I just returned from an incredible stay at Lopesan Costa Bávaro in Punta Cana, and I can confidently say this resort deserves every one of its five stars. From the moment I arrived, the service, hospitality, and overall experience were outstanding. I want to give a very special shoutout to Moisés González in the lobby. Upon arrival, he was exceptionally kind, courteous, and attentive. He helped me get everything I needed and set the tone for a wonderful stay. Next, I want to recognize Cesar, the bellboy who helped with our luggage. He was knowledgeable, welcoming, and took the time to show us the quickest paths to the restaurants, exits to the pools, and even walked us through the amenities inside our room. His guidance made settling in so much easier. At the pool, the entertainment team was truly the highlight of our days. Scooby Daddy, JC (who I call “JC the MC”), Black Pearl, and Pokémon worked together flawlessly to keep the energy fun and lively. They’re hilarious, charismatic, and clearly love what they do. They hosted everything from daytime games to nighttime events—like a dance party and a circus-themed show at the theater—that were genuinely entertaining. I also want to shout out Darlin at the Valley Restaurant. His kindness made such an impression—he remembered our names and faces each time we walked in, and that personal touch meant a lot. Additionally, Jose Rivera at the valet was helpful and accommodating, which we appreciated throughout our stay. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The location is ideal—although the resort is set back from the main street, it’s clear why: the property is huge, stunning, and filled with amenities like amazing restaurants, the theater, an ice cream shop, and even bowling. The beach was clean and gorgeous, and the pool area was equally beautiful. This time, I came with my daughter to celebrate her 10th birthday, and it was such a special trip for us. Next time, I plan to bring my older sons because there is plenty for teens to enjoy as well. I can also see myself coming back with just my fiancé—there’s definitely just as much for adults to love. Overall, this resort exceeded my expectations in every way. A perfect 5 out of 5. I’ll absolutely be returning!

The resort is absolutely beautiful, with a great variety of restaurants, tons of activities, and a stunning beach. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Out of all the hotels I’ve visited in Punta Cana, this one is my favorite. The restaurants Inari and Asador were delicious and offered outstanding service. And every morning at Caribe, the staff went above and beyond always attentive and truly amazing. Highly recommend Lopesan Punta Cana!

Hey guys, I just want to say that the hotel and staff are amazing! We had such a great time with all of the entertainment staff especially Scooby daddy + Pokémon and the fellas. The bubble party was definitely a highlight. The food has been great and the service top notch. Definitely recommend. The only thing is the entertainment night shows are a little late for the young ones. Other than that it’s awesome. Lots of stuff going on during the day.

I had an amazing stay! This is my second time visiting this resort, and somehow it was even better than I expected. From check-in all the way to dining and entertainment, the service was truly outstanding. The wellness activities hosted by Fighter were so much fun and added such a special touch to our days. The singers, dancers, and the Michael Jackson performer were incredible, truly top-tier entertainment. And there was even an unexpected fire show that was so much fun to watch! A huge shoutout to Pikachu, JC, Pinky, and the entire entertainment team. Everyone was so nice, so attentive, fun, and honestly, they are what makes the resort feel so lively and welcoming. The Valley restaurant was also great! It’s open 24/7, which was super convenient, and Yessica made our experience there even better with her wonderful service. Overall, another unforgettable trip can’t wait to be back again!

Lopesan resort is a 5 star vacation spot. From the minute you walk in welcomed and treated like royalty. The staff is all professional and polite and helpful in many ways. The entertainment staff is top notch. They make this place happy and relaxing and entertaining in more ways than one.
