I recently stayed at The Magellan Sutera Resort and was thoroughly impressed. The luxurious rooms, stunning ocean views, and top-notch amenities made for a memorable stay. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, and the dining options were superb. Highly recommend for a relaxing and upscale getaway!

Well, I have a mixed feeling about this resort.
The resort is indeed beautiful and very green. The lobby is huge and there a lot of place/area to just sit and enjoy the day and view. The room is comfortable with luxury amenities.
During the evening at each of the lounges, there is live music but the band is not a good one and it's lousy. Not worth staying to enjoy it.
The pool is big and beautiful. The breakfast selection was just okay, and it's always crowded even if it is not during public holiday/school break.
The beach activities were fun ... you can make the booking on the same day.
Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable holiday for us!

I attended here for a charity dinner. Magellan hall more bigger than pacific hall. But, parking lot is a little bit difficult. Better carpool, grab or come as early as you can . The foods is ok. Toilet is comfortable. Service by staffs is awesome.

Very fun down and old. Felt dirty. Definitely not a 5 star hotel and we stayed in a suite room. Maybe a 3 star hotel.
Kids enjoyed the pool so that’s something.
Easy to go island hopping from.
Would not recommend this place at all sorry. Needs a total revamp.

Started off with not so pleasant experience as I was not being allocated with the club room type that I have booked. Stayed 3D2N.
Then why 5 stars ?
Things turn around quickly the next day. Bonnie from the Magellan Club reception has been very helpful explained the situation and informed that the resort management would changed our room accordingly. Ivorie the Front Office Manager has also extended the resort apologies and making efforts to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Good job Bonnie and Ivorie.
The Resort is old but services were good.
We were blessed with 2 days of stunning sunset 🌇.
Location is good. Near to the city. Convenient to get transport.
