Wow, what an experience. Our first time in lindos and this hotel was the perfect stop! From the moment we arrived we had complimentary fresh drinks and cold cloths to cool us down.
The staff throughout the hotel have been very welcoming and helpful.
We booked breakfast which was always great with a good selection and great quality. We also ate at the Italian restaurant the food was really good and again the staff were very friendly.
The rooms and views are amazing! We especially loved our swim up room with a sea view!
We would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to book again.

Pros:
- The buffet breakfast and dinner are fantastic
- Fantastic responsiveness to issues. The service really goes above and beyond!
- All staff speak English and are very helpful. Housekeeping are very professional.
- The pool is clean and beautiful, with a fantastic view
- Tasteful evening entertainment
- Very clean and tidy
- Relaxed atmosphere
- The bathroom door in the suite doesn't close and the "sea view" room we were initially put in was mostly facing a wall. However, the hotel manager moved us to a new room with a really impressive view. Incredible customer service!
Cons:
- There aren't enough sunbeds for all the guests. This seemed to improve towards the end of our stay and there were usually more available in the afternoon.
- Bar staff often expect you to order without bringing a menu and don't know what the options are. This also seemed to improve during our stay!
- The concierge has limited knowledge of the excursions offered by the hotel, which are more expensive than other options we sourced locally. The jeep tour we booked through the hotel was fantastic, but the Echoes of Rhodes your was a waste of money (stuffy coach ride...). The hotel really should send their staff on these trips so they can advise customers based on first hand experience.
- Can order food on deckchairs next to the pool, but not to the tables directly behind them because they are part of the bar - compounds the insufficient number of sun beds.
- The part of the beach reserved for this hotel is very pebbly and difficult to walk on, whereas much of the rest of the beach is sandy. You can buy beach shoes cheaply right outside the hotel.

We have just got back from a week’s stay here at Lindos Grand and wow what a lovely time we had. We checked in and were greeted by the manager, a cold flannel and an iced drink - which was really appreciated in the near 40 degree heat! Our room was ready straight away, we had booked a sea view private pool room but were given a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite with a private pool and sea view - and wow it did not disappoint!! We had robes and slippers and beach towels and a complimentary fruit plate and water to see us through until we went to the shop which was opposite reception! The staff were SO helpful and kind, especially the guys in charge of the golf buggies who are around to take you to your room, down to the beach or back to reception. Depending on where your room is it is a bit hilly and in the hot weather it’s nice to have the lift haha! We ended up changing to half board when we got there which we are so glad we did! The buffet breakfast had everything and more and the buffet dinner was also great and changed up most nights. With half board you get a discount for 2 nights in one of their other restaurants - we chose the Italian and the Asian and the Asian was so yummy! And again the staff so lovely and polite and always happy to help. Our private pool was the star of the show and we rarely left it! We did venture to the beach for a few days and the water was so clear, the sun beds were super comfortable and the guy at the beach always made sure we were comfortable, had drinks and you can even order food (I had the Hawaii Poke Bowl and it was delicious!) In the room the air con was great - very powerful and you could control that and all the lights from a panel on the wall. Shower was great - good pressure! We had our towels changed whenever we wanted and had a bed linen change half way through the week. The only thing we would say is the bed was quite hard and a bit uncomfortable and if you have a private pool room and struggle to sleep if it’s not completely dark I would bring an eye mask as the pool lights are quite bright into the room where the bathroom windows are frosted and don’t have curtains. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back at some point in the future! Picture references are from room 4011 which was 2 rows behind reception level.

I start this review as someone who has 24 years jobs in tourism as a tour guide who has stayed in various hotels.
I note that I did not make big plans and I booked this hotel a few days before arrival, so I am partly responsible myself.
But let's clarify right away. This is not a 5* hotel, but an average 4*. Its location is actually in the middle of nowhere. If you do not rent a car, you are condemned to a taxi, which for the same direction (to the city of Lindos) is different every time for a distance of 4.5 km - 14 euros. From Lindos to the hotel is 10 euros. I guess the hotel has a commission (Don't ask the hotel to call you a taxi, because they give you some papers that you then give to the taxi drivers).
When you book a room, even though you have bought a room with a sea view, you will only see the sea from a standing position, and if you are in the pool, you will not, because you will be looking at the roof of the neighboring building, since the rooms are made in cascade. We complained, they offered us a room change, but we didn't want it, so they offered us dinner or a 30-minute massage, which we agreed to. As we wanted to go on a trip outside the resort, we couldn't because they gave us an appointment at 4 pm, so you can't go anywhere, with the explanation that some guests booked a massage months in advance. Make sure you study everything carefully. The breakfast is excellent, some of the staff are too kind, and some are so incompetent that they only realize after the third time that it is a double espresso with a little cold milk on the side. The man in the spa center is the most rude.
The hotel is almost exclusively occupied by English guests and everything is subordinated to them, so at one point we felt degraded in relation to them. I want a holiday in relaxed Greece, not the feeling of stiff England. A typical example of this is breakfast, where you will have, for example, beans and toast, the waitress in the restaurant has to take you to your table and mold you according to "English" rules - personally I don't like it and I don't support it, and I was frustrated by the fact that someone told me something is constantly conducting.
You have a coffee machine in the rooms, but capsules are only available upon arrival, if you want it every day, you have to pay 2 euros for each capsule, and if you want water, you have to pay the same. Such things in 5* hotels are free, although you will be greeted with champagne and a bottle of wine. as a sign of welcome.
All in all, the best day of my vacation was when I was out of the hotel. Rhodes is beautiful, there is everything to see. If you like wavy beaches, go to the north side of the island (left on the map), and the one on the right, where the hotel is, has beaches with calm seas.
The city of Rhodes is beautiful, with beautiful beaches, pleasant people, good food and you definitely have to see it, but my recommendation is to go to a cheap hotel from which you don't expect anything or to airbnb and you will be more satisfied than in this resort which is not worth it your money, and even more nerves.

Me and my partner stayed here for 9 nights. Service was outstanding, the staff could not do enough for you and good restaurants/breakfast. We stayed in a Junior suite with a private pool and would definitely recommend. Private pools are good sizes and the main communal pool is also fantastic. You are around a 10 minute drive from the nearest town, Lindos and that’s got plenty of restaurants and shops, however we rented a car for 7 days of our trip and would recommend you do to for easy access to the rest of the Island. This hotel and the staff are incredible and we would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves back in Rhodes.
