I had the most incredible experience at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres during my stay in October 2023. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and treated like royalty throughout my entire stay. The resort truly felt like paradise, with its stunning beachfront location and lush surroundings. My room was nothing short of spectacular, offering luxurious amenities and breathtaking views that made me feel pampered and relaxed. Every aspect of the resort exceeded my expectations - from the exquisite dining options to the impeccable service provided by the staff. I cannot praise Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres enough for providing me with an unforgettable vacation experience. My husband and I recently spent our honeymoon at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, and we had the most amazing time! From the moment we arrived to the day we left, we received the absolute best service! This resort has truly thought of everything, from the littlest details to the larger ones, they have done everything they possibly could to ensure you have the best vacation. The variety and selection of food options was impressive, and the quality and taste of the food was great! - better than any other resort I have stayed at. The beach was well maintained, and the water was gorgeous! They had fun entertainment every night and plenty of fun activities throughout the day as well. We enjoyed a day at the spa, and it was incredible! One of the most unique spas I have been to, and it had so much to offer! For our room, we stayed in the private balcony pool suite and loved every second of it. It was such a rare and fun experience, and we will definitely come back and choose the same room again. We cannot recommend this resort higher! You will not be disappointed!

Best vacation ever. Stayed two weeks. Gorgeous resort. The whole place was spotless, very safe, every staff member was really friendly and the food(with a couple of exceptions) was excellent. The pool was a no-diving walking type…perfect for talking while cooling off. The entertainment was great (but a bit too loud) and the two special nights (Mexican Night and Light Night were unbelievably awesome! Our room was perfect with everything we could want and more. I highly recommended this fabulous resort.

Outstanding resort!! We brought our daughter for spring break and couldn’t be happier we did! Felipe was our butler and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him! He did fantastic everyday making sure we were happy and had everything we wanted! And Rayli “Ray” gave us awesome service everyday at the pool!! The food is some of the best all inclusive food I’ve ever had! Gabriel at the French restaurant was phenomenal! Hugo at breakfast and lunch made our day. The rooms are super spacious and comfy beds! Very clean! Which I’m super picky about. The grounds are immaculate. We stayed in the ocean front club level and the sunrises were the best! Will definitely be back! 10/10 would recommend!

Please heed the warnings of others... do not pay the extra $$ for the club/ VIP experience.. you get nothing more than a costlier experience! Butler didn't exist.. nor did the amenities!! "CLUB" access meant you got sub sandwiches in the fridge and some left over sushi from the buffet. Room was as expected, had 🐜 ants twice, maintenance sprayed twice. Elevator seemed to work as hard as the butler... Room service wait was average 50 min.. after second phone call. Food was mediocre at best.. if you love weddings.. this is your place!! Resort is geared towards weddings and families! Period
Spa experience was the highlight, 2 hours of hot tubs, cold plunge, hydrotherapy, and massages!!
