From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. Every detail was flawless, but what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional level of service throughout the hotel. We would especially like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Gerardo, Alice, and Ilya from the Club Lounge. Their kindness, professionalism, and sincere hospitality touched us deeply. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued, creating moments that made our stay truly special. We would also like to highlight Rafik, Victoria, and Aruzhan from the Front of House team, who played a key role in making our stay so seamless and unforgettable. Everything was perfectly organized with such genuine warmth, care, and attention, which made us feel completely at ease from start to finish. This hotel is not just a place to stay — it is a place where you truly feel appreciated and at home. We are already looking forward to coming back and can highly recommend it to anyone seeking excellence.

Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the food was outstanding delicious, we enjoyed the breakfast, the gym and all the facilities. We stayed for three nights while my husband’s company hosted a board meeting, and everything was flawlessly organized. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was Hossain/r , our room attendant. His kindness, warmth, and genuine care went far beyond expectations and made us feel truly special. An amazing hotel with an incredible team, and a heartfelt thank you to Hossain/r and Ahmed in F&B department, for making our stay so memorable.

I recently stayed at MO Jumeira Dubai. The hotel is very new, and the interiors are beautiful — from the lobby to the rooms and spa. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the outdoor areas (beach and pool) don’t quite match the quality and atmosphere of the interior spaces. That said, the restaurants were all very good, especially TASCA on the 6th floor. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel in Dubai.

Spent the day on the beach with family. Excellent atmosphere, and stylish decor with a beautiful sandy beach. Very attentive service. Food is delicious and beautifully presented. A great place to spend time during the weekend. Expensive but you can redeem the price of the sun loungers on food and drinks.

I had an exceptional experience at Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah, Dubai. The location is perfect—peaceful, luxurious, and very convenient for everything in the city. The overall service is outstanding, but I want to give special appreciation to LILY, a room attendant who truly made my stay memorable. Despite her role, she went above expectations with her warm attitude, deep knowledge about the rooms, hotel facilities, and the products they provide. She was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely caring. Her support and attention to detail reflected true 5-star hospitality.
