Best hotel I have ever been to! The rooms are really tidy and comfortable, also really pretty. The staff is very nice there too! They have many activities and also small shops which is absolutely cool! The food? Don’t even get me started! I am obsessed! I hope to visit this hotel again sometime!😁

Stay Date: 11/02/2026 – 18/02/2026 I chose this hotel based on its five-star reputation and family-friendly reviews, as I was celebrating my 30th birthday while travelling with my three babies. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. During my stay, I encountered hostile behaviour from certain guests when one of my babies was crying in the lobby while I was tending to my other child. Instead of staff offering support, I felt treated as though I was the problem. I experienced what I can only describe as discriminatory and intimidating behaviour, and for the remainder of my stay I felt uncomfortable using communal spaces. The most serious issue occurred on 17/02/2026 when the Front of House Manager encouraged me to cancel my pre-booked dental appointment and instead use one of the hotel’s partner clinics, assuring me it was highly rated and that everything would be handled properly. The treatment failed immediately after I left, and the filling I paid for fell out. When I returned to the hotel in distress, management dismissed responsibility. The Quality Manager raised his voice at me and stated that the hotel is not a dentist and that I should accept the situation. This was not the level of service, safeguarding, or professionalism I expected from a five-star hotel. What was meant to be a celebratory holiday became stressful and upsetting. I hope the hotel takes guest safety, discrimination concerns, and accountability for partner referrals more seriously in future.

My family and I stayed here for two weeks over the Christmas and New Year's period. Honestly this was everything we needed and more. The food is absolutely delicious and has a wide variety, there's definitely something for everyone. The reception staff and guest relations staff are very helpful and accommodating, nothing was ever an issue. The service at the restaurant is great especially from *Oytun*, he is a true asset to this resort. His service is quick and efficient whilst always serving with a smile, he always remembered all of our drinks order which was nice. The entertainment team is amazing, especially from my dear *Ahmet*! OMG funniest guy ever! He had us laughing our heads off whilst being entertained and engaged with air rifles or dart games. I would recommend this place to anyone whose looking to have a memorable holiday. Thank you Limak Lara for helping us end 2025 in such positive note, and welcome 2026 with gratitude for such an amazing stay.

We are having an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel! The atmosphere is amazing, and the experience is truly unforgettable. The animation team is outstanding – so fun, energetic, and full of positive vibes. We spent the whole evening playing togethe with Gizem and Selinay and mini club laughing so much, and enjoying every single moment. Honestly, we have never felt so happy and relaxed on a holiday before. This place is truly special. You can feel the care and dedication of the entire staff, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone for making our stay so perfect. This is our third year in a row here, and we are already talking about coming back again next year.

Second time returning to Limak Lara. Entertainment has definitely improved from last time. Room was okay, lots of noise from back alley, but I’m sure if mentioned to reception it would have been rectified. We tried the on site restaurant however wasn’t pleased with the service given. We spoke to guest service and they rectified this and we were pleased with the outcome. All the waiters and staff were really friendly and the night time entertainment has massively improved from last time, Ryan and sunny were great. Right on the beach front with local shops and good distance from airport. Would return. Also very accessible for wheelchair users and even has a hoist to get into pool.
