Just spent a week at Live Aqua Punta Cana. This is the second time we have been there in two years. Just a great experience. Lively, fun, clean, safe and friendly resort. Lots of great dining choices, bars and drinks everywhere. Beautiful lush grounds. Particular shout-outs to our concierge Reynaldo -- super friendly, polite, dedicated, organized and engaging. Also to Jesus and the rest of the Entertainment Team. Great energy and fun. And thanks to all of the bartenders and wait staff who took such great care of us. We'll be back.

We recently stayed at Live Aqua Punta Cana Adult Resort, and the whole experience was fantastic. The resort is a bit of a drive from the airport, but once we arrived, check-in was quick and easy. The place is beautiful—modern, super clean, and well maintained. Having a swim-out pool and jacuzzi right outside made the stay even better. The staff were friendly, warm, and professional. The food was awesome every time, and we had great service from Dario, Greilyn, Jackeline, Randel, Hannel, and Heidy from different restaurants. The cocktails were also excellent, with great service from Damaris, Lujeiry, Yeury, and Ezeqiel. The beach was gorgeous and well kept, and Angelo and Josue took great care of us there. The only downside was that some areas could use more loungers and shade. The spa was another highlight. Markirys and Teyra were welcoming and made sure we had a calming, enjoyable experience. Big shoutout to our butler, Yrani. She kept us updated on everything happening around the resort and made planning our days really easy. She also surprised my wife with a thoughtful birthday setup in the room, complete with decorations and champagne, which really made the celebration special. Overall, we had an amazing time at Live Aqua Punta Cana and would definitely come back. We’d happily recommend it to friends and family.

We just got home from our second trip this year to Live Aqua Punta Cana. We so enjoy the facilities and beaches. We have enjoyed every one of the many food options. From the fantastic meals in Huzur, Seishin, Sospiro, ATL and Chez Rose. The Fish & Chips at Compton Street, the wings and chicken burger at the Wonderpool Bar and the food at the grill are very underrated. The buffets for breakfast and lunch are amazing in Liberi. The facility is great, the beaches are fantastic, the food is world class but what brings us back to Live Aqua Punta Cana is the amazing staff that makes us feel so welcome each and every day. Our day started with a text from our amazing butler, Eric. He was super attentive and his smile and attention made us feel like we truly had a person making sure our stay was perfect. We then would go to breakfast each morning at Liberi. We were always welcomed with a smile from everyone. We have some very special friends in Liberi we have to mention. Mercedes is such a sweetheart. My wife had a bit of Laryngitis and Mercedes helped us by coming up with an herbal concoction that helped her a lot. The others in buffet that were special to us are Judi, Hammel, Aracellis. The entertainment team sure are fantastic at their job! They surely keep you entertained with all of the daily activities and all events at night. Jesus leads the team of Priscilla, Red and Johan. That are amazing each day and night. We truly think of them as family. The bar in the lobby, the Strainer, has many great people. Adrian makes the best margaritas on the property. Our super sweet servers were Yeury and Angela. Even at the beach, we have met two great guys, Angelo and Josue. They took care of us every day at the beach. Last but not least is Rafael. He is everywhere and is one of the kindest people we have ever met. He truly loves his job and wants to make you feel like you are the most important guest he has ever had. We look forward to returning many times to our second home, Live Aqua Punta Cana!

I would love to give this place 5 stars... but there are definitely some things that were not expected from a 5 star hotel. First I'll say that the hotel is definitely beautiful. The construction is new and the places looks modern and has a relaxing vibe that you experience from the moment you step inside. The room was very pretty and had a jacuzzi and a very beautiful view. The bathroom is definitely different, and not an ideal one if you're going with someone that is not your partner. You can hear everything and there's very little privacy. -The food had good options, but for those come from other countries, we would love to have more traditional options so we have the opportunity to taste a little from DR itself. Seafood restaurant is good! The place looks very clean. There are some areas that are still under construction, so have that in mind. The pools look luxurious, tho Unfortunatel, many pool- side spaces are only if you pay extra. Now, when it comes to things that should definitely improve. - The first one is that the room I got had a extremely dirty water kettle (with yellow water and stuff inside) that took THREE requests for the replacement to be made! The worst and saddest part was seeing the person that came into the room to make sure it was changed, treating the cleaning lady really bad. Like... yes, I was not happy that it took that long, but hey... why are you treating her like that? You can solve this outdoors without humiliation in front of your costumers! - Also, although most of the servers and service staff were honestly amazing, some people were really rude! A lady in the pool bar, the lady in the sports bar, a guy in the seafood restaurant... In my head, I was always thinking... what is happening with these people that they seem so unhappy and rude? I am pretty sure that things will continue to improve, and otherwise the hotel was beautiful, looked very new, had amazing amenities and I was extremely happy with most of the staff. Some people were always so charming and respectful and i would absolutely come back. I just feel that the service has to improve in some areas.

First of all I want to say this place is beautiful. On entering the build there is a 70's vibe but in a good way. The place is spotless and the beach is magnificent. The staff are welcoming and always friendly and are always helpful and asking if there anything they can do. The rooms are big and plenty of space, only concern if if you're a new couple the toilet door will be a shock, very little privacy. Food is always available and varied. We found the outdoor grill to be the best. One thing I will state, if they offer you the tour (time share programme), DECLINE. They will say its only an hour max but its nearly 2 hours and they will aggressively pressure you into buying into the "program" and if you refuse they pretty much push you out of the door. When you arrive if they don't offer, ask about an upgrade, they should have offered it. All that said would I come back, 100%. The Aqua punta cana is beautiful and definitely worth the trip. It's perfect if you want to relax and unwind.
