First time travelling to Punta Cana and we thought it was a beautiful resort and we had a wonderful time. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was great. The rooms were lovely, spacious and clean. A special shout-out to the animation team, especially Xavier, chocolaté, and baby face. They kept us entertained and laughing the entire time. Very great at what they do. Another shout out to Juan for being extremely friendly and having a great chat with us and our butler Leonel who was there to help with whatever we needed. Only downfall was that we wished we booked for longer! The entire family really enjoyed the trip and we will definitely be back again.

This was my second time staying at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, and I can confidently say it’s the best resort in the area. I came with my family, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the food is absolutely delicious with plenty of great options for everyone. What really makes this place special is the staff. Amil Maleck and Assistant Manager Elena Alvarez were outstanding—so welcoming, professional, and accommodating in every way. In the restaurants, we received exceptional service from Raul, and especially from Luis, who went above and beyond to make every meal perfect. Our butler Jeffrey was also amazing—super kind, respectful, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Every member of the team here treats you like family, and that’s what keeps us coming back. Thank you to everyone at Majestic Mirage for another unforgettable vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Majestic Mirage. Everyone was so kind. Our Butler Mayquel made sure to keep us up to date on daily activities and see if there was anything we needed him to help with. The resort is so beautiful, the entertainment was great, the drinks even better. The food was good, our favorite was the habachi Japanese restaurant, as well as the sports bar for basic American style comfort foods like burgers and wings and amazing breakfast. We weren't big fans of the buffet, but we're also from Southern Louisiana so we're use to seasoned food back home 😂 So if you're from the US bring some Tony's chachere seasoning lol We are already planning another trip next year.

We stayed at the Majestic Mirage Punta Cana from September 26th to October 1st, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable and heartwarming vacations we’ve ever had. We booked the Mirage Club One-Bedroom Suite with Outdoor Jacuzzi, and everything from the room to the resort grounds was pristine and luxurious. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth, care, and dedication of the staff. Every person we encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcome, valued, and celebrated. 🌟 Special Shoutouts 🌟 Pablo Mario Candio – Our Butler Pablo was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like family. We shared stories, laughed together, and created a bond that went far beyond a typical guest-staff relationship. Pablo checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to ensure we were always having the best time. We truly gained a friend (and a family member!) in the Dominican Republic. Rosio Nuñes – Our Housekeeper Rosio made our room feel like a home. She decorated it with such thoughtfulness and care—it felt so special to return to such a beautifully kept and personalized space each day. Her attention to detail and warm energy didn’t go unnoticed. We love her! Juana Jean – A True Star Juana Jean was absolutely incredible. His positive energy, kindness, and attentiveness added so much to our experience. Another example of how the staff at Majestic Mirage truly go above and beyond for their guests. 🌴 The Resort Experience The food was delicious and varied, the pools and beach were stunning, and the entertainment was always lively and engaging. We also loved the excursions, which were well organized and so much fun. But the heart of it all was the staff—genuine, warm, and full of joy. We would 100% recommend Majestic Mirage to anyone looking for a relaxing yet vibrant all-inclusive experience in the Caribbean. The service, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere are unmatched. Thank you to Pablo, Rosio, Juana Jean, and the entire Majestic Mirage Team for making our trip so special. We will absolutely be back!

That was a very nice experience! Starting in the lobby, whole structure, big rooms, ocean view, pools, beach, and of course all services, the place is so good! This all inclusive resort makes everything to you feeling well, and a lot of type of food/restaurants did every day a new experience! Our Butler Jesus was very kind and helpful, thank you! And, as a Brazilian, the vibe of the place, with Bachata, Salsa, Merengue, made me felt the Brazil's joyful and energy. And the team responsible for all fun activities like couple game, shows, and zumba makes the place so funny! The unique bad thing was that I needed come back to home, hahaha! I wanted more time there. If you are a couple looking for celebrating anything, this place is a right choice. My wife and I loved the time we spent there.
