We are fans now and will be back. This resort is beautiful and the service is amazing. The beach was beautiful with sugar white sand and the sea grass was not an issue.
Our room was a swim up room in the club level and we had Omar as our butler. Omar made the trip unforgettable, he was on top of every detail of our trip and went out of his way to make things even more special. He secured our reservations to the 2 restaurants that required them and did some decorating on our room with a bath drawn and a chilled bottle of bubbly! We didn't like the location of the first room that we were assigned and they found us a room that was available a couple of days later and Omar had all luggage moved and made the switch seamless.
The lobby bar was a great place to have a drink prior to dinner and we had a couple of bartenders that stood out to us. Salas and Carlos were very attentive, made great drinks and went out of their way to talk to us and made us feel welcome, even when they were busy. If you are looking for great service at the Steakhouse, ask for Willie!
If you visit these types of resorts often, the food is familiar with plenty of options. The resort facility could use some updating and some TLC, but overall these things were not a problem for us.
Do you self a favor and book this resort and ask for Omar as your butler and enjoy your vacation!

We had the best stay a Majestic elegance Costa Mujeres! Our butler Omar, went above and beyond for us! He decorated the room for my husbands birthday and did a few other special decorations for us to make our trip memorable! The restaurants were fantastic. The steak house and Mexican restaurants were our favorites. Buffets were like typical hotel food but the Italian restaurants breakfast was wonderful! Our butler was quick and addressed any concerns we had as well as got anything we needed or wanted and set up our dinner reservations! It was an effortless trip so relaxing! We had the junior swim up room and loved it! In room 4008 next to the pool bar and our bartender Alejandro was AMAZING. Day after day he took great care of us and we had such a great time visiting with him! They make wonderful drinks here at the resort! Try the majestic drink!! We hope to be back one day. They keep up the facility very well. the workers are friendly and always cleaning. Such a welcoming environment-they will spoil you!The beach is perfect as well! Always a chair available. The shows they do at night are great too! We have nothing bad to say! Don’t miss the Michael Jackson show or white night! So fun!

Of all the times we’ve been to Cancun, this by far has been the best! From check-in to check-out the staff was super kind and friendly and went above and beyond. The food was the best we’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort and it was awesome that you didn’t have to have a reservation for most of the specialty restaurants. Only the French Bistro that is adults only and the hibachi grill required one. Room service was quick and yummy. Our favorite things were our plunge pool in our room (we opted for a private one) and the pristine white sandy beach. Would definitely recommend! Beautiful experience!

I stayed at Majestic for a total of 5 days and every night was amazing. The food, drinks, and staff made this trip very memorable for me. Coming as a solo traveler, they made sure that all of my needs were met and definitely made me feel very comfortable. My butler Chris was very quick and helpful. He made sure that I had a reservation for all of the restaurants that required one. He kept me up to date with the activities going on each day and made sure everything in my room was stocked up. He definitely made me feel right at home at this resort. I have absolutely no complaints.
My next stay has already been booked. I can’t wait to be back in a few weeks!

Today is my last day at this wonderful resort and I’m very grateful for everything that people here have done for me. Staff is fantastic! My special recognition to Sebastian, Joy, Yolanda, Maria and Francisco who took great care of me in the restaurants as I’m a celiac and cannot eat gluten at all. They made sure to keep me safe from cross contamination, and I didn’t have to worry about it, what was a relief for me! The hotel is amazing, the room I stayed at (Junior Suite Outdoor Jacuzzi) is spacious, cozy and comfortable, A/C is quiet and works pretty well, bedsheets, mattress and pillows have excellent quality. The pools and leisure facilities are clean and beautiful. They offer entertainment options for all ages and all the time. I also would like to thank Mauricio from Entertainment Team and Miguel from Guest Service for being so friendly and supportive to me and my family. All in all, the resort is perfect and I hope I can come back to enjoy another great vacation with my family!
