We had such a great experience staying at Margaritaville! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and relaxed. Itzel was especially wonderful she was super friendly, always smiling, and she honestly went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. She also hosted an amazing margarita making class! We also spent a lot of time by the license to chill bar, and Gregorio is an incredible bartender. His drinks were spot-on every single time, and he had such great energy that it made hanging out there even more fun. Super kind and also had a lot of bartender tricks! The whole vibe of the resort is laidback, clean, and perfect for a stress free getaway. We’d definitely come back again, thanks for making our vacation awesome, Itzel and Gregorio!

GREGORIO!! He was the best bartender I’ve ever had. The most attentive, friendly, hilarious and kind person I’ve ever met. Truly an incredible experience and would return just to see him again!! Itzel was also amazing as she kept us in the loop with all the activities going on at the resort. She held an incredible margarita making class as well as an entertaining foam party which left us with big smiles on our faces!! Incredible staff overall and would definitely come back:)

So this was the first time me and my husband travelled to Mexico. We booked Margarittaville for 5 nights. It was my husbands birthday so I emailed the email id given on their website and also spoke to a representative named alexander on a whatsapp number that's stated on their website to request a surprise ( decoration in the room and a small cake) for my husband from side. Alexander confirmed that the message has been forwarded to the concierge. When we reached no one had any information and the staff didn't even wish my husband a happy birthday when I confirmed with them. The front desk kept on saying I will have to pay which made me think they're only concerned about the money. I don't them not to do anything in the end, so we ended up having no birthday celebration. Pros : the local service at the bars, the cleaning people and the people who help around with the luggage are very helpful and wonderful. The place has activities everyday and the restaurants inside the resort are amazing. Specially the ones which need reservation. You will never get bored. Cons : We paid for the cenote excursion and the bali boat which is too expensive. We had another group from another hotel come to the same execution with us but paid 35 dollars less. The front desk is not so helpful, they get so confused with your questions. You will feel a bias when it comes to you versus the people who are elite members, because the behavior of some of the staff members changes when they know you're not an elite member. Overall I would give this place an average rating because it the most important thing for me is customer service.

We had an amazing stay at Margaritaville all-inclusive resort! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious, and the resort itself is a perfect, manageable size — easy to get around and never felt too crowded. A special mention to the kids club, run by Miss Tania and Miss Landy, who made the experience extra special for our family. They organized so many fun activities like arts and crafts, painting, and face/arm painting that our son absolutely loved. Their energy and creativity really boosted our overall experience. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a fun, relaxing, and welcoming getaway!

The Margaritaville is a lovely location for families and couples. Service is very strong at restaurants and the food is definitely above average compared to similar level resorts. Beach is well maintained even with the water being rough. The small nature of the resort itself lends to a more intimate feeling with the location, staff, and fellow guests. Lots of good activities, especially for kids during the days like volleyball and crafts, and adult oriented stuff at night.
