick and the wonderful staff for making our trip memorable!

Our experience at the resort was absolutely fantastic! Erick at the License to Chill Grill was incredible—so friendly and attentive. Every employee we encountered went above and beyond; their kindness and helpfulness made our stay even more special. Sergio and Ericka brought us poolside drinks with a smile, and our private dinner at Frank and Lola’s was a highlight—Chef Oscar’s dishes were outstanding. Gabriel and Edwin treated us to both Mayan and Sexy Sexy Coffee, which were not only delicious but came with a fun and memorable presentation. A special shout-out to Jesus at the JWB Grill, who set us up with an amazing selection of sauces to try with our steaks. We highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful experience at Margaritaville Adults Only in Mexico! The service from all the staff was outstanding – from the front desk to the waiters, everyone was always friendly, attentive, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with great variety and flavor. The hotel has a modern, well-maintained structure and offers a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a comfortable and high-quality getaway. The only downside was the lack of direct beach access, which we missed compared to other resorts in the area. Still, the service and overall vibe more than made up for it. We definitely recommend it and hope to return!

Aaron!! Oh man. THEE best. His service was absolutely incredible. Made us feel like we were home. So friendly and welcoming. This entire resort was incredible. We will be back because of his service alone. Food, drink, rooms activities were top notch. Margaritaville is the place to be for an all inclusive. (We stayed at the adult only.) Thank you everyone for making our engagement trip one to remember forever. WE LOVE AARON!!! He served us at the land shark brewery and kept us coming back every night. We are grateful for him. We really liked this resort and will probably return in the future. Only 20 minutes from the airport. Good was very good, especially at the Italian and Steakhouse. One item to be aware of, this resort does not have a beach. It has great pools and the staff was very good. The buffets at the Boathouse was amazing, but it is only open every other night. The breakfast there was fantastic! It is open every day for breakfast. As I said, we week probably return there in the future.
