My stay at the Mandarin Oriental was absolutely incredible and truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, everything about the experience was seamless and luxurious. The hotel has beautiful rooms, a wonderful pool and beach, and the outstanding Japanese restaurant Netsu, making it a perfect retreat. I want to especially highlight Rafik, Korel and Katie from the Guest Relations team, who were exceptionally helpful throughout my visit. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism truly elevated the experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Mandarin Oriental—it has easily become one of my favourite hotels in Dubai.

I had a wonderful experience at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira. I celebrated my engagement there, and both my family and I were truly delighted. The service was excellent, and the staff were always cheerful, welcoming, and very supportive. The venue itself was stunning, very clean, and peaceful, with no disturbances at all. The beautiful views impressed all my family, and the room they provided had an amazing view. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast. A special thanks goes to Melissa and Lucia, who were outstanding throughout. Even when we thought about postponing the event due to certain circumstances, they were very understanding and cooperative.
