The hotel was decent but nothing to write home about. The rooms were clean, though a bit basic, and the service could have been more attentive. What really made my stay memorable was the spa. Paola gave me an absolutely perfect massage – truly relaxing and exactly what I needed. She’s clearly experienced and passionate about what she does. A real highlight of the trip!

Simply a perfect hotel. We stayed at the hotel for 6 days and had an excellent and fun experience. The hospitality was amazing, with a wonderful staff. The kids enjoyed every moment and simply didn’t want to leave the hotel. Special thanks to Andreas at the reception and George, the front desk manager – both are lovely people who helped wholeheartedly with every question and request. If I return to Rhodes, it will definitely be to this hotel only!

It’s rare I leave slightly negative reviews on places I visit but I feel it is important to review this particular hotel. My husband and I stayed here for 10 nights and totally understand why others state in their reviews that this is not a 5* hotel. I’ll start with the positives - the complex is huge and we loved the room we were put in. Really spacious, comfortable beds & a powerful shower! We were fortunate enough to be based next to the main pool which we loved. The pools on offer are brilliant - different vibes for different people. We spent the majority by the main pool as it was relaxed with minimal noise. Cleanliness - I personally found the place to be spotless. Housekeeping everyday along with the hotel itself being kept clean. Staff work incredibly hard to keep the place clean & tidy, along with some friendly staff on the bars / reception etc. Although you can’t compare to a 5* resort in the likes of Mexico or even turkey, my husband & I have stayed in better 3* hotels in Europe with more to offer. We personally found the food to be very limited, repetitive and lacking in inspiration, particularly in the buffet lounge. The a la carte restaurants were good but that’s if you were lucky enough to get booked in. The Mexican restaurant was delicious. The drinks - dear me…. I tried numerous cocktails and after 2, I found them overly sweet & sickly. I never drink beer at home but found myself drinking it most the time at the hotel as couldnt stomach the cocktails and spirits. Even the Irish cream was weak and tasteless! I did however, enjoy a slush with white rum for something more refreshing by the pool that wasn’t too sickly sweet. The mosquitoes - I have never experienced anything like it in my years of being on holiday. They’re EVERYWHERE and the bites are extreme. The level I went to in spraying myself was wild - along with plug ins, burners and creams. So many people were bitten horrifically. I was demented after day 2 and stayed in my room most nights of the holiday to avoid more & more bites. If you need an iron - you have to pay €7 PER HOUR to use it - without an ironing board!! What’s that about!!???? And small touches like having to pay for your own bottles of water is rare at a 5* and even 4* hotels! Location - there is absolutely nothing nearby. But there are plenty of buses to take you around the island and a taxi to Lindos was only €25 euro. If it wasn’t for the fact that during our holiday, more family members joined us on day 3, (attending a wedding) I would have been desperate to come home. It’s the only holiday I’ve had that I feel I would never consider returning to as I feel it is not good value for money and is not a 5* experience in the slightest.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel – everything was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent, with great variety and top quality. The location was peaceful and perfect for relaxation. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa treatment. Paola and Lorena gave us an amazing facial – they were both professional, kind, and made the whole experience truly relaxing. We would definitely come back!

⭐ 1-Star Review Absolutely not worth the price – a complete disappointment We booked this hotel through Booking.com for a one-night stay, expecting a relaxing experience with a private pool, garden view, and a bathtub in a five-star setting. Unfortunately, what we got was a frustrating, disappointing, and frankly unacceptable stay from start to finish. Upon entering the room at 16:00, we immediately noticed several major issues: There was no bathtub, No garden view, And worst of all, the private pool was dirty—so dirty we couldn’t even step into it. We informed reception by 17:00, and they assured us it would be cleaned “right away.” Trusting them, we went for a drink at the pool bar, only to be served some of the cheapest, worst-tasting drinks we’ve ever had—definitely not five-star quality. By 18:30, the pool still hadn’t been cleaned. We returned to the reception at 19:00 to request a room change, and were told the only thing they could offer was to clean the pool—which they still hadn’t done. We even contacted Booking.com, and they were told the cleaning would happen “immediately.” Spoiler: it didn’t. Dinner was just as bad. The buffet food was practically inedible, and drinks at the bar tasted cheap and poorly made. At this point, we hadn’t eaten or drunk anything decent all day. We returned to our room at 21:30, only to find cleaning equipment thrown into the pool, but the water still dirty and untouched. Nothing had been cleaned. We went to sleep, and woke up at 7:30 the next morning to men outside our room cleaning the pool, destroying any sense of privacy. For nearly an hour, we had to keep our curtains closed while strangers were right in our yard. The pool was finally “clean” at 9:00—two hours before checkout. So to recap: No pool use No garden view No bathtub Inedible food and drinks No privacy And zero compensation Breakfast was just as terrible—the orange juice tasted like watered-down artificial syrup. The only reason we booked this hotel was to enjoy the pool and view for a relaxing one-night escape. We couldn’t use or enjoy either. Throughout all of this, the staff made no real effort to improve our stay. They refused to offer a refund, even though we couldn’t use the facilities we specifically paid for. The only thing they offered was another night at the hotel—which we declined, as we won’t be returning to Rhodes anytime soon. Do yourself a favor: save your time, money, and expectations. This hotel does not deliver anything close to a five-star experience.
