This was our first time in Rhodes, and our stay at Lindos Imperial has been absolutely amazing. I emailed the hotel in advance to let them know it was my son’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to make it special. The room was beautifully decorated (at a small cost), and my son was thrilled. They even surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake, a bottle of champagne, and wine — such a thoughtful gesture. The customer service throughout our stay has been excellent. Andreas at the reception checked us in and looked after our needs through out our stay . He was very welcoming , great smile and made our holiday a dream. Great service Andreas !! The staff are polite, friendly, and very attentive. Special thanks to Emanuel the barman, who knew my regular drink by heart after just a few days — impressive! When it comes to food, the à la carte restaurants definitely stood out for their quality and flavour, although the kids preferred the main buffet restaurant with its wide variety of choices. The entertainment has been fantastic — from the water slides and live music to the beautiful beach and kids’ activities, there was always something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and would happily return to Lindos Imperial. Highly recommended for families looking for a mix of relaxation and fun!

Staff friendly , but not good at giving information. Instead you download the app and hope for the best. We had a room with a pool and at best was a 3 star. The hotel itself was lovely, but the rooms didn’t match up, especially the bathroom. The shower was very small and dated , so had to use the shower that was in the bath. Water shuts down at a certain time of the day , which nobody informs you about, but they were clean. We could smell sewage where our room was, which was very unpleasant. You have to buy drinks for your room as extra if you want them , which should be included in a 5 star hotel. The food wasn’t up to much , same things every day, but breakfast was the best. Beach bar food was the same thing everyday too. The toilets in the hotel itself were lovely and the pools were nice. Not much on offer regarding excursions, seems to be just trips to Lindos or Rhodes . Rhodes was lovely , but wouldn’t bother with Lindos as not much there . Overall , a nice hotel and we enjoyed our holiday, but it’s not a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Our 5 star stay in Turkey last year was much better and soft drinks mini bar was included!

The food was okay – not the best we've had, but definitely decent. What truly made the difference was the staff: everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. If you come across any negative reviews about the staff, they probably say more about the guests than the employees. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping everything spotless, the bar staff for their kindness and good energy, and of course, the amazing team at the spa. It was truly a perfect experience! Paola did the most amazing facial ever !!

Amazing hotel the best time to visit is October. Not overcrowded amazing food and many choices. You should visit lindos. The spa was amazing the facial by Paola was very very good and my skin was glowing after. Also the spa manager is amazing thanks Katerina for helping me choose the facial. I would come back for sure!!!!

Andreas and Vangelis the night receptionist are very professional and helpful with anything we requires. Andreas is very knowledgeable and a legend and should be the top manager of the hotel. I also would like to thank Vangelis is a very respectful employee and very professional with his job. Andreas helped us with our tours around Lindos and he should be out with the guests instead of behind the reception. Thank you both for making our stay very enjoyable and memorable. Will be definitely recommending this place to my friends and family. Thanks .
