I just returned from another amazing week at Majestic Mirage and after being here over 20 times, I can honestly say I am never disappointed. If anything, every visit just keeps getting better and better. From the moment you arrive the level of service and attention to detail is outstanding. A special thank you to Elena the GM, along with Yeimi, Yelitza, Raul, and Leo their leadership truly shows throughout the resort. The staff overall are incredible, but as always, there are a few who really stand out, especially on this visit. At the steakhouse, Luis and Cesar delivered exceptional service professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Claudia at the Plaza deserves a special mention; her smile is always so warm and welcoming, it truly makes a difference. At the lobby bar, Yoel and Jonathan were fantastic and Rafi at the pool bar kept the great drinks and positive energy flowing all week long. The food and drinks were excellent across the resort consistently fresh, well-prepared and better each time I return. Whether dining ala carte or enjoying a cocktail by the pool, the quality never disappoints. Majestic Mirage continues to feel like a second home to us. Exceptional staff, great food, amazing drinks and an overall experience that keeps me coming back again and again. I already can’t wait for my next visit!!

This was a magnificent resort which I highly recommend. Loved our swim up suite, the size of the room and the 2 bathrooms. The only minor drawback was that the curtains were hard to close and snagged on the tracks. From check in to checkout the staff were amazing. Our butler Jeffry was always available to cater to our every whim and came to find us everyday to make sure everything was ok and if needed anything. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating. Many restaurants to choose from and one of the best coffee shops ever! I would not hesitate to recommend this resort and I will definitely be planning another trip there!

My partner and I had a great trip here. We stayed at the majestic mirage. The resort was very well maintained (cleanly), staff was amazing, the weather was perfect, and we had an all around great time. *Antonio and I want to give a shout out to our butler Bolivar who did an excellent job especially when it came to accommodating us. He was super welcoming and eager to help! He checked in on us daily, went above and beyond, and was always ready to help when we needed it. We ended up staying two extra nights on this trip last minute and he helped us at the front desk with accommodating this. We will 100% request him again when we return. (pictured below) Another shout out to Juan who works over by the pools. He was so kind and personable:) he will be missed. Once he met us he made sure to ask if we needed towels each day. Once we were even walking outside of the pool area and he told us he could set towels up on a cabana for us if we were going to the pool. He brought us waters too when needed and even gave us change for bigger bills. (pictured below) Also, Rafi was awesome at the tiki bar! makes some of the best drinks there. At the martini bar there was a very kind lady there too we loved her! And Yenis at the casino bar was the best she became a friend to me. There were quieter pool areas and more party like pool areas. We experienced three different rooms since we stayed extra days. Would recommend 5th floor corner suite with balcony. Swim up was nice but it does get a bit muddy and slippery in the room. Rooftop was also great. There were many places to choose from to eat at. Our favorites for restaurants was the steakhouse, sushi, and French place. We weren’t very fond of the Italian or seaside for dinner. The shows each night were awesome and interactive! We would definitely come back here.

Majestic Mirage is a fantastic hotel. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are pristine, the beach area is beautiful and clean, my room was perfect and the food is most delicious with an overwhelming variety of options. The best part about the resort: The people and their service. All staff members we encountered were professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, consistently catering to our wants and needs throughout our stay. Among the very best was our butler, Bolivar, who stood out from the moment we met him until the final minute of our visit. He was exceptionally courteous, attentive, and quick to respond to every question and need. His friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness as well as his outstanding personality and genuine desire to make our stay as pleasant as possible were truly appreciated. The following staff members also stood out for their attentiveness and kindness: - John Claude, who, although not our assigned butler but the butler for other family members traveling with us, always greeted us with a smile, showed genuine kindness, and took the time to ensure we were enjoying our stay. - Our housekeeping attendant whose hard work and care did not go unnoticed. - Felix and many others at the Marketplace Buffet for caring to our every need with the most welcoming smiles and with friendliness. - Juana and Nicole from the coffee cart and Piano Bar; We can't say enough about how caring they were and how they went above and beyond to make the best coffee and drinks. - Jonathan, Edwin, and other team members from the lobby bar, whose names I regret not recalling, but who mix the most outstanding cocktails! - The gentleman at the egg station at the beach buffet, who made the best omelets. - Mauricio, the gardener, who was incredibly pleasant, friendly, and hardworking, along with all his colleagues who kept the grounds immaculate. - Noemi, a hostess at many of the restaurants, who always greeted us with such warmth. We are so grateful for the wonderful staff at Majestic Mirage for ensuring we had a stupendous vacation. We will most definitely return and recommend the resort to anyone looking for a remarkable resort in Punta Cana/Bavaro.

I'd have to say I was definitely pleasantly surprised with this hotel, staff and experience all together. I went in January and the weather was great, food was fantastic and the hotel beautiful. The staff was helpful, kind and respectful. They made this birthday trip one to remember! I can't thank Candio (our butler) enough! He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. If I travel to Punta Cana again, I will definitely be staying at the Majestic Mirage and will be requesting Candio again!
