The hotel rooms were one of my favorite I've stayed in - the high ceilings made all the difference. The bathroom was not only spacious - but true luxury. The marble tile was gorgeous, and you could tell the difference of luxury in the tiny details like the materials used in the bathroom, the stunning crown molding in the ceiling, the thick linens on the bed, etc. The turndown service was exceptional. The staff throughout the entire hotel was so incredibly polite - from the wait staff at the restaurant, at the rooftop pool, to the cleaning staff, the spa, etc. The extra amenities I used were the pool and the spa. The pool staff was so welcoming, warm, and attentive throughout. The spa was also incredible. I booked a facial and it was a true spa experience - they also give you a mini massage and create such a relaxing atmosphere - I actually feel asleep during my facial for a hot second which I NEVER do. The hotel is also located in a fantastic location - close to the outdoor market where you can get everything you need. There's also an Al Jazeera shop right next door so I was able to get perfume and cologne gifts for my husband and friends. Highly recommend staying here, and booking direct. My mother booked via a third-party and I booked direct. Because I booked direct, and my mother did not - I was able to get free breakfast every morning as a part of a special they were doing. The breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay - so also highly recommend booking through the hotel for extra perks.

Spent one night as a staycation as a group of 3. Out stay here from check in to check out was perfect. We were delighted when we were upgraded to a suite room when we checking in, and were also offered Qinwan dates! The amenities provided were also great. The gym and sauna was clean and well kept. It was a perfect place to wind down after a night out in Msheireb. The staff at the breakfast buffet were friendly and attentive, and made sure our table was kept tidy throughout. The food and beverages was the best I had in Doha. I would definitely come back again!

From the moment I arrived, the staff displayed a level of kindness, professionalism, and genuine care that truly sets this property apart. I would like to sincerely thank the team for the thoughtful upgrade I received following a small incident during my previous stay. This gesture of attention and care made me feel not only welcomed, but truly valued as a guest. The breakfast was absolutely exceptional – a rich variety of high-quality options, beautifully presented, and served with the utmost attentiveness. The hotel’s facilities are also outstanding, offering both comfort and luxury in every detail. The location is ideal, combining convenience with an elegant atmosphere, while the overall ambiance of the hotel creates a sense of serenity and refinement. Throughout my stay, I was impressed by the genuine attentiveness and consideration shown by every member of the team. Finally, a special word of gratitude to the General Manager for the personal attention and care extended to me. This made my stay even more memorable and highlighted the unique hospitality that Mandarin Oriental, Doha is known for. 2 time room cleaning service everyday which is amazing and restock with the everywhthing inside Bathroom & inside the room. All the staff whom I met at receiptions and elevators along with concerige team staff were so helpful & smiling all the time. The Italian lady Alice from the reception was so helpful & take her time to show me best resturant to have my lunch before leaving the Airport & she also inroll me with your Fan memebership of M.O I also got let checkout till 1400hrs which is really nice and apprecaited Will defintlly ba back and thank you so much for your services - I am in LOVE alreday with M.O Doha !! Thank you so much.

Easy access from Musherib and lovely staff. Luckly we got upgraded and the room condition was perfect. Dry/wet sauna was clean and well equipped! Morning breakfast had asian option as well like noodle and dimsum. Eric and other fnb staff were very friendly☺️
