Did the Sunday buffet. It was good and our server was so lovely, the bad taste in my mouth came when we were at the bar. The bar staff are very friendly and nice, but the bar manager, well, let's just say his team is not a reflection of him. To the bar staff and our server, I give 5 stars, but to the bar manager, I give ½ of a star.

My friend and I just got back after a week at Mango Bay. The staff was very friendly from the moment we walked in the door.
Unfortunately we happened to arrive right before the hurricane came past, however management held a meeting with the guests and were prepared. We lost power until Monday afternoon and during that time they ensured guests were as comfortable and attended to as possible.
I enjoyed the more “boutique” vibe of the resort rather than your typical larger resort.
Bartenders were awesome-and very entertaining.
Great proximity to town and surrounding areas.
Food wasn’t great and limited but other than that no complaints.
Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Came back 05/06/24 spending 10 nights here. What can I say we all had a very memorable time. All the staff went above and beyond with the service and very friendly, all sorts of activities available from the beach whether it's inclusive to the hotel or private there's plenty to do. Food was never disappointing very nice and plenty of choices. Nearby shops if want to venture out, recommend catching the reggae bus in to Bridgetown it's a good experience. Sunday nights there is a street party at the One Love Bar and its absolutely brilliant if that's your thing buts it's such a vibe, music, karaoke, dancers and plenty of drinks.
One last thing if don't like loud music avoid the standard hotel rooms the Sunday street party is facing them.
Overall you'll have a great time.

We are here now and unfortunately my husband has been taken ill, mango bay staff and managers have been absolutely amazing looking after us helping us gain medical help, my husband is not fit to fly yet,and the hotel manger has called to see us personally twice a day we have been so well supported we was meant to be going home tomorrow but now looks like Tues at the earliest but nothing has been a problem for the hotel. Such a relief when your so far from home

Visited mango bay as day guests, the beach was really lovely with calmer seas than the sister hotel.. The west coast location is definitely a plus. The hotel and beach were busy. Good service.
