My friends and I stayed at this resort in April and it was really enjoyable we got to relax and have fun with the activities they had planned. We didn’t need to leave the resort to stay entertained. Colin and Itzel part of the entertainment team, were amazing and so fun. Alex on the other hand made us feel uncomfortable because of the bad attitude he gave us. Gregorio, Antonio and Ernesto were the best bartenders so if you want a drink, definitely go to them! We loved the food from Rita’s and Frank and Lola but the beach house’s food was very unseasoned. Overall the experience was great!

We had the best time at Margaritaville. It was such a chilled place which is just what we all needed. Everyone was so friendly but I would like to mention the following staff who made our trip even more memorable. Landy who did all the activities with the kids was so lovely and very artistic with everything she showed our daughter. Antonio in the Beach house restaurant was great with us. He did fist pumps each day and made conversation with us. Colin was great with all the activities and so friendly too. Teresa who works for prestige was so friendly and helpful to us when we arrived and wanted to change rooms. Every time we saw her after she asked how things were and if we were happy. We swapped to a swim up room and it was the best decision we made as our daughter loved being able to jump straight in from our room. Also Yansoi who cleaned our room each day was so lovely and did a really thorough job. We would definitely return to this beautiful hotel.

Overall experience has been good! Itzel is one of the activities personnel and has a good attitude, maintains professionalism and makes good rapport with the guests. The staff at the resort have been very kind and friendly while maintaining good service. There’s times at the beach house where the it takes quite a while for the staff to get to the tables compared to the other reservation restaurants but otherwise they are good. Food quality is so and so with the fried chicken tasting a little off. Beaches vary due to the seaweed that floats around. It can be intense some days and it’s a shame because they try to maintain the beaches as best as they can but Mother Nature you know. Overall it’s a good experience, it’s not a party place so ideal for those looking to relax and enjoy the peace and relaxation.

Backyard Fitness
Amazing week for rest and relaxation. Everything from check in to making dinner reservations was exceptionally easy. Lots of activities and entertainment so no need to leave the resort. It’s quieter than others (which makes it perfect in my opinion) and things shut down by 11. Great for families. The workers are incredible. Everyone from the wait staff to the beach clean up crew work tirelessly to make it a stress free vacation. There’s a smile for everyone. The rooms are so clean and the maintenance crew are constantly keeping the grounds clean. There are 4 restaurants and they have delicious food at each of them. Loads of choices on the menu (make sure you bring your phone with you so you can access the menus!) there’s flavours and food choices for every palate. Don’t miss the Mexican fiesta night. The food is incredible (try something you might not have ever had before) and the dancers are very entertaining! Thank you Margaritaville for a wonderful stay. You are a little piece of paradise!

The resort was very nice. It’s definitely a quiet resort without a lot of activities at night. However, there was always some type of music and one night an acrobatic show too. Overall, it was a great vacation with friends and in a beautiful location. The staff were amazing especially our butlers Mario and Alberto and we can’t forget to mention the best bartender Manuel at Compass Bar and Cesar our waiter! If you are looking for a laid back and relaxing vacation this is a great option!
