Top notch service, amenities and facilities.
The reception was so smooth and friendly.
The room is in excellent condition, spacious, clean and with amazing views from balcony.
The welcoming nut cake is a lovely touch.
The facilities are super tidy and nicely designed in modern theme. The gym is well equipped as well as the other facilities.
There are various restaurants beside the main one where buffet is served. The breakfast is super delicious and has hybrid mode ( open buffet and menu orders ).
The beach is clean with amazing sunset views.

Great place to come as a family, the pool and the beach are great (not the best beach of the island, but does the job). The food and drinks are up to standard, not to mention the hotel and amenities are 5 star standard.

The first time i was at this hotel, they poured back white wine that we had tasted in our glasses and sent back for being too warm into a fresh bottle! 5 star hotel! Little did they know one of us had followed them to the bar to change an order. Since then I was told service had changed etc etc so gave it another shot.
I hosted a group of friends and made a reservation at Bisou. Service was appalling. There were several staff and they all seemed unconcerned by new guests walking in. I walked to the bar and let a barman know I had a reservation. He said to pick any spot. We picked a table which he then told us was reserved and that they were fully booked. They scrambled to find us a table, left us waiting for 10 minutes, didn’t apologize, probably hoping we would just leave their fully booked venue (which we booked) and offered their booth where their loud speaker was. I wouldn’t give it a star if I could.
