We got to stay here at the resort for a week for my friends wedding. Every thing was so beautiful and every one was so friendly. Martin and Eduardo at the Mar seafood restaurant were great! Food was amazing , especially the fillet!! Also Gabriel and Marco at the hibachi restaurant were so fun and great, every one is so friendly at this resort. Chan is awesome, always happy to help. I cant Wait to come back. I have nothing bad to say. Perfect getaway !

I truly cannot say enough good things about this resort. For starters, the rooms are amazing. The food, amazing. The staff, INCREDIBLE. This was our first out of country vacation. We felt safe at all times! We enjoyed a private plunge pool with an ocean view. There are lots of pools and pool bars. Pool volleyball and beach volleyball! It can be very laid back or you can enjoy the daily entertainment or night shows. We have made great friends here with others vacationers and the staff. Please do me a favor and visit Martin and Victor. They were amazing bartenders and we made such good friends with them. They are family!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!!

Absolutely amazing! I came here two years ago for graduation and then just now on our honeymoon! Service is amazing the swim up’s are the best I’ve ever seen and the beaches are gorgeous! The food is so good and the experience that the restaurant gives is so nice! Our favorite was the steak house and the Italian restaurant but if you want a show the Japanese restaurant is the best place to go! Our butler Rene was so sweet and made sure we knew everything going on so we didn’t miss anything and always went out of his way to make us feel at home and comfortable!

This is exactly what we wanted in a Mexican getaway. Great location, friendly staff, and good food. The original room we booked wasn’t available right away, but they upgraded us to a better room right away and then upgraded us again 2 days later. The only complaint I have is that there’s a good anount of seaweed washed up on the beach, but that’s not something they can really control. Also, it wasn’t that big of a deal because the seaweed didn’t really smell at all and the pools are great. Will definitely be coming back for future vacations.

His customer service is truly exceptional — he goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels taken care of. The interaction was genuine and engaging, and he took the time to not only serve drinks but also create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. Jonathan is incredibly attentive, professional, and personable, making the entire experience unforgettable.
