We had a wonderful stay at Majestic Elegance Cancun! Our butler, Alexander, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Johnny, Jose, and Johnson at the pool bars were friendly and attentive. Alex and the bell team were helpful with our luggage and car rental. Muriel at reception was kind during check-in, and Rubi gave us a great tour of the property. Our room was cleaned daily, and we really enjoyed the variety and quality of the food — every restaurant was excellent. Overall, the service throughout the resort made us feel truly welcome. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

During our recent stay at the resort, dining at the steakhouse proved to be one of the highlights of our trip. Angelo and Erick delivered exceptional service, combining professionalism with a warm sense of humor that truly enhanced our overall experience. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed. The food was outstanding. I ordered the ribeye, which was cooked to perfection, while my wife enjoyed the salmon—both dishes exceeded our expectations in flavor and presentation. To finish, we shared the molten chocolate cake with ice cream, a delightful and satisfying conclusion to an excellent meal. We highly recommend the steakhouse not only for its quality cuisine but also for the remarkable team who make it memorable.

My experience was a 10/10. The service is amazing we didn’t have a single bad experience and everyone is very friendly. The rooms are spectacular and very clean. Food is very good from the buffet to the restaurants one of the managers Adriana ensures everyone has a wonderful experience at her restaurants and honestly the food is much better than I expected. We had a butler, Mauricio who made sure we always have everything we need we can write to him on an app and he is very attentive to what we need. The resort itself is amazing and one of our favourite servers were Guadeloupe and Luis they were very friendly and Celso at the spa ensured we had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend and I will be back for a third time.

Angelo at the steak house was absolutely phenomenal. The entire location is gorgeous. The staff are extremely helpful. It’s a beautiful paradise and it just makes things even better when the food is phenomenal. Alejandro was a true treasure for my lady and I as we are newly engaged. We were given a premium steak with a fire show to celebrate. What a wonderful experience!

Sad to have to leave here today. This is the best resort I’ve been to of my 3 trips to Mexico. The service was outstanding and the facilities are excellent. Plenty of pools to swim in and a nice beach that you can safely walk for miles in each direction. The food has been excellent. There are two buffets with a decent selection of food as well as several themed restaurants. The Italian restaurant and the steak house were my favourite. The Japanese and Mexican places were great also. The restaurants were much better than any other resort I’ve been to. We had a rooftop plunge pool and it was just an incredible room to stay in. The outdoor pool areas had a good amount of pool chairs and day beds. We were very happy with our choice to visit here. Our Butler Mauricio always checked in on us and made sure we were ok, what a great guy he is. Service was top notch!
