The hotel is absolutely stunning. Everywhere we went, we were truly amazed by the beauty of this place. It offers several amazing restaurants and outstanding service. What impressed me the most was the personalized experience, especially having a dedicated Joy Advisor at our disposal. I have to highlight Marina, our Joy Advisor, who helped us reserve restaurants, sent us the daily hotel schedule, gave us great tips, and was always available to assist with anything we needed. Lujo Hotel is truly a place my family and I will definitely return to.

Unsafe, unclean, and unapologetic — not what you expect from a luxury hotel We stayed at Lujo Hotel expecting a five-star experience. What we encountered instead were serious health and safety risks, shocking oversights, and a complete lack of responsibility from management. First, a technician’s ladder was left inside our room, while my son and a two-year-old child were present — a clear safety hazard that could have caused injury. Even worse, we then found stones under my pillow, which my child could easily have put in their mouth or swallowed. That’s not just careless — it’s dangerous. As if that weren’t enough, our bed sheets were not changed, and general cleanliness was not up to the standards the hotel claims to offer. Despite raising these issues with the hotel: • I received no formal apology from senior management, • There was no proper explanation for how any of this happened, • And the only gesture offered was a room upgrade for a future paid visit, which is unacceptable. They wanted me to come again after this issues I also have emails and what’s apps from the hotel and what sort of responses I got which I am happy to share This experience completely ruined our holiday. I’ve now escalated the matter to Jet2holidays, the Civil Aviation Authority, and relevant consumer bodies — and will continue to pursue it until it’s properly addressed. Luxury branding means nothing without basic safety, cleanliness, and accountability. Families: think twice before booking here.

We’ve just returned from an unforgettable week at Logo Hotel, and I genuinely can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything about the experience was exceptional. The design of the hotel is absolutely stunning – elegant, modern, and beautifully thought out in every detail. It strikes that perfect balance between luxury and comfort, making you feel completely at ease while surrounded by beauty. The staff were truly incredible across every part of the hotel – friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead. A special thank you to Ahmet and Seren, who looked after us so warmly throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble – they genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. We stayed in a family room, which was spacious, beautifully appointed, and had stunning views. Our older daughter and her friends stayed in Indigo, the over-16s area, and absolutely loved having their own space with that extra bit of independence and style. The food was phenomenal – with multiple restaurants to choose from, every meal felt like a new culinary experience. From relaxed breakfasts to elegant evening dining, we were always impressed, and never once got bored of the options. The beach cabanas were another highlight – peaceful, luxurious, and the perfect spot to unwind in total comfort. Logo Hotel truly exceeded all expectations. It’s rare to find a place where everything just works perfectly, but this was one of those special trips we’ll remember for a long time. We felt so well looked after and relaxed the whole time. Can’t wait to return!

Although we haven't arrived yet at Hotel Lujo Bodrum, we are already impressed by the exceptional communication and willingness to help from the team. The concierge staff has been professional, empathetic, and quick to respond — always ready to assist and actively look for solutions to our needs. This openness and positive attitude give us great confidence that we're about to enjoy a truly unforgettable vacation. We can’t wait to get there!

Music is ridiculously loud. Infact it's absolutely deafening techno. Ruined the evenings. Won't be returning. Was above legal limit but they don't care and just pay the fines every week. It seems like they only do it to annoy the surrounding hotels as music is only cranked up from 10pm until 1am. Not a friendly place. Rude.
