Our stay was wonderful. Our ambassador Christian was very kind, very helpful, and made the visit great. There were so many helpful employees. The rooms were very nice and well kept. The food was consistent and good! Emilio is a superb employee, he made every meal feel special and also joked around with us. We would highly suggest the water aerobics class with Alex, it's a lot of fun. We also do a couples massage, which was awesome. And the snorkeling trip right off the coast from the hotel is really fun too! We would highly suggest both.

Our favourite resort, we’ve been here three times and just booked again. The resort is small, spotless and quiet with just over 100 rooms. The beach is a 30 second walk from your room and cleaned daily. The food and drinks are great and the restaurants will go out of their way for any preferences or allergies. we love being able to stock our fridge with food and snacks we like.
The staff are friendly and personal, you get to know them throughout the week since it’s a small resort. Jesús is great, he always checks you in your room early and makes sure you’re having a good stay.
There’s a lot of activities daily at the resort from your typical resort activities, but they also have nightly live bands, special dinner nights, crafts, karaoke and cooking/mixology classes.

We are members currently here at Margaritaville Rivieria Cancun for a family vacation on day 2 of a 7 night reservation. This is our second time here. Keep in mind this is a FAMILY resort. I went to their gym on the property this morning with my 16-year-old daughter. We were looking forward to working out together. I was surprised to be told she could not use the gym because she wasn’t 18 because of their resort policy. I was dumbfounded. This is a family resort and you won’t let my 16 year old use the work out room? Why? She is here with me and there was literally no one else in gym so she is not even taking up space from someone else. Moreover, she is an athlete who works out at the gym daily. She is just as capable of riding a bike, using the elliptical or running on the treadmill and probably less susceptible to injury than my aging self. The employees could not provide a rationale other than that this was their policy. I get that you don’t want a child who is 12 and under here. But to be 16 and to be accompanied by their mother and not be allowed to work out is beyond common sense. Please look at your rigid policies and provide clear rationale and consider changing them or you will lose even more people at this resort, which is already barely occupied.

Miroslava ran an amazing class. She was so sweet and energetic. She made it so much fun and easy for anyone, but still gave you a good workout. Definitely recommend and loved it so much!
Alex has been incredible this entire week! We did a water fitness class with him this morning and not only had a great workout, but we had a blast! Whenever Alex sees us he goes out of his way to acknowledge. Overall this has been such a great experience because of the staff! Can’t wait to come back!!

Jesus was a wonderful manager! He treated me like royalty! Any problem or concern I had he was right on it finding a solution for me! He immediately corrected any inconvenience I had. He makes this resort worth coming to! I enjoy myself with his help making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay! I felt like family! Also the resort is very clean and the workers are extremely friendly ! I recommend this resort!
