Firstly, ALL the front of house staff at this resort are truly amazing! They are so polite, well mannered, helpful and always smiling. Its a pleasure interacting with them. We reserved a 2 bedroom suite which comfortably holds 6 so for the 5 of us was no issue. The suite had 2 large bathroom, huge walk-in showers, double sinks, loads of wardrobes space, a TV within a cabinet at the end of the bed and a large double balcony. Overall, a very spacious suite. We had a seaview, which for me is slightly better than the pool view. There are 3 swimming pools to choose from, which are all very nice, but note none are heated. The kids waterpark is brilliant! 8 slides in total, 3 of which are great for older children……and adults 😂😂🤣🤣😅😅 Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all first class. There is something for everyone and everything is excellent quality. We enjoyed 7 perfect days at this resort and highly recommend it. 5 stars all the way 👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Highlights of the hotel was the staff, who were amazing, clearly very well trained and customer service levels were very good. Reception helped us out a lot (especially Stamoulia?) when we requested to change room. Food and drink is also a highlight which is very good for an all inclusive resort. You should market your vegetarian food more. Special mention goes to the bar staff who made very good quality cocktails. Lack of heating of the pools meant that they were very cold when we were there in early October - too cold a lot of the time for our 1 year old. However, I appreciate why that is the case and that when you have very hot weather the pools are probably fine, and that there is not much you can do about that. Just something to consider if you plan on visiting outside of peak time. Hotel is well presented and gardens are beautiful. Gym could do with some updated equipment, particularly machines. There is plenty room. Kids club was very tasteful and staff were very helpful. Would be good to have a play area separate to the kids club. Not the easiest to get off and explode the resort - again not your fault just a feature of the location.

I strongly recommend that you do not visit this hotel during school holidays. Whatever they say, it is geared as a hotel exclusively for children under five years old. And that would be okay if you had children five years old, except that there's a wasp infestation, which means that day in and day out, you'll be essentially attacked by wasps, and your children are going to get stung. The bedrooms are average to say the least with very poor plumbing and smelly plumbing. There is no white sands or a proper beach as they advertise. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet is pure chaos. There is no music or ambience whatsoever. There's no teenager entertainment. The dine-out policy is at some of the poorest restaurants around the area, where you have very limited options. There is no turn-down service. There are some horrible smells around the resort. The fans in the restaurants are squeaky. The noise and ambience is like an ongoing version of torture that I cannot really stress enough how poor it is. Please, please do not stay here. For the amount of money that you're spending, you can find many, many better solutions. All in all this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in 5 star prices for 3 star accomodation and wasps for free. @management please dont offer one of your standard AI replies, we complained when we there and were ignored

It’s not the Hotel that makes this place fabulous, nor the facilities or location…..though they are ALL 5* anyways…..it’s the staff themselves! Nothing is too much trouble, guests are treated like royalty whilst all staff are equally friendly and charming. 4th annual holiday here and would happily stay forever…..

Great room but zero privacy in the bathroom. Just a glass sheet between the bathroom (including toilet) and bedroom. Super clean. Private pools - take the word private very lightly as we had a raised walkway running next to ours which runs past them all and EVERYONE stares in as they pass. There should be some sort of hedging or screening. Waiting staff were AMAZING together with cleaning staff. Staff on reception - different! I paid for the highest standard and with it comes little perks. 9’e being branded beach bags. Knowing this, I didn’t pack any. Beach bags were nowhere to be seen and so I requested the same from reception. She put it into her computer begrudgingly might I add but the same never turned up. I got the impression from the lady it was silly to be chasing a beach bag but as I hadn’t packed one, I was using a plastic carrier bag. If booking a bungalow suite with private pools, don’t expect a sun lounger. We had plentiful seating for the two of us (could seat 6) but nothing to sunbathe on. Again, I asked for at least one. All inputted into the computer, nothing turned up. There were 5 of us on this holiday over 2 separate accommodations. We asked for a taxi to Corfu but as there were 5 we would need a minibus. This was €75 each way! Looking forward one evening to the beach entertainment and when we arrived at the beach, entertainment had been cancelled due to what I can only imagine as the fact the beach bar had been hired out by an Israeli company for the evening. In our package we were entitled to free unlimited non motorised water sports for the duration. Great if you can access them as there are just a handful dealing with a hotel of hundreds of people. Pros - food and drink were excellent. Excellent waiting staff both in bar and restaurant. Extremely clean resort. Fantastic cocktails.
