Up sides: Location, staff, beach, restaurants, food quality were really good. Facilities were pretty decent and clean. Thanks to availability, early check in was so much appreciated after a night flight. Everyone was helpful. This hotel is one of the old ones in the area, so they know the business which is great. Book taxi via reception if needed. It is safer and the best way to commute with fixed rates. Spa was amazing and perfect though. Down sides: Isolation was very bad, basically it doesn't exist. You can hear the steps in the room upstairs. Traffic, animation, people walking in the corridor, any kind of noise is in the room. We couldn't sleep during the holiday. Entire facility needs renovation to that extent. They can also put some bikes or scooters for daily needs and guests can use them around Lara. Car rental and transfer company in the hotel is extremely expensive. Hairdresser is also expensive. Staff has nothing to do with those down sides anyways.

Hotel is lovely, kids are having a great time between the beach, water slides and all the different swimming pools. The choice for food and bars is brilliant and the food has been delightful. Rooms is spacious with a big shower/bathroom. Best gym I’ve seen in a hotel as well which I’ve enjoyed. They’ve got things here I’ve never seen in other hotels, patisserie/coffee shop is an afternoon favourite. They’ve shops are brilliant as well and the arcade is great for the kids on a night for a couple of games. Great hotel. Cheers

Lovely Holiday – Fun and Relaxing I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The animation team was so friendly and full of energy – they made every day fun with great activities and shows. The food was tasty with plenty of variety, and the staff were always kind and helpful. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. A perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment – would love to come back!

Stayed as a family of x3 for days over half term. Cannot fault, we requested a bath before arrival and high room both actioned. Very clean and lots of beautiful pools and beach to choose from. Busy hotel but lovely food and very helpful friendly staff. We ate in the ala carte Mexican, Asian and Italian all were very good, especially the Asian. Recommend to all, bonus it’s a short transfer from the airport. Thanks we’ll be back

Overall Impression: I would say this hotel is very close to perfection. We had a wonderful stay and will very likely visit again, especially appreciating the spacious family rooms. Areas for Improvement: However, there are a couple of things that significantly detracted from our experience and could certainly be improved. 📶 Unreliable WiFi All the negative reviews about the WiFi are unfortunately true. While the reach is surprisingly good—almost extending to the sea—the stability and speed are highly unreliable. If you plan to watch your favorite series or YouTube, I strongly recommend downloading content beforehand; streaming simply will not work reliably. 🚬 Smoking Policy and "Special" Guests The biggest recurring problem, which many hotels face, is the conduct of a few "special" guests. Regrettably, the hotel's approach does not help here. By allowing smoking in key family areas, the hotel practically supports inconsiderate behavior. It was distressing to see smokers placing their sunbeds right next to the children's swimming pool and the beach playground. I am genuinely saddened and appalled to witness families in 2025—where a parent and grandparents were all smoking cigarettes directly into the face of a one-year-old baby. This is a very disturbing picture, and the poor child has little chance against such early exposure to addiction. This is often the same demographic who distract their children with videos during dinner, further disrupting the dining experience. 🛄 Sunbed Reservation and Littering Another pervasive bad habit is the excessive sunbed blocking with towels. The hotel does not appear to make any attempt to fight this practice. While the last week of October is no longer peak season, sunbed utilization was still about 95% around the pools and 70% on the beach. I shudder to imagine the "sunbed fights" during the full summer season. What truly drives me mad is the sheer lack of basic manners. As the attached picture shows, a group of people recently left the beach with trash scattered everywhere, despite a trash bin being available at every step. I had hoped people who can afford a holiday at this level would demonstrate more intelligence and respect, but this remains, regrettably, only a hope. ⏰ Unpredictable Room Service The last thing that spoiled our time was the inconsistency of the room service. On one occasion, we informed the staff we were leaving the room in a minute. Four hours later, the room was untouched, and they finally arrived another hour or two after that. Calling the room service timing unpredictable is an accurate assessment. I appreciate knowing approximately when to expect service, and this complete lack of schedule was frustrating. The Positives: Despite these complaints, everything else was genuinely great. The Beach: Excellent for sandcastle building. You can see the attached video for an idea of the beach and sea entrance. The Staff: Very kind and helpful. The Sea: Clean and inviting. Safety Note: Please be very careful near the shore. The sea deepens very quickly—it is already about two meters deep roughly five meters from the sand. Young children must be supervised closely. Stay safe and enjoy your holiday!
