What can we say? This is truly the most friendly, relaxed paradise! We have started our day with sunrise on the beach and a swim followed by yoga on the pier with the beautiful yoga instructor, Landy! She was amazing and the class was adapted to the people there - felt very inclusive. We also had one session with Angie and she was amazing too. We loved the lingering breakfasts and the phenomenal choice - french toast and crispy bacon was a fave! There’s bubbles too for extra luxury and constant coffee.
We loved the coffee at the shop too and the green jyice! The compass bar did the most amazing smoked cocktails and the cocktail guru was a proper artist!
Most of all we loved the staff - they are both friendly, attentive and talented!

The staff was so amazing here!!! Jesus was our guy! He was so much fun and truly made our trip special. He is truly and exceptional person. Alberto was also fantastic. He was the butler to one of our friends on the resort but he always looked out for us and helped to make our trip extra special in so many ways. Angy was also incredible on Karaoke night! She helped my boys pick their songs and made them feel comfortable to get up there and have fun! Such a great experience for them! We are beyond thankful for these people❤️.

I would recommend this resort to anyone. The staff was excellent. We went for our anniversary and they remembered our name and our anniversary everyday. Our butler Albert Garcia Sanchez was the best , if we needed anything he took care of it immediately and done a little extra for us for our anniversary. I would also mention that the Prestige group Daniela and Mark Perry helped us a lot by understanding the program because we were ready to give it up and be done with and I give them a special thank you and we upgraded with them.

Had a wonderful week here. Thought the way the resort is laid out makes for a great uncrowded relaxing stay with great pool and beach front to lounge at. The various bars were well stocked and the staff was very friendly.
Rooms were very nice and clean, and although we had an issue with our phone and TV remote, they eventually got replaced after some discussions with the front desk.
Food was adequate but not spectacular, on the whole; that being said, the Italian restaurant and Taco bar were excellent, though. There were some evening and daytime activities, but it wouldn't hurt to see more. It also would be great to see a games room with billards, air hockey etc. Although there is an outdoor giant chess game, if foul weather approaches, you're a bit limited on activities, so an indoor games room would help.

A wonderful getaway in the jungle, by the beach. Yes, some food could have been more tasteful (Frank and Lola), but the total of F&B was greate. This is not the place for larger groups, as there is no room for them. Staff was wonderful and attending. The service and variation provided suited us perfectly, I guess my expectations as an European is different than Americans. Overheard complaint about amenities we enjoyed, so I guess it is the point of view.
Must draw attention to the taco place, Rita’s, tasteful food, wonderful location and attentive staff.
