Positive aspects: The service is excellent. The food is varied. Staff are very attentive. There are many pools and activities. The sea and sand are very nice. The guest relations team arranged a special daily meal tailored to our baby’s allergy story, which really comforted us. They even provided service for sterilizing the baby bottle using a sterilization machine. Negative aspects: The hotel is very outdated. The shower area is old. The closets are old. The mini-bar doesn’t cool. The toilet flush works only on the second or third press. Even the air conditioning system is outdated. You can’t find cold beer anywhere in the hotel; they always serve the first beer warm. And the biggest issue: there’s live music until 11:30 PM or even midnight, right in front of the rooms. You can’t block the noise even with the balcony door closed. It was really hard with a baby, we were exhausted every night. We literally counted down the minutes for the music to stop. Either the music should be located away from the rooms or proper insulation should be installed to prevent the noise from entering. The hotel layout is like a maze; moving from one place to another is a bit of a struggle. Sometimes the elevator is insufficient, and long waiting times are common. The cocktails are carelessly prepared.

Great Hotel – Perfect for Families! We are currently staying at this hotel and we’re very satisfied with everything. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer a great view. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The food is very diverse and delicious. The staff is always available, friendly, and smiling, which makes the experience even better. Both we and our children are really enjoying our time here. We will definitely come back again!

Lovely hotel with great facilities for adults and children alike. Great swimming pools, indoor very relaxing. Plenty of bars to choose from and restaurants with delicious and different food types even if you are very picky. We were in a standard room with a lovely view. Robes ans slippers in bathroom along with everything else. Room bar filled daily cleaned daily by lovely staff. Everyone has been really helpful and pleasant. Looking forward to seeing everyone next year.

Perfect holiday! The hotel was constantly clean and tidy & even smelt really nice throughout! Must of been plug ins and cleaning products. The rooms where great, spacious, modern and lots of plug sockets. The service was fab! At the pool you had staff coming round offering drinks to save you walking to the bar & constantly on-top of the clearing away empties. It took no time at all to get to from the airport. One of the best things I saw for families with babies was in the kids restaurant- jars of baby food available, and a steriliser! Nothing was ‘extra charge’ like alcohol spirits. We loved it.
