The food could be a lot better. For it to be a 5-star resort, the food should reflect that. It seems that they shuffle their chefs around in the restaurant's which makes it hits or misses. Some chefs are better than others. The pastries definitely need help. Nothing was good, but a lemon tart I tried that did not have enough filling. They need to find a good pastry chef. The staff is very nice though. The food just needs to improve.

We have really enjoyed our holiday at this resort. the entertainment Jesus and Coca Cola made the days so much fun. Jesus dancing was exceptional and his comedy kept us laughing all day.
Sandro our butler was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Exceptional service and very professional.
Monica the manager deal with a small problem we had. She was very accommodating and very helpful. These 3 were exceptional so stood out from the other staff, who were also good

Everything at the resort was amazing. We are a group of 9 and we have been treated very well. Manuka at the Beach house was incredibly attentive. The restaurants are all great, there is no need for a reservation. However, if you are looking to spend time at the beach this resorts beach is not the best. Lots of seaweed and coral. The sand is nice and there’s plenty of places to sit back and relax. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, cleanliness 10/10. Id also like to shout out Jesus and Barbie from the entertainment team for being so fun and energetic!

The pool activities are great! Coca cola lite was amazing!! The music is good and the poolside bartenders are good as long as you tip. Gratuity is supposed to be included.
The beach is terrible and full of seaweed. The shore is rocky. The food and service at the restaurants is mediocre at best and the AC in the rooms is not good. We have spoke to the front desk and several employees, with no resolution after 4 days.
This is the only resort that we have ever been to where you are constantly approached by sales reps to buy time share or employee's asking to post a review.
All in all it's not a bad place. The property is beautiful! I would warn friends of the sales reps and food quality though.

Jensy helped us with the hotel tour, everyone at the hotel was excellent, very sweet and sincere. The room that I chose, luxury ocean front, was beyond my expectations, huge and comfortable, beautiful view at the ocean and activities at the pool. I have nothing negative to say. The food was great, the Asian restaurant was my favorite. I stayed 6 days, and I wish it was longer. I definitely come back to this hotel and recommend my friends and clients where I work at Miami. Thank you all for making my experience unforgettable. My husband and I were celebrating 31 years of marriage, they decorated our room with roses petals all over our room and inside the bathtub. Congrats on your Amazing job of keeping everyone welcome and happy!! Everyone here has a special smile on his face.
