This program includes daily a la carte breakfast at Ikes Bistro, a la carte lunch at Pega-Pega Café & Beach Bar, and a choice of a la carte dinner at The Chophouse, Omakase Sushi Bar, or poolside at Ikes Bistro overlooking Eagle Beach. The Premium Culinary All-Inclusive package also features an open bar with cocktails, beers, liquors, smoothies, and wines, along with one dinner off-property when staying for four nights. Guests opting for the All-Inclusive Plan will receive a wristband for identification, and all guests in the room or group are required to stay on the same plan. Additional surcharges apply for super premium wines, selected meat, and lobster dishes. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and we love this resort. The landscape and gardens are impeccable and impressive and our room was located near the beach and fit our needs perfectly. The couples massage was great and the food was delicious. We plan to go back in March and highly recommend this resort for those who are looking for a nice relaxing vacation with a spectacular sunset, good food, exceptional staff, walking distance to shops and the casino and just an overall great place to stay.

We just returned from the most incredible stay and cannot say enough wonderful things about this resort. From the moment we arrived, Andrew welcomed us with the biggest smile and set the tone for an unforgettable trip. At the front desk, Setchel was always kind, attentive, and so helpful with anything we needed. A huge thank you to Daniel, Juan, and Aaron, who made every meal feel special with their exceptional service, both as we sat down or were pampered on the beach. And Liz at the bar deserves a shout-out too—she made awesome drinks and was so lovely to chat to. The food here is absolutely fantastic—honestly, don’t waste your time or money leaving the resort. Every meal was delicious, and we looked forward to every dining experience. We did the all inclusive and definitely feel like it was worth it, and we got our moneys worth. The property itself is the perfect size: small enough to feel intimate and personal, but with plenty of space so it never feels crowded. There were always enough chairs by the pool and beach, so no need to wake up early to claim spots. We specifically wanted a quiet hotel with a relaxing vibe, and this is it. They had themed dinners every night if you decide that’s what you want, as well as some live music. This was the perfect honeymoon spot for us. Everything about it exceeded our expectations, and we left already dreaming of coming back. Do not hesitate to book here!!!

We spent 8 days here for our Honeymoon and it was one of the best trips I've experienced. From being welcomed at the front desk, offered a complimentary welcome Mojito, and then our bags being taken to our room by the staff. Such a welcoming feeling. We did the All-Inclusive option. (Absolutely must do!) The restaurants at Manchebo were so good. The service was 10/10. The entire staff at the restaurants were able to answer any questions we had. Pega Pega staff was top notch. Everyone was friendly and quick with drinks and orders, but Merlin & Jason acted like they knew us forever. They were friendly, gave us many different recommendations to do on the island, and asked what we thought about them the next day. The made some of the best mojitos and mixed drinks I've had. They also had a beach service, where Jake would ride around and bring drinks and food when ordered. Truly felt like paradise for the short 8 days we were here. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I feel completely scammed by Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa. The staff here misled us about our booking, and the experience was truly awful from start to finish. My family runs a resort so I do not take reviews lightly and hate being negative :( When we booked directly with the resort, we were told over the phone that our stay would be all-inclusive for about $525 USD per night. When we arrived, we discovered we were being charged over $900 USD per night, and it was not all-inclusive at all. This kind of misrepresentation is unacceptable. The resort was severely understaffed — no one could help with anything, not even basic hospitality requests. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet it took 50 minutes for our food to arrive. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in helping guests. I have PTSD, and this experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing. This is not a luxury five-star resort as they advertise — it was honestly one of the worst stays I’ve had in over 40 years of traveling. And financially stressing:( Do not book here unless they completely overhaul their staff and customer service. Guests deserve honesty and value, not false promises and disrespect.

So disappointing and fraudulent. Our family stayed at Manchebo recently and we were very disappointed. At booking we were told the rate included an all-inclusive package; upon arrival we discovered we were charged significantly more and the promised inclusions were not provided. The property seemed understaffed — staff were often unavailable and simple requests went unanswered. Meal service was painfully slow even when the restaurant was nearly empty, and overall the experience did not match the luxury price point advertised. We felt misled and would not recommend this resort until they improve transparency and service.
