Every employee i interacted with was very helpful and kind. Entertainment was awesome. Lots of fun events. Drinks are great (some bartenders are better than others but everyone is great). The sand on the beach is super fine and soft. The rooms look very nice at a glance but ours had a few items that didn't work. The masseuses were great but the tables were very uncomfortable. Fun place to spend a vacation.

Have not one complaint about this resort. The service was amazing extending from all the staff working in all areas. The food and drinks were very tasty. The restaurants and buffet area was very clean and cleanliness didn't stop there. The rooms, the pools, beach and all other areas of the resort were spotless. The entertainment didn't stop our entire stay, games at the pool and beach, shows every night and entertainment was all day in between along with the staff ensuring guest were entertained with their bubbly personality, cracking jokes and the staff making sure you felt very welcome. Any concerns or questions the staff was there to help. Huge shout out to Xavier and Isidro!!

This was our fifth visit to the resort, and each time we are reminded why we continue to return: the outstanding staff, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine care elevate every moment of the experience. From the very beginning, Alexander Rijo, our dedicated butler, ensured that our stay was effortless and memorable. He checked on us regularly, anticipated our needs with remarkable attentiveness, and truly went above and beyond to make our vacation special. His dedication added an invaluable personal touch that we deeply appreciated. At the steak house, we were fortunate to have Freddie as our waiter, and he delivered a dinner experience that was nothing short of exceptional. His service was attentive, gracious, and warm, turning a simple meal into one of the highlights of our trip. We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to Yeimi, the manager, whose swift and thoughtful response to a room mix-up demonstrated the resort’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Not only was the situation resolved immediately, but she also arranged for our room to be beautifully decorated for my birthday. The surprise dessert and champagne sent to our room were elegant, generous touches that made the celebrations truly unforgettable. This vacation was absolutely amazing from start to finish. While the resort itself is beautiful and relaxing, it is the people—Alexander, Freddie, Jamie, and so many others—who make the Majestic Mirage the exceptional destination it is. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are the reason we return year after year. We cannot wait for our next visit.

Roberto and the entertainment team were fantastic. They were consistently kind and always around to help. They had amazing performances every night and multiple times a day. They had fun activities planned, and they were all very personable and very easy to get along with. Definitely make time to go to the theater. The shows are great, and worth the time. Also make sure (if you are a guy) that you bring some long pants for some of the restaurants.

Nice hotel, shows on an evening are nice with themes each night, the dancers are great, a group of 5. Monday’s were Michael Jackson night that we really enjoyed. Food is a bit of struggle for people who are vegetarian but they do have some choice. The coffee shop is excellent and open most of the time. Italian restaurant is good and they say reservations are needed however we managed to get in. The portions were small. The marketplace was the place to go for us. We had a butler not pleased with who we had. Every time we requested anything we never got it done. So that was disappointing. Our day trips were fun and exciting, we did a full day trip to Santo Domingo and a buggy half day tour, we really enjoyed the buggy excursion. If you decide to do it makesure to get a bandana and clothes that you are not bothered that may get dirty. Would come back with family and friend's. .
