We just got back from our amazing family trip to this amazing resort! We just got back and already thinking of our next family vacation. The service was amazing , the rooms super clean, the room service was exquisite, we enjoy every single day we were there definitely we would recommend to anyone who is looking to enjoy a family or couple trip. Our family wants to give our gratitude to certain people who made our stay extra special. Eleazar at the Mexican restaurant- Donovan manager of the Mexican restaurant server Samuel and sabido we loved the Mexican restaurant so much we went twice! Giovanny reception - thank you for accommodating all our needs, 2 best bartenders in the lobby Anthony and Luis at glee/pool bar - best customer and attentive service we received during our stay. - when you go to the buffet Aide is super sweet and also Sylvia, we can’t forget Gerardo our bell boy great service at all times. Again Majestic staff fantastic impressed with everything they did for us during our stay.

My family of 3 had an amazing time. Like another reviewer, we got upgraded to an ocean view suite, 5316, on arrival. We had a beautiful view of sunrise over the beach. Food is high quality and truly all inclusive. We were never hungry and the staff were very conscious of dietary restrictions. There were several fun evening events with buffet style Mexican food, singing, dancing, and music while we were there as well. They have lots of free kid activities by the pools throughout the day and my daughter loved her crafting and hairstyling experiences with Diana and Jackie. We also had a great experience with Silvia who made beautiful seashell themed jewelry for our daughter. Everything is very clean and new-looking, and the staff are constantly maintaining the property for a fresh appearance. It’s obvious that everyone takes pride in making guests’ stay pleasant. Overall we had a super relaxing time at our first all-inclusive resort experience. Recommended!

This resort is really top notch. Stayed April 3-17th. Enrique at the Cheers bar, Oscar, Julianne, Felix and the ladies at flavours were superb at making our stay very enjoyable. Giovanni made our morning lattes excellently so we could enjoy them at the beach. Angel our butler treated us well, arranged our alacartes and kept us informed of what’s going on. The entertainment team work hard and the musical entertainment was some of the best we’ve seen, especially the Queen band and the duet in the plaza. We had swim up room 2017 and enjoyed it although the chairs are not that comfortable, loungers would be better but there are lots around the pools. The beach was very clean, safe and we walked twice a day . The filet mignon at the steak house was incredibly tasty, we had it 4 times! Only things I could say to improve were some of the chairs in some of the restaraunt I found very uncomfortable on my bad back and we didn’t go into some restaraunt cause the chairs looked uncomfortable however the steakhouse chairs were very comfy! The night shows volume were almost too loud. The Mexican wrestling was a hoot! Overall one of the best resorts we’ve stayed at.

Visited ME for a wedding this weekend, and the service from start to finish was top notch. We enjoyed our time with entertainment team members Diana, Eduardo, Oliver, and Jaime, and my cenote massage at Blossom Spa with Irma was divine. We had incredible food service with Gustavo at Mariachi Loco, the serving team at the breakfast buffet, and the talented staff at the hibachi restaurant, and most teams were sensitive to our food allergies. Our room was comfortable and clean thanks to the daily service. The resort is stunning and very photogenic, the adult activities at the pool were engaging and fun, and I will tell everyone I know to book this hotel for their next getaway! Thank you Majestic Team!

Great vacation with long time friends. The people, the place, the level of service was above our expectations. The room in the Club section is spacious and impeccably clean. The diversity in food will please everyone. If one thing can be improved is their ability to accommodate 10+ people for dinner in the a la carte restaurant. It was challenging even when we informed previously trough the butler service. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious vacation.
