Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the food was outstanding delicious, we enjoyed the breakfast, the gym and all the facilities. We stayed for three nights while my husband’s company hosted a board meeting, and everything was flawlessly organized. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was Hossain/r , our room attendant. His kindness, warmth, and genuine care went far beyond expectations and made us feel truly special. An amazing hotel with an incredible team, and a heartfelt thank you to Hossain/r and Ahmed in F&B department, for making our stay so memorable.

While the accommodations are perfectly adequate, they perhaps lack that final layer of architectural soul required to truly distinguish themselves in a city of this caliber. Regarding the location, the proximity is convenient, though the local climate dictates a rather restrictive outdoor experience even for brief transitions. A commendable stay, though I might seek a slightly more nuanced atmosphere for my next visit.
