Lujo Hotel is the best hotel I have ever been to. Surrounded by nature and the sea, it offers an unparalleled blend of luxury in both the hotel and rooms. The extraordinary service and staff make the stay even more enjoyable. The variety of restaurants is impressive, catering to all tastes. Highly recommended for a truly luxurious experience.

If there’s no designated smoking areas and people are allowed to smoke anywhere they want - don’t call yourself a kids friendly hotel. My family and my 12 month old didn’t choose to be passive smokers in every restaurant and every corner of this hotel. Many times we had to leave or change tables because of numerous smokers “enjoying their holiday”. Why do they have a right to enjoy their holiday and non-smokers don’t? Every human should have a right to breathe fresh air. Kids MUST have a right to breath a smoke free fresh air. Absolutely disappointed in my 10 days spent here and will not return unless they start carrying about children and non-smoking guests by banning smoking outside of designated smoking zones

The hotel is located in a very beautiful location allowing guests to have a peaceful stay. The rooms were overall clean as of state and were in perfect shape. The areas in which the hotel could improve in are things such as fixing the wifi, as it was truly terrible. Additionally, shisha is not offered in all places which makes it frustrating and not very accessible.Last but not least every day that the room was left with a green light, the housekeeping did not enter to clean and tidy and after a long day out I came to a dirty room. This was very unpleasant. Additionally the "JOY ADVICERS" were helpful, but were chasing and disturbing our stay for bill signing, which felt rude as if we were going to forget or run away... Moreover the hotel has a diverse selection of restaurants and it can be visited by people from all ages, but yet again it is quite far from the marina (45min). Wouldn't visit again, but happy to have a diverse travel experience.

A wonderful hotel, beautifully decorated, safe and very clean. A large selection of beaches and swimming pools, as well as restaurants with excellent food. The service is very good, the staff is I would say too friendly, everyone does everything to make the guest satisfied. Our Joy Advisors Irina and Gulshat were always there for us and made this vacation even better. We will surely visit this wonderful place again!

It was my second time at Lujo Bodrum, this time i was very dissapointed! There was no hot watter in the shower! And the food was not what we aspeccted from a 5 stars resort! Staff Couldn't speak in english, they used most of time google translate! The prices are increased and the quality is decreased! Definetly not going back again
