Myself and my husband absolutely loved the hotel. Staff were accommodating and made sure our stay was unforgettable. They went above and beyond!!! They left my husband a nice present for his birthday as I requested which made the end of our stay special. When we arrived we were notified that we were upgraded which we were thrilled about but wasn't told why. I initially booked the junior suite with private pool as a birthday present for my husband but instead we was given the bungalow with private pool. The junior suites were still getting renovated so I'm not sure why we was able to book if no one could use these rooms. Now one would think why wouldn't you be happier with a bigger room and this may sound silly but it made the difference. The reason I booked the private pool was because we wanted the privacy it offered and the perfect spot to get most of the sun. The bungalow however was located in a place were people were constantly walking passed and only saw the sun rise in the morning which meant we couldn't actually use the pool because it was so cold and the sun was non existent. So the rest of the day we had to use the public area just to get the sun. If we knew this we would of just booked a standard room without the pool and would of saved us hundreds. Overall, food was delicious and rooms were cleaned regularly. We would love to stay here again with family this time but would like some kind of discount based on the room change which we couldn't decline due to our initial room being out of order.

From the minute we arrived in Corfu and found the taxi booked with the hotel waiting for us, we knew we were in good hands. On arrival, a welcome cocktail and orientation from the concierge, then a lovely meal at one of the numerous restaurants that are distributed around the extensive grounds. Days filled lounging by the pools, with attentive pool-side service, superb quality cocktails, and amazing sea views. Nights filled eating and drinking local food and wine, and watching the sun go down. Just what we wanted. The staff were so friendly, they couldn't do enough for us, and always with a smile. The hotel itself was immaculate and the layout was easy enough to learn- lots of nooks and crannies to relax in the shade or just sit and watch life go by. It was my first experience of an all-inclusive and it's hard to see how it could have been bettered. It won't be too long before we're back again.

I need to share with everyone our 10* experience of this beautiful hotel….im writing this whilst laying on a sun lounger here. We are a family of three, our boy 7 years old Myself and son are both vegan and my husband eats meat….fellow vegans will not be disappointed at all with the extravagant buffet laid on three times a day. Whilst there isn’t a huge selection of meat alternatives (does anyone really like these anyways?) there is an abundance of fresh salads catering for those who enjoy raw plant based foods and flavourful sauted and steamed veg. You can add your own dressings and be creative. We certainly haven’t starved. They serve the pasta and spaghetti without sauce so you can be creative and make it a vegan friendly as you like. I’ve never seen food like it. My husband who loves all meats and fish has been blown away equally….hes been so happy with the variety and flavour and we can’t rate the chefs here enough for providing such a well put together menu plan everyday. The buffet is tweaked ever so slightly everyday and just keeps getting better. The kitchen staff here deserve a huge round of applause. All the bar snacks can be made to suit every dietary requirement and nothing is too much trouble. The pools are some of the best maintained and well guarded by life guards that I’ve seen. They are clean and super environmentally considerate. The staff here cannot do enough for you. The towels are clean and always topped up your constantly checked on for drinks and comfort…bar staff and waiter service deserves a huge amount of appreciation. The aqua park is perfect for the kids, just enough to keep them entertained and not bored but so far my son has preferred playing in the pool The hotel staff are brilliant and always walking around looking to make your experience better which so far can’t be done as we feel like royalty already. The rooms and cleaning staff work so hard to keep this hotel immaculate and our room is magically bought back to a high class level in the short amount of time we leave on a morning. The espresso machine in our room is a wonderful touch for us lovers of nice coffee. The gym has everything you need and a lovely lady there to help and assist. We wanted to go out and do more day activities but have felt we’ve been so happy just enjoying the experience of these wonderful people. I’m looking to book next year and already looking forward to it. I can guarantee your experience here will be magical. Enjoy your vacation

A beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and modern, had to wait sometimes for our drinks but this apart it was excellent its built on the side of a hill and quite a few steps to get around but there are elevator's to each level it will take a day or two to find your way around but it's all worth it.

We have recently come back from a week at Marbella Corfu filled with mixed feelings. On the whole we had a lovely holiday but there were a few things that let it down. On our arrival check in was great with Marina. She got our suitcases taken to our room and showed us a bit around the hotel. However, when entering our twin room the beds were just zip link mattresses together rather than 2 separate beds (not what I expected). Also, there was no door to the bathroom so not ideal when sharing with siblings. Marina offered to get someone to push the beds apart but unfortunately, this would have covered plug sockets and just not have worked. The walls between the rooms are also paper thin and we could hear the toilet flushing next door. We also got woken up every morning at 7:50 by the sound of chairs scraping along the floor above us. Our first few nights were at the buffet where food was just okay. Quite a small selection and lucky if the food was hot. The buffet was also surrounded by young children. The a la carte meals were 10/10 and were a highlight of our holiday. I understand that it is a family resort but I completely underestimated the amount of babies and toddlers there would be. It would be great if there were adult areas in the restaurants as well as a family section. Although these things sadly tainted our holiday we did have a lovely time. The hotel itself is lovely with gorgeous views. The pools and sunbathing was great. You can order food/drinks in which they bring them to your sun bed. Our favourite area of the hotel was the beach, we had lots of fun in the sea and making use of the water sports on offer. Some of the staff were amazing and were super approachable. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would return in a hurry.
