We recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Dubai and it was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. From start to finish, the team completely exceeded our expectations and delighted us in every possible way. The location is perfect—right on the beach with stunning views, but still close enough to everything in the city. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Maryem at the Front Desk welcomed us warmly and took the time to learn about our travel plans, including our next stop at the Mandarin Oriental in Marrakesh. One afternoon, we returned to our room to find a delightful surprise she had arranged: a dessert crafted in the shape of fez hats, a handmade guide to Marrakesh, and a display of balloons in the colors of the Moroccan flag. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were amazing and left a lasting impression. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly attentive and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Breakfast in both the main restaurant and the Club Lounge was outstanding, offering a wonderful variety and exceptional service.
