Everything! The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed; the public spaces are estetically pleasing and warm and your staff is amazing! While their training is thorough, it is their genuine caring for their guests that felt from the moment we arrived until the time we said good bye. From Felix at concierge, to Rafik and Isabelle in guest relations to Julien, Wai and Felix in F&B and Ilya in the Club Lounge - everyone was kind, and helpful and caring. They made us feel at home and that makes all the difference being so far from home. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to come back one day - sooner than later!

Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the food was outstanding delicious, we enjoyed the breakfast, the gym and all the facilities. We stayed for three nights while my husband’s company hosted a board meeting, and everything was flawlessly organized. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was Hossain/r , our room attendant. His kindness, warmth, and genuine care went far beyond expectations and made us feel truly special.
