Just got back from an amazing week at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, and wow—what a stunning all-suite resort! The property is gorgeous: pristine beaches, beautiful pools, luxurious suites with jacuzzi, incredible views, and top-notch food across the restaurants and buffet. The all-inclusive experience felt truly premium, with premium drinks flowing and attentive service everywhere we went. But hands down, what made our stay unforgettable was the entertainment crew—they were energetic, fun, and genuinely made every day special. Shoutout to Pedro, Manuel, Candy, and Roberto—you guys were the absolute best! From beach games and poolside activities to the evening shows and dance parties, they brought so much energy and personality. Pedro and Manuel kept the vibes high with their hilarious games and dance lessons, Candy had everyone laughing and joining in, and Roberto’s charisma lit up the crowd every night. They made us feel like part of the family and went out of their way to make sure everyone was having a blast. If you’re looking for non-stop fun without it feeling forced, this team delivers! The resort itself is spotless, the butlers and staff are super friendly, and the location is perfect. We can’t wait to come back—thank you to Pedro, Manuel, Candy, Roberto, and the entire Majestic Mirage team for an epic vacation! Highly recommend—especially if you love great entertainment! 🌴🎉

My husband and I spent 5 nights and 4 days at the Majestic Mirage for the first time. It was a wonderful experience and will love to come back. The atmosphere is relaxing 😌. Our "Butler" David Lopez took his time to explain to us how the system works. He is so kind, knowledgeable and comfortable to talk to. He checked on us daily to make sure we're having an amazing time. Love ❤️ the meals, snacks, drinks. The staff from housekeeping to restaurant staff have been nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were nice. The bath tub in the middle of the bathroom wasn't ideal cause the water goes everywhere but it was fine. The hotel was well maintained. Few staff members was my biggest disappointment. Especially the staff at the buffets and some of the staff at the family pool bar. Most of them seemed annoyed by the guest. They barely made eye contact or spoke to you. Our butler Bolivar was very nice and helpful. The lady's who worked the martini bar during our stay were super nice as well as the lady who served us the mimosas at breakfast and she was also around when we had dinner at the Japanese place. Baby face was also great, love his energy! Those staff members were friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. My family went with every intention to tip as we know the staff benefits from guest tipping them, but we tipped them for those who were kind and finely to us. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, it's well maintained, but the staff needs a boost to their morale.

My husband and I and 4 of our brothers and sisters spend an wasome time here at the Mjestic Mirage in Punta Cana (DR). The staff is warm and pleasant in all areas. The greatest of them all is our butler Mr. David Lopez. If there is a word to describe him , I will say ANGEL. He is the best. Always available, ready to help and incredibly humble. He did such and awesome job in helping us plan my 50th birthday party. Everything was on point t . I pray the resort continue to give him an incredible place in the establishment and why not promote him. He is easy to work with, humble and so honest. I will always recommend Majestic Mirage and David as Butler at any time. I will definitely return and this time with the kids. Thank you Majestic Mirage and thank you David so much for all your help. You are the best..♥️♥️♥️

We loved our stay! Our butler Cesar was amazing. Our room was beautiful and the balloons I had arranged for my husband's birthday were perfect! The food, swim-up, pools and beach were great! We enjoyed the steakhouse and seafood the best! The gym was well equipped and spacious!
