This hotel was just so dreamy. It’s a hidden gem in the mountains hence very quiet and serene. The staff were so friendly. The rooms are massive with very comfortable beds. We got the suite that comes with a living room area which was gorgeous. We had bed and breakfast which was also very delicious. Would definitely recommend

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. We would especially like to commend the gentleman at the reception desk with glasses and a longer beard – he was very kind and helpful, which left a great first impression. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with everything neatly organized. One suggestion would be to pay more attention to the morning atmosphere in the restaurant – it would be nice if children were a bit quieter and not running around the tables with plates, to ensure a more comfortable experience for all guests. We requested a room with a mountain view, and our request was fulfilled – thank you to the staff for that! However, in the evening, when we wanted to open the terrace door, we noticed some unusual noises, which were a bit confusing and disrupted the peace. The spa experience was fine – pleasant, though nothing particularly special. In short – we enjoyed our stay, the hotel has great potential and deserves praise, but for a 5-star hotel, there is still room for improvement.

Gorgeous hotel in a wonderful location, the rooms are clean and spacious. A car is highly recommended. Whilst there is lots to do for a short weekend stay, a car will give you freedom to explore the local area including the beaches and broadens your food options. The restaurants are great but if you're a foodie you'll probably want to head out as options become repetitious. Staff are super helpful and accommodating. Would definitely book again.

Went to enjoy the circuit spa 🧖 the foot baths weren’t working but we were discounted because of this and overall it was a really nice relaxing 2 hours to spend.. parking was easy and the service at the spa reception was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Thank you ☺️

My husband and I stayed here for the WSBK weekend. The suite was lovely, very spacious, large living room area and big comfy bed. The robes and slippers were a lovely touch. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast, there was so much choice, with vegan and GF options. I especially liked the "cake of the day" selection. We had a few small issues with our stay but all of these were resolved efficiently and professionally. We look forward to booking again next year. We didn't get time to book any spa treatments so will try those next time. We enjoyed the mezzanine bar, enjoying our drinks with a wonderful view. The bar also has a nice menu.
