Myself and my husband absolutely loved the hotel. Staff were accommodating and made sure our stay was unforgettable. They went above and beyond!!! They left my husband a nice present for his birthday as I requested which made the end of our stay special. When we arrived we were notified that we were upgraded which we were thrilled about but wasn't told why. I initially booked the junior suite with private pool as a birthday present for my husband but instead we was given the bungalow with private pool. The junior suites were still getting renovated so I'm not sure why we was able to book if no one could use these rooms. Now one would think why wouldn't you be happier with a bigger room and this may sound silly but it made the difference. The reason I booked the private pool was because we wanted the privacy it offered and the perfect spot to get most of the sun. The bungalow however was located in a place were people were constantly walking passed and only saw the sun rise in the morning which meant we couldn't actually use the pool because it was so cold and the sun was non existent. So the rest of the day we had to use the public area just to get the sun. If we knew this we would of just booked a standard room without the pool and would of saved us hundreds. Overall, food was delicious and rooms were cleaned regularly. We would love to stay here again with family this time but would like some kind of discount based on the room change which we couldn't decline due to our initial room being out of order.

Asian restaurant very good Main buffet restaurant in need of renovation Service excellent You are not able to get a beach towel before 10am. This is an inconvenience to those of us who go to the pool at 9am! They need to get rid of plastics. I watched a couple of plastic bottles enter the sea. The future is sustainable.

What an amazing experience! Stayed for a week with our 5year old and had the best time. The food and drinks (tried buffet, lounge/bar, Asian, Fresh, Fish restaurants), the rooms, pools, staff - the best all inclusive experience we had so far. The staff is the best: so helpful, nothing is too much, working hard, always busy but smiling. Whatever you ask, they are willing to accommodate. Highly recommended! We are checking out today and already missing this place. Thank you 🙏

We travelled here in May. Fantastic place for kids. Food was great, pools were fun, splash park was the best! Customer service was perfect. Will be coming back.

Just returned from a week at the Marbella in Corfu with my sister. We could not fault it at all. The staff right from arrival could not be more helpful and pleasant! We did not encounter one member of staff who was miserable or did not smile, it was amazing! We did not have to do anything ourselves, in fact if we tried they’d say no we will bring it to you! The food in all of the restaurants was amazing, never had a bad meal all holiday!! The room 507, was lovely with a sea view, right next to the pool and pool bar - a brilliant location! The girl who looked after us most days down on the sea deck, was brilliant and made our stay extra special ❤️ Jim was also very entertaining. And a special mention for all the reception staff as they were amazing! We will definitely be back to be spoilt rotten again! Thank you xx
