Lovely place to stay, the staff have been amazing and are so friendly, always full of life and making us all feel so welcome, we love that there are Turkish traditions, flags and food. We have been down to the private beach, enjoyed all the entertainment and relaxed at the spa. The children have loved playing in all the different pools and looking at the hotel shops. Our room is spacious and comfy, we have 2 balcony’s with our own entrance to a private pool area and bar. We have clean towels each day and beds made. Would highly recommend this hotel for all ages.

great holiday with family here for 10 days and throughout there was a great selection of entertainment during the day and even at night. The entertainment team do a very good job at getting everyone involved and makes sure everyone is included. hotel is extremely clean and tidy, with a great selection of food from all different cultures and locations. would highly recommend!!

Lovely Holiday – Fun and Relaxing I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The animation team was so friendly and full of energy – they made every day fun with great activities and shows. The food was tasty with plenty of variety, and the staff were always kind and helpful. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. A perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment – would love to come back!

My vacation in 2025 was simply magical! Beautiful setting, cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff — everything was perfect. And the food… absolutely unreal! It felt like they gathered all the tastiest things in the world and served them to us. There are shops right on the hotel grounds with great prices — super convenient. The beach was clean, the sand soft, and the sea warm and welcoming. I'm so happy I chose this hotel. 💛 С любовью, спасибо всем большое за прекрасный отдых 🩷🩷🩷

This is our honest review. Family of 3 with a 1 yr old baby. -From the reception, as soon as we came the receptionist told us to get food as the lunch buffet is about to close, and the check-in formalities will take a bit of time. She was nice. Never encountered her again, the rest of the receptionist was not as accommodating as her. I'm not sure if they are tired, but you don't feel the hospitality that a 5-star hotel receptionist should have. The girls in the entrance welcoming guests however are very friendly. -Staff in Zen restaurant most of them looks like they'd been overly worked. It shows on their faces. and i guess no one can blame them; we had been around the other restaurants and see them working their too. I don't know how they do their rostering. But few of them were still very helpful and attends to our needs. We first encountered a TURKISH girl (with a birthmark on her neck-it's the only way i remembered her, sorry.) forgot to get her name but even if she looks tired, she always comes to us with a smile whenever we asked for a drink, or an available place to sit. Another staff is AYU, she has the same hospitable attitude and would always attend with a smile even if she is tired. I hope the management would see this and give these 2 girls some appreciation. -Entertainment was great! the guys handling the entertainment/animation really did their best to make everyone have a good time. Great job! Overall we had a really great time. Not as perfect, but nothing is perfect too nowadays.
