I must admit that this hotel exceeds all my expectations. Located 5km from Nathon, in a really calm area. Private Beach is amazing, room is very spacious, well equipped and in case of a bad weather, it has Netflix, Amazon Prime. Breakfast was the best i've every experienced in a hotel. Everything you need, from continental breakfast, though thai food, pasta, finishing by fresh fruits, juice and coffee. Staff is extremely friendly. You can take a bike or kanoe for free, they also offer shuttle bus to Nathon and Chewang for free. More than i would expect for that price.

The hotel left a great impression. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh bedding and towels provided every day. We enjoyed the breakfast; everything was delicious. Our room had a view of the pool, and the beach area was well-equipped with comfortable loungers, beautiful palm trees creating a cozy atmosphere, and a bar where you could enjoy drinks. The hotel isn’t new, but it’s very well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. While swimming in the sea wasn’t ideal due to the rocky shore, the pool was excellent, so it didn’t bother us. All of this made the stay even more enjoyable. We stayed for a couple of days but would have happily stayed longer.

The rooms were well designed, cupboard & draw space was limited it had a large bed (quite comfortable 3/5). Bathroom was good with a sunken bath and louver panels which opened to outside (nice touch 4/5). Balcony with table and day bed this was okay could do with mosquito screen(3/5) We occasionally had very small ants (it's Thailand it's going to happen 3/5). Air con was fairly good 4/5. The complex was nice staff were helpful if they understood what you said. (things didn't get done the first time 3/5). Swimming pool was big but no lounge beds beside the pool 3/5. Beach looked okay but it was shallow and the sand had sediment over it 2/5. The restaurants were nice good menu tasty food drinks were cold 5/5. Amienitys/activities:- squash, badminton, gym, yoga mats. these all looked good but no one was using them 4/5. We booked a spa session but canceled due to sunburn the place looked nice plenty of treatments on offer 4/5. I asked about the kayak and told it was broken I was disappointed 1/5. Overall the place was tired I found a few safety issues several floor lights were broken and became trip hazards. The fire alarm in block B Had an alarm fault. (possible detector head fault). Money needs to be spent on the place to bring it up to 4 stars Overall I would say 3 to 3.5 out of 5. We did enjoy our stay though.

Rooms are nice and spacious. But rooms are not well maintained. The room that we got is not well cleaned you can see molds in the sink and shower area. The staff doesn’t smile nor greet guests as per our experience. The hotel itself is nice, peaceful and the pool area is great and perfect location for sunset. They must focus on customer service and the cleanliness of the room.

I visited this resort only for the restaurant, so I cannot assess the quality of the accommodation. At first glance, the resort looks luxurious, which sets high expectations for its dining experience. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, and during our visit, we were the only guests, which made for a quiet and relaxing experience. I had a glass of white wine, but unfortunately, the only option by the glass was house wine from a box. I consider this a missed opportunity and a disappointment, especially given the upscale impression of the resort. We also had ice cream, which was nicely presented and tasted good. The waitress was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but there is room for improvement, particularly in the wine selection.
