My husband and I chose majestic mirage for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it ! Some pros and cons of course as that’s anywhere you stay.
Pros: The staff was absolutely amazing! So friendly. Most of them spoke English. Our room did have a butler, which he kind of left us alone and let us do our thing which we absolutely loved. He wasn’t always bothering us! The property overall was pretty good. Had a lot of things that you could do. You could also walk to the other resorts and do things.
Cons: we stayed in the rooftop Jacuzzi suite. I was very disappointed to see that the Jacuzzi at the bottom had cracks in it. The boards to that deck were very unstable. I felt unsafe standing on it. We unfortunately did not get to use that part of the room. Most of the food there was cold by the time you sat down. Even at the steakhouse place. The buffet food was warm when you got it, but when you sat down, it quickly lost its temperature. Typical buffet behavior! Room service is very limited and not 24 hours. Food choices could have been better
Overall, I would come back to this resort. Next time we will do a swim up suites. Also plan to check out the one in Mexico.

Just returned from a great 12 night vacation at Majestic Mirage. We had made our first visit a year ago, and based on the quality of that trip we did not hesitate to go once again. Everything....service, room, food, beverage, ambiance, etc....totally lived up to expectations!
Very special shout out to our butler, Victor. He went above and beyond to insure all our needs were met: dinner & spa reservations, extra towels, checking in with us daily, late checkout, and so on. He made our vacation most enjoyable!
Also, cannot forget Super Nelson, best beach concierge ever!
And all of the rest of the staff.....always friendly and always helpful.

Our first visit to Majestic Mirage Resort was wonderful. We stayed on the Resort for six days. From the pick up service to been welcome to the resort was beautiful. Our butler Jean Claude took care of our needs and wants with such grace. A very professional person with kindness. Every day he had all activities and the list of food choices as well as checking to make sure we were doing fine via text. Always a joy to see his smiling face and willingness to help. The amenities,shows,restaurants as well as the property was beautiful. Our family will be back.

Josefa on the beach was amazing super friendly and friendly. Super funny girl! Made my day awesome at the beach.
The resort is big and great for spending some quiet time. Kids are on the pool across but you will definitely hear and see them.
Joan was our butler (yes you get butler) he was amazing very attentive and soft spoken.
One thing I would have preferred was to have a stroller pulled by a bike which I guess it’s a NY thing- the lobby and the beach are far to walk after a few plus drinks.
