I would love to leave the most glowing review and give five stars. I stayed at the hotel for three nights, and everything exceeded my expectations The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. The restaurant also deserves special praise the waiters and managers were wonderful, very responsive and professional. I especially appreciated the fast and easy access via QR code to the chat service, where any question or request was handled quickly and efficiently The rooms are clearly modern, very clean, and beautifully maintained. The views from the higher floors are absolutely breathtaking. We stayed on the 51st floor, and it was truly mesmerizing. Our windows opened to two different views, and I honestly could not imagine anything more beautiful! When I first checked into this hotel, I didn’t have particularly high expectations but it turned out to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was clean and spacious, the rooms were large and comfortable. I was traveling with a small child, and I really appreciated that the room felt safe, with no sharp corners Pure delight from start to finish. Thank you so much and if I return to New York, I already know exactly where I will stay again ❤️ I also arrived well before the official check-in time, and to my delight, I was given access to my room several hours early at no extra charge. After a long and exhausting journey, this was incredibly thoughtful and truly made my day, I was absolutely thrilled As a lovely bonus, we were welcomed with a complimentary fruit platter, which was such a warm and generous touch! Thank you soooo much👍🏼❤️

We stayed on a higher floor, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Our windows opened to two different views, and it was honestly mesmerizing—I couldn’t imagine anything more beautiful. When I first checked in, I didn’t have particularly high expectations, but this turned out to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. What a perfect hotel and location for our 5 day visit to New York. We had 2 deluxe rooms with city view (floor 54) looking over to One World and the Oculus . All the staff were attentive and helpful and our room cleaner was so very helpful , nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were fabulous. We didn’t eat in the restaurant as we were busy enjoying the sights and sounds of New York.

I have never left a hotel review before. Sincerely I mean this, I loved every aspect of my stay. They were accommodating when we had a request. All the Bellman are energetic and go way out of their way to keep us safe and feel protected. From the minute you enter the hotel you feel the pleasant vibe of all the employees. Our room had a stunning view of the WTC and the water. Every person from the front desk, to our housekeeper, to the bellman, and even the kind late night guy in the snack bar was pleasant and professional! My favorite part of my trip with my 2 daughters was the hotel. We really made a good choice there. Thank you Jennifer Reed

Stayed here twice now. Both times were mediocre. Overall the rooms are nice. But I have yet to meet a nice employee. My company booked the room and they refused to charge the card provided. I then asked for a receipt which they never sent. I called to get one and had to talk to several different people until I was able to get one. Not worth dealing with.
