It's a smaller all inclusive resort. It's cozy. Don't go in February, it's not hot. The staff was polite and courteous. The food at the buffet could have been better in my opinion. Frank and Lola's had the best food as far as myself and my wife were concerned. Get to the pool early and tag your chair with a towel. Drinks aren't very strong, maybe the resorts way of keeping the party going.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Beach was clean and lovely. Service was fantastic! All of the staff were happy and friendly. Manuel for his chocolate martinis- bueno! And Grigorio for excellent mixology tropical drinks. Very special thank yous to Antonio (Stephen) at the Beach House for fun personality and service, Carlos for sense of humor and service, Victor and Fatima for on top of it housekeeping! And most of all, Alberto, our “butler” for fantastic service, for friendliness and making us feel welcome and at home. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed everything about Margaritaville Riviera Maya. We were treated well by the staff, The food was good at all the restaurant's. Land sharks Paradise hamburger is awesome with onion rings and smoked cauliflower sides, Special shout out to L.S. Waiter Baldo, he was pleasant and Super accommodating and also Roberto another super Waiter. JWB steakhouse, Filet and Lobster, wedge salad, creamy tomato soup were awesome, thank you waiter Eric, Bar tender Roberto, and the Boss ''El Jefe", sorry forgot his name, super cool people. I got my Manhhatans my Wife got her Chocolate Martinis and the boss got Sweet wine special for my Sister in law. Frank & Lolas Italian oven roasted pizza is great. the Salte Bar when you first walk in made some Killer chocolate martini's also! Night shift guys were great. The ladys that cleaned the room and the man that brought our room service were great also. Quezalt (event planner) at the Pool who gave us personal attention for things to do around the area and also the resort was really awesome, Humberto the concierge also very helpful. They made our stay and my Wife's 60th B-day super relaxing and fun, Most of them said relax and chill, SO WE DID!

We enjoyed the warm welcome with Pina colada popsicles and fast check in. Very clean rooms and beach as sea weeds are removed daily by staff. We enjoyed the fun activities arranged by Itzel and Betzie, including Margarita rally, foam party, paddling board, and card games. Excellent food quality. Food was a la carta instead of buffet for lunch, which was great as it was served fresh, but anticipate a bit of wait at the international restaurant. It has 3bars so no need to wait for long to get a drink. Drink was sometimes a lot more juice than actual drink at the end of the day. I felt like the restaurant staff were overworked from early morning to midnight which did not seem fair to then.

I fantastic laid back resort. All the staff where so friendly and helpful. It really makes a difference to the holiday vibes. Special shout out to Eduardo and Emillo in the Beach House restaurant, amazing friendly attentive service. The ladies at the spa, Gloria, Yolanda and Diana where lovely and me and my sister had the best hot stone massage. I will definitely be back. The only downside was the minibar, the only alcoholic drinks available were beer and we don't drink beer. If they could change that it would be perfect.
