Beautifully presented throughout with the most incredible and attentive staff. The rooms were modern and cleaned daily with enough bottled water provided to see us through. Breakfast offered a good selection albeit some things were a little random especially for that time of day. I stuck to omelettes every morning as these were freshly prepared, delicious and the wait was never to long. We ate at the main restaurant for a few nights and found the menu to offer something for all tastes at a very reasonable price even without the Dine out card. Chumee was lovely and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were catered for. The pool area was maintained well and guys in the towel stand couldn't do enough for us, however we found some of the europeans to be incredibly rude and inconsiderate towards other guests and there were several times we saw sunbathers move in order to get away from them. It was disappointed by the lack of control parents had over their children and sheer disrespect towards anyone who was not part of their travel party...unfortunately the staff could not do anything about this. The resort itself is a little out of the way, so ideal for those wanting more of a relaxing vibe, however the hotel does put on a bus each day that will take you to the centre of Khao Lak for just 100 bhat per person.

I was truly impressed during my first stay here. The service from the staff was excellent, they greeted guests warmly and even addressed us by name. The front desk team was especially attentive and welcoming. One of the housekeeping staff surprised us by folding a bird from a coconut leaf, heartfelt message, which made us feel right at home. I was very happy to stay here for my son’s birthday trip, and I will definitely come back again.

A Truly wonderful stay. The price is very good. The staff are lovely, room clean and modern. Pool beach and restaurant are spot on and the breakfast was the best we have had on our 35 day road trip around Southern Thailand staying in 10+ hotels.

Excellent resort with great beach front. A big shout out to the staff for noticing that it was my Mom’s birthday and prepared a surprise for her in the room and during breakfast. 👍 Egg Benedict ala minute for breakfast is always special and the Tom Yam pizza at Edgewater(not listed in Goggle Maps?) is good too.

We had a wonderful stay at the Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort! The resort is incredibly quiet and clean, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. One of the highlights was being able to watch the stunning sunset right from the resort’s beach – truly a beautiful experience. The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special mention to Mai, Konee, Bew, and Santipap – they were so kind and always took time to chat with us, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices and everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway with great service and beautiful surroundings!
