The location was about an hour or so from the airport and the cellular service was very rocky the first 24 hours of our stay. Otherwise we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The rooms are very spacious and you can request service daily for cleaning and to restock the fridge in the room. Our stay was with The Club which is the adults only area of the resort. Michelle was our butler during our stay and she was absolutely amazing. She was very responsive and attentive to any questions that we had. Michelle found us on a day she knew we had trouble to make reservations for Kabuki and helped walk us through face to face. Michelle also was very responsive and checked in on us frequently to see if we had any needs or requests for our room or any activities we wanted to know about. I would return and specifically ask to have Michelle again. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would give this resort a 10/10!

Great place to stay! We truly enjoyed the beach and the excellent service. If you stay here, make sure to look for Abraham at the beach or by the pool — he’s amazing! Not only is he great at what he does, but he also puts his heart into his work. His attention and kindness made our stay extra special. He even surprised us with a thoughtful goodbye gift — a beautiful painting made with sand on a wet towel. Truly unforgettable!

A fantastic dining experience awaits at the Japanese Steakhouse in Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres! From start to finish, the entire meal was a true highlight of our trip, and we couldn't have asked for better service. Our server, Bogart, was exceptional. He was incredibly attentive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our evening was perfect. The real showstopper, however, was our chef, Augustin. He was not only a masterful cook but an entertaining performer as well. The hibachi show was incredible—he had some serious skills! The food itself was delicious and cooked to perfection, a testament to his expertise. We left feeling completely satisfied, having enjoyed both a fantastic meal and wonderful company. A huge thank you to Bogart and Augustin for a five-star experience! This is a must-try restaurant if you're staying at the resort.

On my last day at the resort, I had accidentally left my cellphone in the lobby but was already at the airport before I noticed. I had to fly home without my phone. I immediately contacted your customer service and sent an email to the resort. I quickly heard back from Dulce C., Customer Care - Costa Mujeres, and she located my phone and provided clear instructions for how to get it shipped to me as soon as possible. She was kind and replied to every email professionally and courteously. She went above and beyond to help me. Quite literally, EVERYONE at the resort goes above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience and the service was truly excellent!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel in Mexico! Everything was perfect, and I was so happy to visit. The food was delicious, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. We had our own butler, Aron, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was spacious, the variety of food was amazing, and there were countless pools, bars, and dining options to enjoy. We were especially pleased because we celebrated my husband’s birthday there, and it turned out to be an unforgettable trip. As a travel agent, I’ve seen and compared many hotels, but I can confidently say this property truly stands out. It’s definitely worth visiting, and I highly recommend it!
