BRAIN DRAIN
Very nice and friendly personnel. In Europe, I forgot that people can be polite and smile. Very nice restaurant waiters, the cleaning lady. I lived in a room 247, we have the balcony, very nice green area. Very quiet. I would say hotel has five star prices, but the interior can be renewed. The beach can be cleaned from seaweed as well. As solo Traveler, I was surrounded by kids all the time, would prefer if there are more adult places only or the hotel is advertised as family hotel.

We had a brilliant blissful stay at this special hotel … the staff are fantastic and go out of their way to assist (baring one or two at breakfast that I then avoided). Love the folk at the kids/teenager club as they went out of their way to make the kids feel welcome. Food was brilliant, I personally preferred dining at the restaurants as opposed to the buffet. Loved the cocktails !
The rooms perhaps need some freshening and uplifting given the 5 star expectations but not bad at all. I wish we had stayed longer to take more advantage of the water sports and kids club, the beach is amazing !
Definitely recommend and will be going again !

Our second time staying at Long Beach, this time with our 6 month old baby. Could not be any happier with the level of service provided by everyone at the resort and the facilities available to us.
Want to especially thank Kumar in the shores bar, Raj at Chopsticks. Christian the resort manager also went out of his way to make our stay so special with our baby.
I would recommend to anyone hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

I had a delightful experience at this hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff, particularly accommodating with kids.
The kids really loved the pool.
Special thanks to the House keeping team namely, Mr Indiren, Mrs Priscilla and team. They went above and beyond, swiftly cleaning up a tea bag mishap by my little one and even providing fresh towels. A family-friendly gem.

Had a wonderful stay at Longbeach with my wife and 2 young kids. Great location and service from all the staff. Lovely beach with lots of facilities. Nice beachfront suites with amazing views and pool and restaurants in close proximity.
Wonderful staff in all areas but special mention to Chef Prakash and Chef Suraj who catered for our sattvic (pure Hindu) vegetarian dietary requirements. Went out of their way to make sure it was the perfect trip in terms of food for us - Chef Prakash really was amazing.
Also special mentions to Aslam (reception), Yushra, Jenny, Ayo, Vimal and all the staff especially at the main restaurant.
Kids club was wonderful for the kids too with lots of well planned activities and things to do.
