An incredibly beautiful hotel! There were four of us (parents and 2 adult children) and the Lujo met all our needs to an extremely high standard. The meals were incredibly tasty, whether it was Sushi, Italian or a healthy breakfast, which was served in a pleasant way. We were particularly impressed by the Secret Restaurant, where the staff and the kitchen spoiled us - thanks again to everybody there! My husband took part in spinning classes, we used the gym, I swam laps in the indoor pool and our son enjoyed the jet ski adventure - so everything was perfect from a sporting point of view too! We also went shopping in Bodrum twice. The staff were extremely friendly everywhere and our two Joy Advisors (personal assistants) Anna and Jahan were always available and extremely helpful. Whether it was the TV broadcast of a soccer match or the harem pants that our children wanted to give to my husband, the two of them arranged everything competently and efficiently. Our room was the "Laguna Duplex Family Suite", a kind of "terraced house" with lots of space and a very tasteful interior. Overall, all areas of the hotel were beautifully furnished, so that you could not only enjoy the nature and the beautiful view, but also the design. The all-inclusive concept is top-notch, similar to the hotels in the Ikos Group. All in all, a great vacation that we will remember as something very special due to the elements described here.

It was very good decision to go for a family trip to this perfect hotel. At first I want to start from our welcoming We came and bellboys definitely help with all luggage as we were with small baby. After reception team was incredibly polite and fast for us it was really good because we can not wait to much as we have small baby. In 10 minutes everything was done and prepared for us and we actually can go to the room. Especially thanks to welcoming team from bar they really created home atmosphere at the lobby. GR team is definitely professionals as reception team also they accompanied us to the room and explained all details about the hotel and room also. We have also a WhatsApp group where we wrote all our needs and in 2 minutes everything was solved. Especially thank to reception team and managers as they helped us to change our room because of location we preferred different room as it was completely comfortable for our baby and all of us also. Also want to say that bars and restaurants were perfect and all kinds of food were very very delicious Especially thanks to all management team as they managed really good job and created such a perfect teams It was amazing definitely will turn back

Our stay at the resort was truly exceptional. Nestled in a serene and green paradise, it provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The fantastic atmosphere and the warmth of the staff made it one of our best holidays ever. What truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Joy Advisor Julide. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not just enjoyable, but also profoundly memorable. Eagerly anticipating our return for a longer stay next time.

I stayed at this hotel for the ABTA convention and thouroughly enjoyed all of the facilities. The position of the hotel down the hillside facing out to the bay is spectacular and the rooms are enormous and very well appointed with luxury items such as bulgari soaps and ultra soft robes The room was well equipped with a Nespresso machine and mini bar. And I had the pleasure of direct access to 2 swim up pools

I do Not recommend. Mandarin is much better. Most of the Staff is not polite and treat better locals. HK is bad. The location of the hotel is very far from other places such as the famous marina. You have to wait so long for a buggy to pick you up to take you somewhere in the resort. The all inclusive is good but bare in mind that you can never get served food in the pool side or beach. So you have to get up and get dressed then see what restaurants are available at the time you want to eat. Drinks taste so bad… I saw a waiter mixing a cocktail with water and when I told him he said because it was warm so he added cold water! No natural fruit juices.
