A wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms, excellent service, and an outstanding breakfast buffet. The entire team — from reception and concierge service to housekeeping and the waitstaff— was excellent. Everyone was kind and welcoming. We have just gotten married, and we were welcomed with a lovely surprise in our room. Thank you so much for this thoughtful gesture! The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the service team was so friendly. We would especially like to mention Salvador, who was assigned to us. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and unbelievably friendly. You can truly feel that he has his heart in the right place and that taking care of guests genuinely means a lot to him. Thank you to the entire team — everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The pool on the terrace is beautiful, and the excursion offered by the hotel (the desert trip) was amazing and very well organized. The trip was carried out by Q-Explorer and our guide was Hazem - thank you for making this experience unforgettable!

At the beginning of our visit the service was not at the expected level as the cups were not clean and had an unpleasant odor. However, the situation was handled very well by Mr.Rodel who showed a wonderful attitude and a high level of professionalism he addressed my concern with patience and understanding and made sure the issue was resolved promptly. He is truly professional and deserves all respect and appreciation.

I have stayed in several luxury hotels in Lusail, but Mandarin Oriental truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment my partner and I arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth. We were escorted to the lobby, offered refreshing welcome drinks and cold towels, and immediately felt well cared for. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and engaging; the way he interacted with me made the check-in experience truly memorable. When we arrived in our room, we were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful anniversary setup, which made our stay even more special. I would like to personally thank Nazeem from front office team, Cheda from the IRD team, and the housekeeper who handled our turndown service (I regret not knowing his name). His attention to detail was outstanding—he even recreated the rose petals on our bed, neatly arranged my personal items in the bathroom, and organized things on the couch. It was truly above and beyond. This experience made me understand why Mandarin Oriental holds a Forbes 5-Star standard. After staying here, my expectations for service have definitely been raised. It was an exceptional stay, and I would absolutely return. I can confidently say—I am now a FAN.

An absolutely exceptional hotel experience. Cleanliness is 10/10, and the service easily deserves 100/10. The reception team was welcoming, quick, and very flexible. The reservations team was incredibly helpful—especially Ridwan Ahmed, who made everything smooth and effortless. I also loved their WhatsApp service; they were available 24/7, whether I needed to book a restaurant, salon, or even a car. Truly impressive! Special shout-out to Christine at the reception, Manager Nazim, and Gabriel who provided wonderful service during breakfast. Overall, a flawless stay. Highly recommended!

Everything in this trip was more than perfect. This is our fourth or fifth time to visit Doha and we always stay at the mandarin oriental. The services every time is getting better than before, but this time the jump was fabulous, more than what we expected. From the rooms to the service everything is 100/100.
