The Cafe was closed during Covid but now it's opened at a different location which is better on traffic. The ambient, of course, is more modern but similar layout. All my rewards were loss due to new system.
I had lunch before I knew it's reopened so I had my usual favorite, hot chocolate brownie sundae with warm whipped cream (no sure if whipped cream was warmed or the brownie), it's still taste great and now they had small size for one to choose which was even better 😋 Highly recommend this dessert.
The service was good but struggling, understood everyone were new but very hospitable, as usual.
I am very glad they are back!

If I could give them 6 stars, I would.
Service is top notch, I couldn’t have asked for more. Professional, efficient, friendly and always going above and beyond. Our room had the most amazing view, like living inside a postcard. All the details in the room were well thought out.
I highly recommend Mandarin oriental Bangkok to anyone who goes to Bangkok. This hotel is not just accommodations but truly an experience.
The next time I return to Bangkok, I will be sure to return. I am truly an MO fan!!!

My wife and I recently completed a three night stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok. I have stayed in hotels in over 70 countries, and this hotel stands out as among the finest, and perhaps the best one of all. The room was beautifully appointed and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The fresh flower arrangements in the lobby could qualify for any flower show in the world. And the service from all the staff was simply outstanding. Many hotels claim 5 Star status, the Mandarin Oriental truly achieves it.

Stayed here for 4 nights, we planned a luxury trip to Bangkok. Enjoyed the stay! Great service, got a room with balcony on 14th floor with a great river view. There is a butler on every floor, you can call him with the press of a button.
The breakfast spread was nice and having breakfast along side the river was great.
Their spa is on the other side of the river, they have free ferry service. The spa was great.
The staff is extremely nice and courteous. We also got a cool complementary welcome drink and daily complementary fruits in our room.
Had a great memorable stay, gonna remember and even stay again when back in Bangkok!
Highly recommended.

I have experience for Seminar event. It is not big hotel. Ball room capacity is limit.
Car park is separated to another entry and building.
