Wonderful Family Vacation We had a great vacation at Margaritaville Island Reserve Cancun with our group of 9 family members. The resort exceeded our expectations in many ways. Dining: Breakfast at the Beach House was excellent every morning, and the lunch options there were just as good. Rita’s Taco House was another favorite — their tacos were delicious. The waitstaff at both restaurants were top-notch. Antonio and Emilio stood out with their outstanding service and attention to detail. Service: Our butler, Alberto, was fantastic. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to take care of our entire family throughout the trip. Extras: We enjoyed the coffee options at Joe’s Merchant. The only minor downside is that the snack options available with points were a bit limited. Overall: We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The activities of the resort were excellent. Landy was an excellent yoga instructor, also lead the craft time every morning and was working in the kids club too. She was great with the kids and adults. She made our vacation extra fun and enjoyable! For an all-inclusive, the food was really great and was mostly ala cart which we enjoyed. Would return!

Adults Only so it can be as active or quiet as you like depending on the area of the hotel you choose. Disappointing to have the same lunch and dinner menu at the Landshark Brewery - especially when it is one of only two lunch places. Great service around the bars especially Maria who took good care of us. Our butlers Joaquin and Karen were excellent. The Prestige Lounge was truly appreciated since the change in available in-room liquor selections.

We had an amazing stay at Margaritaville all-inclusive resort! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious, and the resort itself is a perfect, manageable size — easy to get around and never felt too crowded. A special mention to the kids club, run by Miss Tania and Miss Landy, who made the experience extra special for our family. They organized so many fun activities like arts and crafts, painting, and face/arm painting that our son absolutely loved. Their energy and creativity really boosted our overall experience. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a fun, relaxing, and welcoming getaway!

We had such a great experience staying at Margaritaville! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and relaxed. Itzel was especially wonderful she was super friendly, always smiling, and she honestly went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. She also hosted an amazing margarita making class! We also spent a lot of time by the license to chill bar, and Gregorio is an incredible bartender. His drinks were spot-on every single time, and he had such great energy that it made hanging out there even more fun. Super kind and also had a lot of bartender tricks! The whole vibe of the resort is laidback, clean, and perfect for a stress free getaway. We’d definitely come back again, thanks for making our vacation awesome, Itzel and Gregorio!
