Beautiful resort. Friendly enough staff but we spent the whole week avoiding them because of their CONSTANT attempt to discuss their “promotion” for you to come back to the DR. Just let us enjoy our trip. We watched so many people get swindled by friendly staff, it was so off putting. And when we weren’t available to the staff for face to face conversation, they called our room. No joke! We focused on having a good time at the party pool by the beach and we enjoyed champagne as often as possible. Food was eh. I recommend the Mediterranean restaurant for lunch (octopus and shrimp) and the Italian restaurant for dinner. The Japanese restaurant was next best, followed by the French restaurant.

I stayed at Live Aqua Punta Cana with my mom, and overall we had a wonderful experience. I’ve been to Punta Cana several times and stayed at multiple resorts, but the food here was truly the highlight of the trip. It was noticeably better than other resorts I’ve stayed at in the past—fresh, flavorful, and consistently impressive. The room was absolutely gorgeous, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. There was some entertainment throughout the stay, the drinks were really good, and the atmosphere felt relaxed yet upscale. We did have a small issue with the phone in our room and room service, but it was minor and didn’t take away from the overall experience. I’ve stayed at Fiesta Americana properties before (their family-friendly brand) and always loved the food, which is exactly why I wanted to try Live Aqua. It definitely lived up to my expectations. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’m already looking forward to visiting their Cancun property next. My mother and I also use the spa while we were there and we both had such a wonderful massage and the hydro therapy pool is totally worth it!

Just spent a week at Live Aqua Punta Cana. This is the second time we have been there in two years. Just a great experience. Lively, fun, clean, safe and friendly resort. Lots of great dining choices, bars and drinks everywhere. Beautiful lush grounds. Particular shout-outs to our concierge Reynaldo -- super friendly, polite, dedicated, organized and engaging. Also to Jesus and the rest of the Entertainment Team. Great energy and fun. And thanks to all of the bartenders and wait staff who took such great care of us. We'll be back.

We came here for my birthday with 19 people. Property was amazing! Felt very modern and clean. Felt smaller and more intimate which was perfect with the adults only setup. The pools were cute, small and intimate as well but there was multiple of them so you could find a place either by the main swim up pool with louder music or on the interior of the property where it was quieter. The beach was immaculate. Beautiful white sand and no sea weed build up thanks to the floating wall out past the breaking waves. The Aqua Club was a nice touch for the premium alcohol, reserved beach area, and the butler service. Smerlyn, our Butler, was amazing for us and communicated every day via whatsapp. The Aqua Club bar was an awesome spot to pick up a quiet drink each night. Restaurants were all pretty good; I really liked the Pasta Roma at the Italian restaurant and the Hibachi restaurant which was very interactive. Each had a few dishes we found very good. The AM buffet was incredible and felt like it had everything you could possibly want. The staff were all very kind, polite and made us feel at home! We would definitely return! Thank you!

Overall a good stay. Great service staff and teams striving to ensure you enjoy your stay and experience. Food was a hit or miss at a few restaurants but enough options for variety. I would also recommend making the premium drinks available at more bars and not just the Aqua Lounge. Clean rooms newer infrastructure and nice ambiance. Butlers Yrani and Nicaury were great and kind. Garcia our concierge was attentive and strived to make our experience memorable. Highly recommend the spa services. Oz and Enrique on the sales team were also great to work with and not pushy. Overall a great experience and will come back to Live Aqua Punta Cana.
