The hotel is very peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The room was impeccable—everything clean and in excellent condition. The staff at the pool bar were very friendly, and the entertainers María and Yeimison were definitely the highlight of the hotel. Their customer service and the energy they bring to the entertainment make the experience much more special. Unfortunately, in the room you can only watch cable TV or pay for movies. They don’t allow you to connect your own streaming apps like Netflix or YouTube, which was disappointing. The food is okay, but I think it could be improved. It would be great if they included more Dominican dishes on the menu and added more options to the room service.

We had the best time at Dreams Cap Cana. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Every person we met was kind, helpful, and genuinely happy to make our stay special. Our concierge Cesar truly stood out. He went above and beyond for our family and made everything so easy and enjoyable. We cannot say enough good things about him. The resort itself is beautiful and incredibly clean. Everything felt fresh and well maintained, and our room was so comfortable. Even the pillows were amazing and made it so easy to relax at night after long days in the sun. It is also very baby friendly, which made traveling with little ones so much less stressful. They had everything we needed and were always willing to help with anything we asked. The pools were gorgeous, the beach was peaceful, and the food was great. We never ran out of things to do and always felt taken care of. We truly had such a wonderful family vacation and would absolutely come back. Dreams Cap Cana exceeded our expectations in every way.

We stayed in the villas with a swim out pool connected to the swim up bar. We used it everyday even know we were keeping an eye on tropical storm Melissa. We had the best staff starting with our luggage guy, Edgar. Our butler "G" and our amazing bartender, Manny. They took care of our daily needs. The food and drinks were excellent. Our friends and us had a great time. I highly recommend this resort. The only negative was the lack of a sandy beach. That didn't stop us because of our swim out pool. 5 🌟 to everyone that made our stay enjoyable. Edgar, G & Manny, Thank You! Sorry, I didn't take alot of pictures, I was on vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Cap Cana! The staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The resort itself is gorgeous—everything from the rooms to the general decor and cleanliness was top-notch. We stayed in a swim-out king room, which was incredible. The Preferred Pool was a highlight—plenty of lounge chairs and Bali beds, and the whole area felt relaxing and upscale. The spa experience was a 10/10! The massage and hydrotherapy water journey were so peaceful and rejuvenating—definitely one of the best spa experiences I’ve had at a resort. Food-wise, breakfast and lunch were better than dinner. The Italian restaurant stood out as our favorite, and the drinks throughout the resort were consistently great. The only real downside was the beach—unfortunately, it was unusable during our stay due to heavy seaweed and brown water. It didn’t take away from the rest of the experience, but it’s worth noting if you’re hoping for clear turquoise water. The daily activities were just okay, though the entertainment team really did their best to get guests involved and have fun. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with fantastic service and amenities. If the beach conditions improve, it would be an easy 5-star stay!

New Glasgow, Canada 1 Exceptional property! Review of Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa Pending review Reviewed I would like to add my review of this beautiful resort. The facilities', atmosphere and rooms were impeccable! The entire resort was spotless, and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The food at each restaurant was phenomenal. The staff were all very professional and friendly to us at each meal and made dining experiences something to remember. The beach was beautiful for our morning walks and Hyatt is working very hard to truck on lots of white sand and get rid of the rocks. I would like to mention the care that Frances showed us as we checked into our preferred lobby. The process was very quick and without any glitches. The preferred pool was made so welcoming by Erismendy and the rest of the staff. The bar service was prompt and we even enjoyed our daily lunch time snacks being delivered to us with a smile! The staff at the Palm Bar were accommodating and always greeted us with a smile! The activities team were exceptional and we were treated like family by Charley and Jose. The personal concierge office , especially Fernanda, helped us out so much and made our technological problems so much easier to deal with. Fernanda always welcomed us with open arms and gave us assistance with pleasure. She took so much time to help us and was always our resident "go to" for anything. We found a friend in her! The other personal concierge team were also very helpful. We are thrilled to be able to come back again in March of 2026
