  • Breakast at The Palm Court
  • Lunch at any a la carte restaurant or a picnic basket for guests on excursions (24-hour notice required)
  • Dinner at any restaurant excluding INTI
  • Afternoon tea at The Palm Court (4pm to 5.30pm)
  • Drinks in all restaurants and bars except G&T 100 Club and Rum Tree House. Beverages include a wide selection of soft drinks, tea, coffee, beers, wines, juices, mineral water, cocktails and liquors (until 12am)

Excellent hotel with amazing facilities and fantastic staff. Beach is calm and beautiful, beautiful large pools and gorgeous bars. Overall the resort is on another level to five star plus. The staff made sure you are looked after, and all the hotel restaurants are amazing, so many choices of food. Jason took really great care of my husband and myself. He made sure we are taken care of. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Thank you Jason for making our stay at LUX very special. Also thanks to The Executive Sous Chef Tesigen Ramen we enjoyed a beautiful dinner by the beach. Thank you Jason and Chef Tesigen for everything. We will definitely be returning to Mauritius and will come back to LUX again. Absolutely beautiful Resort. 10/10 :).

Had the most amazing honeymoon at the LUX Grand Gaube. From arriving quite late, we were welcomed with a fresh drink and a cold towel. Everything was explained to us and we booked all our restaurants for dinner for the week there and then. We had a room upgrade to a wellness room which had a huge bathroom and comfy bed. Room was cleaned everyday which was great. We spent most days at the Banyan / adult area of the resort and have to say a huge thanks to the team (Kumar, Ansh and Saif) who looked after us with towels, drinks and food everyday. This was a great area away from the much busier main beach and pool area, which still looked amazing but we preferred the quieter option. Restaurant selection is great and all the food is super tasty. From the buffet for breakfast and dinner to the other more specific restaurants for dinner there are lots of options. We loved BB’s for a casual lunch at the beach. Overall, we’d definitely recommend the LUX GG for anyone considering it for their honeymoon 👍🏽

We had a fantastic holiday here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The setting is delightful on a bay fringed by palm trees. We liked it so much we have decided to come back in September to celebrate 30 years together. We mentioned this toTheir wedding planner Nitisha, who has promised us it will be special. If you are thinking of getting married in Mauritius think of this hotel and contact her.

Stunning hotel with excellent service and a grandeur that allows guests to truly relax! The culinary variety is excellent, from the live cooking stations over the barista to the Turkish and Peruvian specialty restaurants, the burger shack and the Creole restaurant. Great for families and couples without kids alike.

We have just returned from a family holiday and overall we had a great time and this place does have a lot to offer. The location is brilliant with well maintained public areas, theirs plenty of things to do with the water sports, tennis courts and glass bottom boat to name just a few. We loved the pools and beach and there seemed to be plenty of space for everyone. The food in all 3 a la carte restaurants was excellent and the staff at these were very attentive. The biggest issue we had was the service round the main pool and bar area through the day, the speed and attentiveness in this area was very frustrating and even going up to the bar to get your own drinks you had to wait a while. There seemed to be plenty of staff but not a lot of managing. We did raise this and there was a slight improvement when a new waiter called yoven arrived who was everything you would expect from someone working at a place like this. Unfortunately for us it was a little too late. Overall with the poor service round the pool and the breakfast offering it didn’t meet the standard you would expect for a 5 star hotel. We may have just been unlucky in the 8 days we were there and I’d still go back as we had an amazing time.
