Exceptional. Stayed Dec. 23 over Christmas .
The staff couldn’t do enough to please us.
Easy logistics from flight arrival to catching the float plane - all organised professionally .
The resort was always accommodating to our requests.
The Christmas experience for my daughter was special. Gifts given to the resort children from Santa, amazing gala Christmas dinner decor with incredible food to boot. Resort was lit up with lights. The resort went out of their way to make Christmas special for those guests who celebrate.
The water Villa was out of this world. Straight off your front porch into the water where an amazing reef awaits. One of the few resorts sitting on a beautiful reef with an abundance of fish & marine life to view.
Lily Beach resort & spa ticks all the boxes.
The food ??? Wow. The chef’s made scrumptious food. There is something for everyone.
We will be back & we will bring our friends next time !

Amazing place. Service and package was amazing and suited our needs perfectly. Some aspects of the rooms could have done with a bit more maintenance, but nothing that detracted from the beauty of this place. I would go back next week in a heartbeat.
One suggestion would be to make Aqva adult only, but that's a small point.
Loved being on Lily Beach and looking to book again in the future.

We visited Lily Beach Resort to celebrate our wedding anniversary and have made memories to last a lifetime. In full transparency, the beginning of our stay got off to a rocky start due to some issues with check in and our overwater bungalow. However, we are pleased to share that management was attentive in addressing the issues. We especially want to thank Laurent, the manager of the resort, for getting involved and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was both positive and memorable. It has truly been a dream trip!
Stay highlights:
- The food and beverage selections are wonderful; by far the best we have had at an all inclusive resort and far exceeded my expectations as a picky eater.
- Wait staff are attentive and extremely welcoming at the bar and restaurants.
- The island itself is incredible. We saw countless fish, sharks, and rays when snorkeling around the island’s reef. World class snorkeling/ fish watching right off your deck.
- The spa was a nice and relaxing experience. There are not many places in the world where you can watch sea-life swimming beneath you while you get a massage.
- Lily offers great excursions. We had fun sunset fishing (they cook your fish for you after) and swimming with manta rays. The water sports team is hard working and extremely pleasant.
Areas for improvement:
- Some of the bungalows have been refreshed, others have not. We were told they’ll all be done in spring 2024

We had a great time at the resort. Staff were extremely friendly. It was low key and very relaxing. We had a great time on our excursions, especially the sunset cruise. We got to see beautiful marine life from the balcony and pool of our over the water villa. We also got to snorkel off our balcony/patio area. It was awesome. We look forward to going back very soon!

What a great experience! From the minute you land till the minute you leave, you are sure to feel like a celebrity. Everyone in Maldives is doing their best for you to have an amazing time. A special thanks to all the staff at Lily Beach that smiled and greeted us every day. They were the friendliest staff ever. And of course another thanks to Laurent for doing an exceptionally great job running this amazing resort. Highly recommended to singles, couples, families and everyone! A truly magical place that you need to tick of from your bucket list!
