We recently stayed in a junior suite, which was comfortable but nothing particularly special. The swim-up pool was a nice feature, though we noticed the outdoor area wasn’t cleaned during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. The food was generally okay but became repetitive after a few days, and it was often served lukewarm rather than hot. For an all-inclusive resort, we also found the drinks to be underwhelming. They were served in small plastic cups throughout the day and evening, and the cocktails came from a machine—overly sweet and lacking variety. We were surprised that there were no ice creams or lollies available for children at the snack bar or restaurant, which felt like a missed opportunity for a family-oriented resort. While the staff were friendly, the daytime entertainment—particularly for children—was minimal and, on some days, nonexistent. Safety was also a concern during our visit. The tiles and flooring around the pool and hotel were very slippery, and we witnessed several guests slip and fall. It would be great to see improvements in this area. The public restrooms were another area that could use attention. Some doors didn’t have locks, and on multiple occasions, the main ladies’ bathroom near the dining area had no running water to wash hands. Construction work going on every day, next to the main pool and bar so there is constant noise which was really off putting. Overall, while we enjoyed exploring Lindos and the wider Rhodes area—which were fantastic—the hotel itself didn’t meet the expectations of a five-star resort.

Had the best week at this hotel, the rooms were lovely and the staff were incredible! The facilities were so good and there was a good variety too. Big shout out to Tommy and George they were so lovely and welcoming and made sure they was always around when or if we needed anything they definitely made the stay more fun and more relaxing as they had the best advice and tips to keep the fun going. Also Cindy and Panos at the bar are the best bar staff there they were the most lovely people and made the best drinks with some great recommendations! Definitely recommend this hotel!!

We just got back from a week holiday here..and all i wanna say its that i am very disappointed. 1 this is not a 5 * hotel by far, I've never in my life heard of a hotel that has not 1 iron, and if you need your clothes done you need to pay for laundry service (this is not even the problem) We paid for the some items to be ironed, at the reception CASH , cos we've been told its cash only.. they don't take card.... waited for the items 2 days to arrive (even if on the list prices said that if you bring the item before 10AM will have them back the same day. However at the end of our holiday, surprised we got charged again for the same laundry because whoever was on the reception when we payed cash never bothered to ring it through the till.. 2 no kettle in the room. Again I never heard of a 5 * hotel with no kettle or iron... However we asked at the reception again for a kettle this time... well this only took 2 days to arrive 🤣, I guess that was quick enough:)) 3 the food its just repetitive you have90% the same food every day. 4 apart of probably 2..or 3 members of stuff everyone is very rude. Not going back there for sure...

Definitely not a 5* experience so this is why it’s a let down. There was a construction site and there was no “relax” part of the hotel. By the thematic restaurants it looked like it had been abandoned. The room was fine but the shower was hanging on the wall by a thread basically and it felt like the bed was maybe slightly broken? Air conditioning also didn’t work. Good views from the room and balcony. Also TV didn’t allow us to use Netflix or other apps, despite having the capability which was annoying. That being said the food was nice, drinks were nice (though my partner found milky taste in drinks). The people who worked there were very friendly. They get a five stars but are let down by the quality/circumstance of the hotel. That being said they were coming to our tables and making our drinks when we were eating for the first couple of days and then just stopped which was a bit annoying. I think if you’re looking for a 5* experience and are going away for something special then to avoid, but if just want a cheap hotel with decent food then this is fine for that.

Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) I recently stayed at Lindos Royal Resort in Greece and had a mixed experience. While some aspects of the hotel were enjoyable, others left much to be desired. Accommodation & Cleanliness: (3/5) The room was decent, offering a comfortable stay but lacking standout features. Cleanliness was average—while it wasn’t unkempt, it could have been more thorough. The presentation of the resort itself was pleasant, with well-maintained aesthetics that added to the overall ambiance. Service & Hospitality: (4/5) The staff and hospitality were commendable, with friendly and welcoming service. General service was efficient, and interactions with the staff were generally positive. However, the room service was nonexistent, which was disappointing for those expecting in-room convenience. Dining Experience: (Taste: 1/5 | Quality: 2/5 | Variety: 3/5) This was perhaps the weakest part of the experience. The food taste did not meet expectations, and the quality was underwhelming. While there was a reasonable variety of options, the overall dining experience lacked flavor and finesse, making meals less enjoyable. Entertainment & Facilities: (Entertainment: 3.5/5 | Facilities: 3.5/5) The resort offered a decent range of entertainment and facilities, though nothing extraordinary. While it wasn’t a standout feature, it provided enough options for relaxation and enjoyment. Nights with the bands on was a good change of pace. Final Thoughts: Lindos Royal Resort has strong service and hospitality, but the food experience significantly dampened the stay. For travelers prioritizing a welcoming atmosphere and satisfactory facilities, it may be a reasonable option. However, those looking for high-quality dining may need to explore other options.
