I think that this resort is great at its price point and when you come in with the right expectations. The staff is friendly, food selection is very good and the drinks are made well. Rooms do need updating but the resort will close for refurbishment this spring so hopefully this will be addressed Things that stand out compared to other resorts included: Easy to find chairs at pool and beach Local as opposed to American/reggaeton music played throughout No timeshare pitch! No reservations required for restaurants - no issue getting tables despite 90% occupancy Premium alcohol brands included Compared to the other 2 resorts in the complex this one is the cheapest but still wonderful. If you'd like a bit of an upgrade book the Elegance or for caviar at the buffet splurge for the Mirage.

We joined her yoga sessions and dance activities, and she made every class fun, energetic, and welcoming. Franklin, one of the most energetic people from the resort! He is always there to chat, dance, and make you laugh!! Cruz, if you’re ever looking to grab a beverage from a lovely humble man you go find Cruz! He will make you smile, laugh and always top you up. I really recommend you find Cruz on your stay! The resort is very beautiful and great vibes all around! The pools are great, beach is perfect and the food is wonderful! No issues with any of the food or drinks! Do be shy get out there and dance, smile and do all the activities the staff set up!!

We are Canadians escaping the cold and snow. From the moment we arrived we have been impressed with the friendly staff, exceptional rooms, service and variety of food choices and activities. Being in the Majestic Colonial Club we appreciated the beautiful and well stocked lounge for early morning coffees and snacks- something for everyone’s pallet. Our butler Juan met our every need within a few hours of asking, Honey and Franklin on yoga and dancing were delightful and our swim up bar tender Leandro was enthusiastic and welcoming! We will definitely return in the near future and would like to the family along.

We had our vacation starting January 4th until the 9th the place is honestly great. My husband and I had a sweet dinner together at one of their restaurants named Taino and it was honestly so fun. The waiters are super awesome and sweet. We had Juan and Anuar serving us and they were super attentive and trying to engage with us in such a fun and friendly manner. My family and I definitely want to come back for another trip and stay at Majestic again! Thank you guys so much! Just a star lower for rooms because they had an issue only day one for the air conditioning which was fixed upon request within 20mins. And I heard they are closing to do renovations so we are super excited to see the new upgrades. Its definitely recommended if you want an all inclusive resort with very friendly staff, beach front rooms and a huge pool with multiple bars and also a gym and casino AND a theater with themed nights for all their guests. A huge pleasure 😁
