⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable Stay at Majestic Elegance Cancun I recently returned from the most amazing trip to Majestic Elegance in Cancun, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch — the service, the food, and the beautiful atmosphere made it such a relaxing and memorable vacation. A huge shoutout to Victor and Jonathan at the Tiki Bar — they were absolutely incredible! Always friendly, fun, and quick to remember our favorite drinks. Their energy and hospitality made every visit to the bar so enjoyable. Erik from the Lobby Bar was also fantastic — he made the best cocktails and was so attentive and professional. It was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. Moises, who was running drinks on the beach, deserves special mention too. He worked so hard and always greeted us with a big smile, keeping us refreshed all day without us ever having to leave our loungers. And finally, Angel at the Don Jaume Steakhouse made our dinner there one of the highlights of the trip. The food was delicious, and his service was exceptional — he made us feel truly special. Everything about this resort exceeded my expectations — from the beautiful grounds to the amazing staff who clearly care about making every guest feel welcomed. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🌴

I think this may be common with most all-iclusives, but the whole experience was just meh to us. You’re kind of stuck on the property, spacious and lovely as it may be, eating mid (at best) food and enjoying the same beach and pool for days on end. I found it rather boring, and the coolest parts of the trip by far were when we ventured off the resort. They could stand to have more to do there, but I guess if you’re plan is to chill out on the beach in sweltering humidity for three or four days then it’s probably 10/10. My main issue was the food. Honestly it was not good. The “McJestic” fast food served nothing good. The Mexican restaurant might’ve been great; I wouldn’t know because we left after 40 minutes and not even seeing our drinks. The buffet was decent for breakfast, mainly because of the bread and pastries though. The 24-hour room service offerings? Once was a no-show, next time was ok, and the third time was undercooked, inedible frozen pizza. I was just hoping for more, considering the money we spent. 5/10 would not recommend.

We just got here today but we already absolutely love this resort. Everyone has been amazing. Jesus, waited on us in the steak house and he was super attentive, we were in a bit of a rush to make it to the show and he made sure he got everything out to us super quick which we really appreciated. Super kind too! His recommendation were great! We also had fantastic service in the spa. From the check in to the hydro therapy to the massages by Cinthia & Aracelis. Our oceanfront room is stunning! We’re super happy! Totally recommend!

We just left a 7 night trip in a beautiful swim up Room and it was an incredible relaxing week. We were blown away with all the amenities, Attentiveness and Planning that we’re into all of the activities for the week. Specifically, it was incredible to see the resort done up for a day of the dead. We had an incredible butler Leo Who was an All-Star. We have travelled to several all-inclusive 5 star resort resorts (Specifically two sandals in the last year) and Leo was the absolute best butler we have ever had for a stay in all of the vacations we have took. Employees like Leo are one of a kind and the resort is lucky to have someone like him taking care of their guests. Shout out to Jony at the swim up bar for always being so polite and kind making all of our drink requests for the week! Can’t wait to return next year for another trip!

A Disappointing Culinary Experience Overshadowed a Special Occasion We stayed at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres primarily for a wedding, which happened to coincide with our 10-year anniversary. While the check-in process was smooth and seamless, we were disappointed that our anniversary went completely unacknowledged—despite emailing the resort beforehand, mentioning it at check-in, and informing our butler. It was disheartening to see other couples receive thoughtful gestures while ours was overlooked. The biggest letdown was the food. If you're a foodie, this resort may not be for you. The chicken was undercooked, I got sick from the fresh fruit, and nearly everything was either bland or overwhelmingly seasoned. We had high hopes for the Mexican restaurant, but it was extremely underwhelming and the service lacked attentiveness. That said, a few standout staff members truly elevated our experience with their exceptional hospitality: - Benjamin at Don Juan Steakhouse - Mateo at Bistro Brasserie - Paulino, our wedding waiter Their warmth and care were deeply appreciated, even as the culinary experience fell short. The rooms were clean but a bit outdated and weather-worn. We had read reviews about bugs and ants, and while it wasn’t excessive, it’s something to be prepared for. Mosquitoes were noticeably worse than what we’ve experienced at other Cancun resorts—bring plenty of bug spray. The Infinity Pool was the highlight for entertainment, and Luis, the bartender there, was fantastic. However, the resort overall felt understaffed, which impacted service across the board. Ultimately, while we’re grateful for the wedding memories and the few staff who went above and beyond, the lack of attention to our anniversary and the disappointing food make it unlikely we’ll return.
