We had a junior suit with an ocean view. The room was spacious and clean. The furniture is new and technologically equipped. Only i wish to have ironing in the room The service overall is the main issue. Despite they are being polite, we faced the following issues: 1- For the room service, you need to call them multiple times to finally get what you requested. 2- For the pool service, no one will come and take orders such as towels and drinks unless if you kept waving for a couple of minutes. This happened almost every day in our stay. Another situation is the waiter will tell you "one minute," and they do not show up again. This also happened several times. 3- Finally, the restaurants options are limited, and the prices overall are exaggerated compared to the food quality and the service. Finally, the location overall is good with proximity to some shopping malls. But if you enjoy a nice walk on foot, then perhaps this may not be the best option due to narrow unsafe streets around the facility Overall, it is an excellent and luxurious facility with less than optimal service. So if you don't mind slow service and not a big fan of walking around, then this place is ideal for you.

Our stay in Mauritius was in the back of a family wedding in Zambia so arriving at the magnificent hotel was welcomed. The interiors are superb. It’s truly designed to be a tropical slender. We booked to stay 5 nights. The room was spaced and clean. The resort, although during the wet season, was populated with just enough guests, making it peaceful enough. The only drawback which we experienced was the number of families with small children. A little taken aback by this, we were informed on arrival that there were adult only areas of the hotel. Namely a pool area in the 3rd floor. We visited and there were children there too. Not to be a killjoy - however, we had hoped for a more peaceful time away. Staff amazing. Food wonderful. Location tops.

Five Stars – An Unforgettable Stay in Paradise My wife and I spent an exclusive 5-day holiday at this incredible oceanfront hotel in Mauritius, and it was nothing short of perfect. Our room was stunning—spacious, beautifully designed with ultra-modern fittings, and offered a breathtaking view of the sea that we never got tired of. Waking up to the sound of waves and the sight of the turquoise ocean was pure bliss. The staff were exceptional—extremely friendly, supportive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, and the outdoor spaces are beautifully arranged with plenty of room to relax, unwind, or enjoy the view. We loved the variety of water-related activities available—it added so much fun and excitement to our stay. The property is truly spectacular—spacious, serene, and set right beside the ocean, offering peace and beauty in every corner. And the breakfast—absolutely mind-blowing. With a wide variety of delicious choices, both local and international, it was easily one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had in a hotel. Overall, this was a dream getaway for both of us. We left with unforgettable memories and already can’t wait to come back!

This may be the best hotel I have stayed at. The grounds and facilities are stunning, along with the rooms and beach. However, the greatest part of our experience was the staff. They were all such genuinely lovely people, who really cared about our experience. Iqbal from concierge was fantastic and consistently went out of his way for us. Simon Pacary, the Executive Pastry Chef, was incredibly kind and thoughtful, taking the time to discuss his work with us 1 on 1 - his pastries and cakes are second to none!

I have mixed feelings about my stay here and was a little underwhelmed given it is a 5 star resort. The rooms are amazing. Beds very comfortable, shower and bath felt like a spa. We booked a junior ocean suite and overall very very happy with my room. The lobby is gorgeous and the beach very pretty to look at. Breakfast was delicious and have a great buffet along with menu options. Service was a bit of a mixed bag. Some of the staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful. Our valet went out of his way when we popped a tire (driving is very difficult generally in the area) and was so insanely helpful it was amazing. But other staff members seemed dismissive or rude at times. We went here for our honeymoon and booked the honeymoon package. When we showed up and I asked about it (package included special spa time, breakfast, cocktail class etc.) the front desk told us the celebration staff would meet with me tomorrow to talk about it. The next morning I went to check in and was told I would need my marriage certificate. I showed them several pictures of the certificate and the wedding. They said they needed the original physical copy not a picture or duplicate. I explained that in our state we only had 30 days to mail it in and if we had waited until after our honeymoon to do that we would not be legally married so there is no way we could have brought it. After significant discussion I asked to speak directly with the celebration team. I was told they would call me shortly. Several hours later I check again and was told I could wait if I wanted to talk to them. Eventually someone came down. I explained the situation and they said I had enough proof of the wedding so that was not the issue but I had never booked the package and it had to be booked in advanced so they could not help me. I showed them the confirmation with my original booking which clearly showed the package. The lady looked annoyed and said she needed to make another phone call. She left and finally a new person showed up to congratulate us and reviewed the package. No one ever apologized for the situation. At dinner and lunch the service staff were either very nice or very short and annoyed with any request. The food outside of breakfast was also very underwhelming and we ended up trying to eat outside of the hotel which was better quality and price. Overall it is a very pretty resort but personally do not think it is worth the price and would not return again.
