Alvaro was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down at Lively Pool, he was kind, friendly, and always smiling. He has such a warm, welcoming energy that instantly makes you feel like you’re on vacation mode. Not only were the drinks fantastic, but his service was top-notch the entire time. What really stood out was how great he was with our three boys — patient, engaging, and genuinely kind. It’s not easy balancing excellent bar service while also making a family feel comfortable, but Alvaro did it effortlessly. Thank you Alvaro! You are the Best!

I will definitely be going back to Majestic Elegance! The service and hospitality here are exceptional! The Flavors buffet is amazing and every day there are different options to select from. Our waiters Elvis and Francisco were the best. They kept making sure we always had what we needed. Also, Elvis has the best personality, he kept me and my family laughing throughout the dinner. Erick the bartender is awesome as well. My wife wanted something to drink, but didnt know what to get (she doesnt drink often) so he made the "Rivera Maya" and she loved it! I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family!

Charlie at the Steakhouse is outstanding, we were there twice in our 8 day stay and requested to be seated in his section. The Filet Mignon was excellent also. Victor at the Soothe pool bar remembered us and took very good care of us! Staff all around was wonderful. Our only complaint would be our room; we booked Elegance Club Jr Suite Outdoor Jacuzzi. From the description and pictures on their site - I was so excited as we decided to splurge this year on a more expensive trip. Room was fine, but our "garden view" in building one (third floor) was over looking dirt piles and brush of a empty lot next door. The outdoor Jacuzzi and bed next to it was in rough shape so we had no desire to use it. We have traveled all over Mexico and the Dominican for the last 20 years and the Garden Views have always been wonderful. For the price we paid and the photos on the website - we were really disappointed . They say room types are not guaranteed, but this is not a 'garden view room' and the price paid was the same as other rooms in this category with wonderful views.

My husband and I just had our wedding here and had the most AMAZING experience! It was our third time to the resort, this time with 60 of our closest friends and family members. The resort is great for an all-inclusive. Food is good overall, drinks are wonderful, and the resort is beautiful and not too big. I do imagine is could be not as great of an experience if you stay on the family side, but we always have chosen club side. We worked with TripGuy/ Mitch Toren / Christopher Mendez on our room block for guests. They were amazing to work with and super organized. It made planning a destination wedding so much easier! The weddings department is extremely organized and great to work with. They are experts and handle up to two weddings per day, so they don't finalize anything with you until 2-4 weeks before the wedding. Trust the process, they are experts and exceeded my wildest dreams. We worked with Karina during the planning process and Daniela as the day-of coordinator. They were super organized and completely brought my vision to life. All of our guests also had an amazing time. Everyone thought the resort was beautiful and said our wedding was the best they've ever been to. The service from the waiters to the bartenders, to the butlers - was all incredible. I look forward to coming back here again and again in the future!

We had an incredible time at Majestic Elegance! The service is second to none. Everything from the cleaning service, to dining, to bar is excellent. We loved the Mexican restaurant the most - incredible drinks. Ervin is incredibly professional and we were very fortunate to have him as our butler. Beach is also unbeatable with no need to reserve any chairs or fight any crowds. We hope to be back soon!
