This place is magical! I enjoyed in silence and sounds of the nature. Definitely my new favorite place for vacation and escape from the busy everyday life. The staff of this resort is amazing and they are also a reason why I will come back. Good conversation and person oriented approach can’t be bought with the money. It comes from each and every person who has been selected to work for this Hotel. Dear Mandarin Oriental Bodrum I wish you good luck with your next chapter of the coming decade in hospitality excellence and may it be best decade of your existence.

From the moment I arrived the hospitality was outstanding, start to finish the service was exceptional. All the staff members were great as well as the facilities offered, what stood out to me was the attention to detail shown at this resort.

Breathtaking property, incredible architecture and meticulous interiors. We had a sea view room, it's massive. Bathrooms have underfloor heating, large skylight over the bath/shower area and separate toilet area. Huge dressing room with ample drawers & hanging space. Bedroom is enormous, with a dining and living area. Private garden with loungers & dining table and mesmerizing views over the bay. Restaurants were great, the beach area is huge and so much seating and food options on the beach. Food on the property is very expensive though. Great restaurants on site, breakfast at Sofra is next level. The pastries are unbelievable! The gym is huge, with a pilates studio and a separate private studio. It's a great place to just chill and unwind, away from the city and crowds. There's not much for kids, although it does have a kids club. But it's not geared for families. Very quiet, very remote and very relaxing.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I just loved everything starting from our room till all the facilities and the greenery around. Our room was very big and stylish with an impecable view. Now I would like to point out some thing which we didn’t like. We felt like the staff was trying to upsell us on few ocasión. One of them being in the spa where I had the facial and they were trying to push me for the most expensive one. We had couples massage and then I had my facial. So my boyfriend went and signed off for all our treatments. At the end they billed us for the most expensive treatment on the list and never mentioned anything until we have understood their mistake. The restaurants were all good except Carne. Honestly I don’t even u der stand how this can be called a steak house. Very bad. Other than that we tried all the restaurants and all were good. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the breakfast was amazing and I personally recommend the kebab tasting platter with in room dining.

I would like to offer our sincere thanks and appreciation for their Food and Beverage Director, Mehmet Gazezoglu whose passion for gastronomy is palpable, has curated a menu that tantalizes the taste buds. Each dish was a masterpiece, showcasing the finest local ingredients with international flair. His team’s dedication to excellence is evident in every bite, making dining here an unforgettable experience. From the freshly made coconut yogurt for breakfast to the afternoon tea service on the beach with piping hot “simit” straight out of the oven to in room dining, him and his team went above and beyond to ensure that the culinary aspect of our visit exceeded expectations. Equally commendable was the exceptional service provided by our Guest Ambassador Ebru Caglayan as well as Guest Experience Assistant Manager Mertcan Gencer and Guest Experience Manager Iklim Sumer. We truly enjoyed our accommodations , the spa treatments as well as the surprise 70th birthday welcome Ms. Çağlayan prepared for my mom. In summary, Mandarin Oriental Bodrum stands out not only for its breathtaking views and luxurious accommodations but also for the culinary delights orchestrated by Mr. Gazezoglu and the impeccable service delivered by the guest experience team as well as the spa & buggy team members. This resort truly embodies the essence of hospitality & personalized luxury at its finest. We look very much forward to our next visit.
