An unforgettable stay at Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa We stayed for three days while attending a wedding in Cap Cana, and from the moment we arrived, it was clear this resort operates at an exceptional level. George at the front desk was absolutely outstanding he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He set the tone for the entire stay, and the rest of the team followed suit. Every interaction felt thoughtful and sincere. The resort itself is stunning. The pools are immaculate and beautifully designed, offering both relaxation and fun without ever feeling crowded. The grounds are pristine, and the attention to detail throughout the property is impressive. The food exceeded expectations across the board—fresh, flavorful, and consistently excellent. Every meal felt intentional, not typical “resort food.” The service was equally impressive: polished, prompt, and always delivered with a smile. This was our first time at Dreams Cap Cana, and it will absolutely not be our last. The experience was seamless, elevated, and memorable in every way. Wow. Wow. Wow. Highly recommend.

We had the best time at Dreams Cap Cana. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Every person we met was kind, helpful, and genuinely happy to make our stay special. Our concierge Cesar truly stood out. He went above and beyond for our family and made everything so easy and enjoyable. We cannot say enough good things about him. The resort itself is beautiful and incredibly clean. Everything felt fresh and well maintained, and our room was so comfortable. Even the pillows were amazing and made it so easy to relax at night after long days in the sun. It is also very baby friendly, which made traveling with little ones so much less stressful. They had everything we needed and were always willing to help with anything we asked. The pools were gorgeous, the beach was peaceful, and the food was great. We never ran out of things to do and always felt taken care of. We truly had such a wonderful family vacation and would absolutely come back. Dreams Cap Cana exceeded our expectations in every way.

Amazing stay made unforgettable by Coca Cola! We stayed at Dreams Cap Cana and had such a great time overall. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful — stunning pools, warm sunshine, and a gorgeous property that makes it easy to relax and unwind. What truly made our experience 10 times more fun, though, was Coca Cola from the entertainment team. He was incredible. He brought so much energy and personality to the resort and had a real talent for getting people involved without being pushy. He started games like cornhole and other activities that got our group up from relaxing and actually having fun together — laughing, competing, and making memories. He completely changed the vibe of our days in the best way possible and is a HUGE asset to the resort. The only downside of our stay was the food — it wasn’t the highlight for us — but honestly, we didn’t come for gourmet meals. We came for warm weather, beautiful pools, great energy, and a good time, and Dreams Cap Cana absolutely delivered on that. Another draw back would be there is no ocean access, or it is not possible to get in the ocean due to the seaweed. If you’re looking for a stunning resort with amazing entertainment and staff who truly care about guests having fun, this is the place — and Coca Cola deserves all the recognition!

The hotel is very peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The room was impeccable—everything clean and in excellent condition. The staff at the pool bar were very friendly, and the entertainers María and Yeimison were definitely the highlight of the hotel. Their customer service and the energy they bring to the entertainment make the experience much more special. Unfortunately, in the room you can only watch cable TV or pay for movies. They don’t allow you to connect your own streaming apps like Netflix or YouTube, which was disappointing. The food is okay, but I think it could be improved. It would be great if they included more Dominican dishes on the menu and added more options to the room service.

We traveled to dreams from January 27th- February 3rd and we had a great experience, we got the preferred package which I would highly suggest as the preferred bar has many more alcohol options and you also get to go to a breakfast restaurant instead of just a buffet. The resort is smaller which I appreciated as the workers are much more personable and you don't have to walk as far to the pool. The resort is more relaxed a not a huge party all the time. This resort is also in a gated community which I appreciated so you did not have locals coming up to you all the time to sell stuff on the beach. I would suggest not booking any excursions until you are there as the weather is never what the weather app says. Rooms- we had the swim out room, pool side and it was beautiful. The rooms were very clean and nice, very spacious as well. The swim out was nice if you just wanted a day or couple hours to just hang out at your room instead of going to the pool. Pools - multiple pools and plenty of chairs, pools were very clean but the water was pretty cold. If you want a specific spot at the pool, highly suggest putting towels down before you got to breakfast. Entertainment - was pretty good, enjoyed our time with Elian and Miguel that worked for entertainment we had a lot of fun with them. very nice people! The Acrobatics and fire show on the beach night is super awesome! Restaurants and Buffet - we did not eat at the buffet at all as one of the friends we went with went and did not suggest to go as they did not like it. We ate at the restaurants every night and all the food was good. Barefoot grill was awesome for lunch, Ramon is amazing worker there and Kelly is amazing. Beach - as mentioned a lot, this resort is not the resort you want if you are looking for a nice beach. They are doing their best to keep it clean but it is very rocky and the sea grass is bad. You can walk down the beach a bit and there is a cleaner area.
