The hotel location is perfect for families who are looking for relaxing day or break as it’s far from Dubai busy areas. The entrance and lobby have you the welcoming and 2nd home feeling. The front desk staff are professional and smiling. The room was ready on time with no delay with an upgrade. The quality of the room and privacy level were excellent. The food in general was delicious in both in room and restaurants. The experience was amazing and for sure will make another visit to the hotel in near future with full family.

Excellent hotel located on the beach, calmer than other Dubai hotels with a relaxing lobby area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, the beach team were excellent. Good food offering throughout the hotel. Amazing hotel gym, well equipped and extensively highly recommend a stay here if a good gym is important to you too. Only recommendation would be for the hotel to have a separate bar area for residents as it felt a bit odd having a drink in the lobby / library area. The spa was also wonderful and highly recommend Benz and Grace as therapists there. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

You will never feel that you are in 5 starts hotel in every aspects in lobby, rooms, services and pool & beach facilities. They have a lot of hotel stuff but they are not efficient not customer oriented. It is the most expensive hotel across other luxury 5 starts hotels in Dubai but we did not feel the 5 starts treat. Every restaurant and beach cabana needs to know you so they serve you better even if you are a hotel guest. When I ordered room services, they sent the food in take away boxes! for water flooding reason! The last day they refuse to serve me a coffee as was exceeding my limit of deposit although I paid 20500 dirham plus deposit when I checked in. How disturbing! Do you think that I am a thief and will run away without paying my bills in check out! This hotel is waste of money. Not recommended. Management of the hotel has ignored my complaint. I give them 3 days to contact me back with no response. Mohammad Munikhir
