The service from the staff have been great during our 6 day stay! Juan and Gustavo at the building 4 swim up bar were fantastic!! Vicky was a great butler, and was very responsive to any requests we had, as well as keeping us informed on daily events and activities! Jacqueline, the plaza bartender, is so fun and does a great job!! Overall the resort is clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the circus shoes, and the animation team is very friendly

We loved our stay! Our butler Cesar was amazing. Our room was beautiful and the balloons I had arranged for my husband's birthday were perfect! The food, swim-up, pools and beach were great! We enjoyed the steakhouse and seafood the best! The gym was well equipped and spacious!

I had an amazing stay at the Majestic Resort in Punta Cana! The property is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is exactly what you want on a tropical getaway. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pools were always lively, and the beach was absolutely stunning. One of the best parts of my trip was the entertainment team — especially the activities coordinator, David “La Mamba.” He brought so much energy and fun to every event. From pool games to nightly activities, he made sure everyone was having a great time. His personality truly elevated the whole experience! If you’re looking for a resort with great vibes, friendly staff, and plenty to do, Majestic is definitely the place. I’d 100% come back!

My stay was great. Came with the family for thanksgiving and mom’s bday. Beautiful resort, food was good, the service in some of the restaurants was very slow, but it didn’t take away from our experience. The entertainers at the resort were so great and always tried to make everyone dance and do the daily activities. Bolivar was our butler throughout the trip and he was more than awesome, was very accommodating and answered any question we had at any time of the day. He even prepared a very nice surprise for my mom’s bday in the room. He genuinely wanted to make our trip the best he could, would highly recommend!

We had a multi-family vacation together and chose this resort because it had the adult-only aspects as well as allowing children in some areas. I appreciated that there were not tons of kids everywhere, compared to some resorts. The rooms are beautiful. We had an interior swim-up room which was in a great location near the swim-up bar. The hotel grounds are clean and beautifully maintained. Lots of places to eat and I appreciated the coffee shop which was an easy grab and go. Compared to other all inclusive resorts we have been to, the food was lacking a bit. The main buffet was a let-down. The Italian place was lacking, but the steak house and Japanese places were great. The seaside place was a much better buffet option, but for dinner was not all that great. The rest of our group thought the food was good, so my husband and I just get picky about food. The swimming pools and the beach always had chairs available. We loved our time here. The spa was FANTASTIC, I should have gone there every day.
