This feels like a dreamresort and the best we ever visited. Everything is so well-mainted, clean and fresh smell. It was such a great pleasure to make a visit there. So many facilities like a wellness spa, kidsclub and you can walk straightaway into the beach and clear sea. Even the pool and bar is amazing. Beautiful location and awesome service from the staff, they so friendly and helpful. As a guest you truly feel welcome. This hotel even offers a few shops from famous brands.

We had such a wonderful dining experience at Marbella Resort! We ordered two salmon dishes, one grilled shrimp, and a pizza, followed by refreshing juices and teas — every single item was perfectly prepared and delicious. Special thanks to Ratna, who truly made the evening exceptional with her warmth, professionalism, and constant attentiveness. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy, and her friendly personality left such a positive impression on us. Irene was also wonderful, providing attentive service with a genuine smile that made us feel at home. A big thank you as well to Chef Reda — the flavors of each dish were spot on, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can really tell the passion and skill that went into the food. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere were all 5/5. Ratna especially deserves recognition for making the evening truly memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Paid 4000 Euro per night, got awful experience. Sewage water in the shower with disgusting smell. Couldn’t shower before bed and had to call the reception who promised to send someone in the early morning. No one came. Management didn’t offer any compensation besides a 10% discount on our next stay.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the service at MC Beach restaurant was absolutely the highlight of our stay. Every member of the team — especially Ethra and Sophie — treated us like family. They went above and beyond to make our 1.5-year-old daughter feel special. The front desk receptionists and the buggy drivers were also incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel’s location and the beautifully maintained grounds really do live up to the reputation; you can’t beat the setting or the amenities on offer. Unfortunately, the service at the pool nearest the spa and beach was a very different story. On our fifth day, we waited 1.5 hours just to get water after repeatedly asking the waitstaff. I ended up going up to the bar myself just to get some. Even worse, I placed a food order for my daughter at the bar as soon as we sat down, and after waiting over an hour — and my husband following up — they told us it would be “soon.” Another 30 minutes passed before we learned from Ivana, the waitress, that the order had never even been put in. By then, the kitchen was closed, and we had to leave so our toddler could finally eat at another pool area — where we were served in 10 minutes. Overall, the hotel could be five-star across the board if they improved the pool service. The warm, family-friendly service at the MC Beach restaurant and front desk shows what they’re capable of. It’s just a shame this level of care didn’t extend to all areas of the hotel.
