A Top-Notch Hotel Experience This hotel is truly exceptional in every way. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The food is outstanding, with several restaurants to choose from, each offering a unique and delicious dining experience. There are also multiple bars to enjoy, providing a variety of drinks in relaxing atmospheres. For entertainment, there is organized animation for both adults and children, ensuring that everyone has something to enjoy. I could go on listing the amazing features, but I’ll leave that for you to discover when you visit this top-tier resort yourself. It’s truly a remarkable experience!

This is an excellent hotel with dedicated, attentive staff. My son lost his camera and the efforts made to find it in one of the many bars were extensive. There was no room service, but this is understandable given the sheer size of the complex and thousands of guests. Please be careful on the water slides, and for goodness sake do not go down head first . I stupidly did and nearly changed my appearance forever!! The staff were very tolerant of my children's relentless chat about Ipswich Town FC. I should add that if you are looking for a quiet break, this place is not for you. It's all about families and noisy children!

Such a fantastic hotel. Everything about the hotel is 10/10 the Food, Entertainment, cleanliness, drinks, activities for the kids, splash park, location we can not recommend this place enough. We extended our stay we loved it that much. We can't wait to come back next year!

Wonderful hotel with great variety of restaurants. The food offered is excellent. At breakfast there is absolutely everything you could ever wish for, and then some. Dinners in the main restaurant have different themes every day. There is an excellent fish restaurant within the hotel area: octopus, calamari and great variety of fish. The hotel of course attracts people from different age groups, and perhaps families with loud children isn’t the perfect match for elderly people with hearing aids, but they do their very best to cater for everyone’s taste offering family areas, as well as adult only areas.

Huge hotel complex, great food, however the fish restaurant could be better (grilled stuff had weird taste because the grill probably hasn't been washed for some time). Awesome water park for kids of any age, sunbeds on the beach available for free, beach nice and clean, with a part without stones after entering the sea, car rental, supermarket and souvenir shops onsite.
