This hotel is amazing, but for a five star hotel the details are missing to be perfect.
Entry to the hotel is majestic. We like the way we were welcomed to this nice hotel and generally first thoughts were just positive.
The room is very spacious and modern but is lacking an iron for the clothes, which is little detail that counts for us. Also we noticed dirty window frames separating bathroom from the bedroom. With the price we paid we expected everything to the smallest detail to be absolutely perfect.
The restaurants are nice and it felt really nice from the waiter, in the morning after we missed breakfast, to bring us some pastry. On the other hand the restaurant in the evening felt really dirty. When we came to the restaurant there was almost no place for us to sit, as the tables were not cleaned after people finished.
The hotel has a nice spa, but unfortunately not the cleanest. There were lot of dirty spots in the saunas.

Beautiful hotel with a lot of ocean front space. Multiple pools with lots of seating and umbrellas. One pool is louder, with a DJ or music playing while the other ground-floor pool is more peaceful.
The rooms are large and very clean. The blackout curtain makes the room very dark. The rooms are very quiet-you cannot gear the ocean, people at the beach, or any vehicle noise.
The breakfast is delicious. Hot plates made to order plus a huge offering of pastries, fruit, yogurts, fresh smoothies, and more. Lunch is served in several restaurants as well as served to your chair on the beach/pool.
The two gyms are also a plus. One on the roof is only open a few hours a day but has a lot of equipment, beautiful views, and a good view. The indoor gym is open longer hours and has towels, water, and plenty of equipment.
All the staff members were always very welcoming and helpful. The location was good-we could walk to lots of restaurants and shops.

Definitely one of the best hotels/resorts here! Their extreme attention to the small details is outstanding, you would feel welcomed at every corner by the staff. Restaurants menus are also great but definitely can be improved.
The beach is outstanding and all water activities for free for hotel guests and all the staff are nice there.

The reception was so smooth and friendly.
The room is in excellent condition, spacious, clean and with amazing views from balcony.
The welcoming nut cake is a lovely touch.
The facilities are super tidy and nicely designed in modern theme. The gym is well equipped as well as the other facilities.
There are various restaurants beside the main one where buffet is served. The breakfast is super delicious and has hybrid mode ( open buffet and menu orders ).
The beach is clean with amazing sunset views.
