From the moment we walked in, Marisol greeted me with so much love and warmth — she even placed a beautiful mapola flower on my ear, making me feel the tropical vibe right away. She treated me with the kind of care that felt like a mother’s love, and that truly touched my heart. Our servers Cristian, Richardo, and others were just incredible — always so kind, funny, and attentive. They made sure our drinks were always perfect (never too strong, just right!) and even decorated our table before we arrived. Every meal came with smiles, laughter, and great vibes. I 100% recommend Majestic Colonial — not just for the beautiful resort, but for the people who make it so special. The service, the energy, and the love they put into what they do made our trip one we’ll never forget. ❤️🌺🍹 Our butler Samuel Enrique went above and beyond our expectations! Our stay at the Majestic Colonial was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the resort felt very inviting — warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our visit special, offering great service in every area. A special shoutout to Domingo, the best bartender at the Plaza Bar! He’s friendly, attentive, and always makes the perfect drink — his energy really adds to the atmosphere. The resort itself is clean, well-kept, and full of life. The entertainment each night was fantastic, with fun shows and activities that kept everyone engaged. Overall, we had such a great experience and would definitely come again. 5 stars! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The beach is gorgeous—clean sand, clear water, and plenty of loungers. Evenings were a blast with spectacular shows that felt fresh and professional every night. The food was consistently tasty with lots of variety; we never had a bad meal. Huge shoutout to the exercise room and Bernardo, the amazing fitness trainer. He worked with me every day, tailored workouts to my goals, and kept me motivated—best resort fitness experience I’ve had. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the vibe is relaxed yet fun, and everything runs smoothly. If you’re looking for a beautiful beachfront escape with great entertainment, delicious food, and standout service, Majestic Colonial Resort is a no-brainer. Can’t wait to return!

We are vacationing here with friends and family, and this is my worst experience ever. The rooms are old — okay, we only sleep there — but even the towels are worn out and have holes. The comments say this is a family hotel, but there is absolutely no entertainment for kids. In the evening there are no shows or any dances; is it really that hard to play some children’s music?? The maximum they offer is face painting. The kids’ room is located in a very inconvenient place for parents, all the way at the end of the hotel. The food is not tasty. There seems to be variety and you won’t stay hungry, but everything is just bad — either too salty or completely flavorless. The only good thing here is the beach and the ocean. I do not recommend this place! Oh, and the animators walk around asking guests to leave a good review. I’ve already messaged my travel agent, and he told me that over the past month he’s received a lot of negative feedback about this hotel. This place is definitely not for young people or families with kids.
